Ingredients : (Serves 2)
To Stir Fry Veggies -
Oil - 1/2 Tsp
Carrot - ½
Broccoli - ½ Head
Green Capsicum/Bell Pepper - ½
Red Capsicum/Bell Pepper - ½
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
To Make Sauce :
Tofu/Paneer - 100 Grams
Tomato - 2 Medium
Garlic - 3-4
Water - As needed
Salt to taste
Pepper - ¼ Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - ½ Tsp (or to taste)
To Make Herb Rice :
Oil - ½ Tsp
Garlic - 2-3
Spring Onion White - 2 Tbsp
Oregano - ½ Tsp
Chilli Flakes - ¼ Tsp
Boiled Rice - ¾ Cup (raw)
Salt to taste
Pepper - ¼ Tsp

I prepared this today. The gravy looked so colourful. I just followed your recipe. I don't know what could have went wrong. I expected something better but the gravy taste was off.
What exactly went wrong, please let me know so that I can tell you how to correct that
I did this whole gravy thing in a iron pan. After grinding the paneer with rest of the ingredients it tasted really good. For grinding I used fresh paneer tomatoes n garlic and added to the veggies and sauted for like 5 to 7 min along with the spices. The taste completely changed after 5 to 6 min keeping it in high flame. It tasted raw flour or raw paneer. Like it got curdled like whey taste .I had to add cream to make it thick since it became watery. We could eat it my children didn't say anything but said something is missing it tasted like a flour.
though I had added only little water to grind. Kindly help where I went wrong. Does paneer taste different if kept on a high flame in an iron wok.
