- This is a thirty minute restorative hip opening gentle yoga practice. If you're looking for an athletic practice, this isn't it. Instead, this focuses on opening up tight areas through the hips, which in turn may help to alleviate minor lower back pain. You'll need a yoga strap and a yoga block for this practice. If you don't have a yoga strap, use a belt or a tie. Hope you enjoy!
