    this workout is amazing i can definitely say one of the best. it has been a journey to finally find a video that works. ive been doing oblique workouts for months never seeing much results. but with your video i saw results in just a week my oblique lines were becoming much more defined. thank you very much you've got my subscription for sure.

    Love this video! this is my fourth time trying it and I feel I'm getting better! First I could hardly do a side plank on my knees and now I'm doing it full on!!!! Thankyou!

    I use to do home exercises for years and this looks like it would do wonders so great job, I will be adding this to my playlist, you were encouraging and accepting during the video so that was wonderful, your outside getting fresh air and the angle of the video was superb along with your audio especially during that plane. Thank you for the sharing.

    I've been really frustrated with my body since high school. Now I'm 25 and a mother to a 5yrs old, losing and maintaining weight is getting difficult. So here! I have really flat chest, wide shoulders and wide upper body. But on the bright side I have some chubby butt and average toned legs. And no I'm not exaggerating this! Lol
    My main problem are my obliques or that I have no curves! Can this workout really help curve down my body?

    hey I was wondering if you can help? my left oblique is straighter than my right side, this is from my job and I've been lifting stuff wrong. how can I get my right side the same? do I have to lift stuff on the opposite side to sort it? thank you :-)

    Hi Rebecca i am a tennis player and your videos help me a lot!! i have been following your channel since last summer, i have a great improvement in my core as well as my tennis performance . Definitely share with my friends! However i have a problem while doing most of the abs exercise, especially for this video, my neck is soooooo sore, i stopped from time to time before my abs feel burning :( what can i do to improve?

    These are here in a very easy version. Try that exercise at 10:14 with your legs not stretched upward but stretched forward and close to the ground, keeping them stretched moving from the left to the right with 20 reps and without touching the ground! That is freaking hard to both your obliques and thighs! I remember this from PE at school.

      +Luela Agaj ya I mean my waist was already fairly small but it made it a little smaller and it helped bring out like vertical lines on the outside of my abs if that makes sense

      Do you mean shape by help? Because for women, shaping the obliques is much prettier than having bulky 6 pack like men! So basically working most on obliques will keep your feminine figure

    when am i doing my obliques and not just twisting my upper body? or is it the same? I don't want to do these exercises if i'm just twisting my body and not working out:)

    I have been doing this work workout in rotation for about two years now. I have yet to get through this one....ugh. I always feel a strain in my chin and neck when trying to do all side heel taps, and when it gets to the planks, my arms start to hurt after the first set. I don't know what else to do. I've tried other workouts in rotations, and my body gets stronger through those and I'm able to get better. This one doesn't like me....lolol.

      Anathematica 1- side crunch, 2- alternating heel touch, 3- twist crunch, 4- side plank, 5- side plank, 6- reverse crunch. Don't forget almost every exercise has pulses and the last one has twists.

      It doesn't make any sense. You must have done something wrong. Bring up the shoulders higher during side crunches, raise your shoulders off the ground during alternating heel and stretch your hands forward, lower your butt during plank, raise your hips during side plank, and pay attention to your form in front of a mirror.
