    Did you say 5 lb - that's nowhere near enough to be of use. You want at least 10lb, preferably 12-15 lb...... or more.

      It's different for everyone. If I use anything over 5, I bulk up huge due to my body type. Some people need more weight to see results. It doesn't take much for others
