Shakayla, if you haven't already you should consider starting a mini garden. There are a lot of options (indoor/outdoor) that you can try if you are not a yard person.

I found you through TT. I am just starting to transition to a plant based diet. My issue is I don’t know how to cook Tofu so I’m learning. I’m relying a lot more on frozen vegan meals and foods.

I guess the recipe at 8:54 was inspiration taken from a Indian recipe called kadai paneer or paneer tikka its just that its with tofu...love how you took inspiration and made a wonderful recipe ❤
Shakayla, I was cracking up with each dish you made. "You just need to make all of these, okay!!" Okay. I need to try harder to grocery shop my home to see what I have first. I have yet to try tofu as I have one in the freezer its been there for a GOOD MINUTE 😅!! I have to get into meal planning and set a day to plan at least just ONE DAG ON MEAL!! I am more plant based but don't mind eatung meat. But I need more protein in my daily nutrition if Inwant to move even more to plant based. Thank you so much!!😊😊😊

We make stove top - pan roasted Chickpeas with Buffalo wings Seasoning. Then pop them on top 1/2 Mac n 1/2 Cauliflower & Cheese. Drizzle with a little Cashew ranch sauce. Very good.

I put my sweet potato fries in the air fryer and season with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and add cornstarch to make it crispy. It works.
