1. He sell it for like 1.6-2.5 3yrs ago realized it can sell for way more now around 5ish find way to cancel the sale so he cash out more later

Also, I don't get trying to make the owner's love for talking to local TV into something that is not there. In modern day media, no matter who you talk to, if the story has interest it will go national regardless. Perhaps the owner is comfortable talking to this reporter. Seems like a nothing burger.
