But definitely agree about supply being the most annoying. It's almost as if they will programme others who were once reasonable to be like them.
You basically have to cut them off as well sadly.

After being physically stuck with William J Weston a Malignant Narcissist I now smell them a mile away! This is my mado: See something and Say something! And I recently had to put this guy that I felt sorry for because of his disability! And something had happened that I didn’t like his reaction! And I had told him that if I can’t count on him as he can count on me! Our friendship would have to change! And he didn’t like that! And I told him then he should think before he says something if you don’t want our friendship to change! Apparently it went in one ear and the other! And 4 days later he went into crossing the line by showing me such disrespect and he should have known better because he knows that I will stand up for my self respect and I do not care who it is! And watching him transform into a something ugly and insulting and trying to bash my photographing! And I had told him if he can do better here are my cameras and show me! I have never seen someone try so hard to put someone down as much as this guy! I told him that if he has a need to disrespect , insult and bash! He can look at himself in the mirror 🪞 because he has a lot to insult and bash! And I had my last word of confronting with the type of a man he really is and I have too much respect for myself to allow anyone disrespect me like that or in any way! And if a woman stands up for her respect and self worth is called a BITCH! Well then! I am proud to be that type of a BITCH! Press send and Blocked him because I wasn’t in the mood to hear his narcissistic lame comebacks! And to actually think that I what? Let it off my shoulders and not say anything to him? He found out extremely quickly that I was not going to tolerate that type of sadistic behavior and immediately ended that friendship ! See you later bye bye! Really? If I didn’t learn anything from being physically stuck in a wheelchair with Satan’s “Foot Soldier “ a Malignant Narcissist William J Weston!

Hello Rebecca I decided to go stay with a friend for 1 week with no supply from me I came back the apartment was so together he made the place look like I didn’t exist every thing was different he’s taking my mail from the mailbox telling me I didn’t get any mail my mom passed I have her plant that of course I love while gone my plant has died 😢

Thankful I own my own house. He had to leave. I had a beneficiary deed to my kids before marriage. He didn't like that.
I see that as a great move. That is really showing your power to protect what is YOURS!
Yes, Rebecca, it feels 🌊like a Tidal Wave (tsunami) once you see them and can discern who and where they are. It takes a lot of emotional fortitude to allow myself to become aware... and then to conquer! 🥾
Wow... I usually have no scarcities when it comes to my comments and my reactions to my Narc and the BS I deal with but I am just going to say, *Rebecca* you look extra pretty and vibrant today! That's all.
BTW - My Narc is on that Musical Dog-whistle kick like crazy lately... songs we used to enjoy together, songs about missing each other, what was lost, one more chance.... etc etc It's to the point I carry my ear buds in case I need them to help enforce my forcefield and bubble of protection. 😂

I have a line I think only at the narc. What we think towards a person, they do receive it telepathically... the energy value of the thought. It’s a line that protects you, you stand in power thinking this; you place a feeling of responsibility onto them to change ( I’ve only see them scurrying away like a cockroach for it’s an energy they often feel very uncomfortable in... based on my experience so far). Here comes the line🙂; I repeat it 3 times in thought: “enter yourself into the kingdom of heaven!” - try it and see what happens 💗
Oh yes, he's afraid of me. His latest stunt was to send me a post card offering me a raisin cake he made using my deceased Mom's recipe. He even had the audacity to write, "No conversation required." AS IF I'm going to go to his house! AS IF he dictates who I converse with. AS IF he wasn't a huge contributing factor in Mom's death. AS IF I'm going to celebrate with him her being dead. AS IF he didn't get me taken off the list of visitors allowed to see her. I ignored the post card. But it did serve to get me pissed off!

At first he wanted me to ride with someone to Texas (a stranger by the way)that he didn't know,uh no!!!and to bring my freezer with me,he already was asking me why did I have as far as House car furniture,and all that felt strange and Wrong ,n so I declined the invite,(more like pushing n shoving (bully..and he still ,get this HE STILL SENT THAT GUY TO PICK ME UP, I woke up at Four in the morning with a truck idling in my driveway and him blowing up my phone and texting me at the same time ,I had to tell him to make that guy leave that I weren't going ,not now not ever!!he didn't give up he showed up,I ignored him ,

This is one of the best videos I've seen regarding how to handle court (seven years in and out with mine). And FINALLY, 7 years later and a lot of video-watching later on how to handle it, I've been pushing back quietly, not reacting and they are starting to hang themselves with their own lies and smoke in mirrors. I won't lie, this has been an extremely long process and the kids have suffered more than you can imagine but FINALLY I'm gaining traction in court and it's becoming clearer which person is causing the problems and which is having to deal with it.

