So far, your broccoli cheese soup, the harrisa butter bean recipe, is bomb. I tried rasta pasta that had 1000 ingredients, and it was not worth it. I am going to try your version of rasta pasta. I know it is going to be fire. I have everything except the protein pasta. Sis, you are a blessing to the plant based community.

Going to try your Rasta pasta! I usually use another recipe that I have saved. Glad to have another option…adding a little nutmeg (very little) and thyme send the Rasta pasta into another dimension👍🏾

I guess the recipe at 8:54 was inspiration taken from a Indian recipe called kadai paneer or paneer tikka its just that its with tofu...love how you took inspiration and made a wonderful recipe ❤

Freezing tofu for me gives it the 'chicken' texture but I don't care for it frozen usually... these recipes look great as always. Excited to purchase your cook book!

Shakayla, if you haven't already you should consider starting a mini garden. There are a lot of options (indoor/outdoor) that you can try if you are not a yard person.
I really should!! We use to have one but didn't take care of it in the winter. I'll have to look for a table top one to ease back into it. Thanks for the suggestion

We make stove top - pan roasted Chickpeas with Buffalo wings Seasoning. Then pop them on top 1/2 Mac n 1/2 Cauliflower & Cheese. Drizzle with a little Cashew ranch sauce. Very good.
Ok, I finally tried a recipe (or 3 😂) The rasta pasta was great! I also did your take on the cashew tofu 👌🏾 You always mention freezing the tofu first but I hadn’t tried it yet…game changer!! Thank you for the inspiration! I love that these meals were super quick to throw together too.
Everything looks so delicious! I have an easier time getting crispier fries (reg or sweet) when I use precooked potatoes. They also have a better texture to me that way.
Sliced eggplant, right onto the pizza stone. Very easy - delicious preheat pizza stone at 400, then drop temp to 265 before putting eggplant on the stone. Easy skeezy. Takes about 30 min or so to cook the purpose of the temp drop is to keep nutritional content high.

I put my sweet potato fries in the air fryer and season with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and add cornstarch to make it crispy. It works.