This content is great and absolutely 💯true! Everyone should watch this one twice and take notes! If you’re in their “web” at all, then they are receiving supply in some odd way because they live in a false reality where they reign superior. They think they are more significant than god, therefore you have to show them they are the most insignificant thing in the world! Once they realize this then they are done with you.... Stay away from people who are in constant contact with them and if you can’t avoid that, then never mention them and talk about how great your life is. Rebecca is our beautiful queen!

I like the part that the more power you are taking for yourself that is already yours 🔥and behind your boundaries, the more they become unglued that they can't have your power. I really, really like this idea and I feel much more empowered to take responsibility for my own power and not hand it over to them for them to feel powerful over another...
I can do this! I just did it today 6-18-23. I read where the narc will upset you on/near holidays. He upset/baited/provoked me this past Thursday (right before Father’s Day today) my Father is deceased almost 12 years. He knows I go to the cemetery all the time which I did today.
Anyway I blew up & yelled at him this past Thursday. Then that night I googled people who bait/provoke you and why.
I’ve been listening watching so many videos here on UA-cam about it. And learned SO much. Thank you!!!!!
I set some boundaries in a short & succinct letter to him. I didn’t use sarcasm, cheap shots etc-I read where you said not to do this. Although I sorely wanted to!!!

I'm going to look forward when you drop your new video. I know what I've personally experienced. I'll give them this much, they are creative...who wouldn't be. They've spent their entire lives mastering the art of insults. It's ironic, they will still lie to themselves when they are permanently cut off.
It all makes sense now after living with it for 40 years thanks for this so much.
I'm so thankful I used legal aid, & did it myself in 30 days. GONE NO CONTACT!

What I find weird is my sis who I went NC with goes to church every Sunday. She says things like “ anyone who is 40 and not married and no kids , something is wrong with them “. She has said that her kids will never work in a factory and they will go to college etc ( she said this in front of my mom who was working in a factory ) she has made comments about shopping ar rhe dollar store. She has made comments how everyone needs a college education. She gives her friends really expensive thoughtful gifts , gives her family used puzzles that look like it’s 100 years old to family members. It’s almost like she wants everyone outside her family thinking she is this giving wonderful person .

@@RebeccaZungEsq like most things, a level of awareness and education is required. Unfortunately narcissism has become so prevalent it should be a required course of academic study. The other options are therapists or self-help experts like yourself for insight, inspiration, and guidance. If you notice the numerous victims of narcissistic abuse, it's devastating in untold ways - it really is.

This is excellent advice for co-parenting with a narc. Exactly the advice my psychologist and lawyer gave me when dealing with my ex in family court. It worked and he withdrew from court giving me full custody and autonomy. If you’re not co-parenting and have no reason to engage with a narc - DON’T. Ignoring them is taking control from them and they hate it. Ignoring them is the absolute best thing you can do without saying a thing. They will eventually learn they don’t get fuel from you and will move on to another victim.
If they look for trouble,don't respond,take your time,if their behaviour is ridiculous.Negotiate an ultimatum,don't agree to an agreement or deal that sabotages your intentions🚩

What do you do if your partner has D.I.D. and one of the Alters has N.P.D? My partner has no memory of the abusive events most of the time. She just knows something bad just happened afterward. This alter is the dominant one, and my partner has had the most minimal counseling concerning her D.I.D. She won't go to therapy because the dominant alter stops it from happening every time. She's so full of rage and is the very definition of narcissism. Thanks so much for all your videos. They have educated me and helped me. So, thank you again.

@carpathianken yes. As a former Sheriff Deputy, I've been on many domestic complaints. You can spot the narcissist most times, because they act so innocent, & make themselves look like the victim. They are not as good of an actor as they think. Red flags are so important to pay attention to.

Tips on being forced to co-parent with an abusive ex narc that is in a position of power?
I can never bring myself to say "I agree" or "I hear you", because for me, you are acknowledging them as being right, which would fuel them more, wouldn't it?
I would only go as far as to say either "Okay", "Uh-huh", or, and these are ones I feel are pretty good about, "Duly noted", or "Thanks for sharing"....
Kinda hard to hear all of this after the damage has already been done.. both to me and the kids. I always thought men were mean in a divorce and the women get the shaft. I had no idea just how mean an ex can be. There’s a lot of good dads out there that are absolutely getting s*** on for no reason. What really sucks is when the kids choose to live with mom because they get more freedom, more leniency and little to no structure/discipline. I think it’s only right to lay ground rules for a teenage child that is able to drive. Be where you say you’re going to be. Be home at the agreed time. If I ask you to send me your locate because i know you’re lying and you refuse to send me your locate… yeah, just the tip of this monstrous iceberg. I’ve wanted to be a dad since i was 14. I had no idea the challenges presented by broken home, blended families and vengeful exes. So much for fatherhood.
