I just tried something totally new to me, but I’m sure a ton of people have this already. Combine: Greek yogurt, crunchy peanut butter, little honey, vanilla extract & cinnamon. Dip fresh apples into it. Sooooo delicious 🤤

I made the breakfast casserole last night for the week. I substituted ground beef because I didn't have turkey. It's the absolute best breakfast casserole ever! The herbs and spices you combined are perfect. This is definitely going to be in my weekly meal prep from here on out. Even my picky kiddos like it!

Me and my hobby have made the meat recipe, the cottage cheese parfait from another video and the salads in a bottle, LOVED ALL OF THEM! Thank you thank you, it's been a struggle to cook high protein and fiber and these are helping me a lot to avoid diabetes (I am pre- at the moment)

i tried this menu for this past work week, and it was amazing. while the meals are lower in calories, they are still nutrient-rich, full of flavor, and i loved that i did not have to worry about what to eat during the week. thank you for this thoughtful meal prep menu and video! will be looking at your previous menus and looking forward to seeing more in the future!

I'm a pretty seasoned cook but for some reason never made one of these and it is so delicious! I realized that because of my young kids I'm and their picky palette I haven't been using veggies much at all! I feel horrible not to mention I need to lose weight so I decided that my 2 young boys and myself will be eating your plan. Of course my kids will also get extra snacks to up their caloric intake but otherwise we will all eat these healthy meals! Thank you so much again!

The turkey chili is so good over a baked potato. I’m not sure what it does for the calories but I don’t use a full chili serving when I do it. So good and a quick meal.

Hi Kayla. How are you and your husband doing? I love your recipes as I’ve always told you and make them often. One suggestion: take a spork with short tines and remove the two globules and white string on your yolks before you cook them. Eggs should be eaten clean - only the yolk and white. Nothing else. ❤
I love your videos and food, but I don’t like to cook too much 😅 or at all 😊. My question is, what’s the difference between lunch and dinner. I mean, can I eat the same things in both cases? Thank you for your wonderful videos.
So I know you have some recipes for better skin but do you have a complete meal prep to remedy acne prone skin? Genetics and due to the wearing so many layers due to the winter season, my skin has a lot of acne :-(

If you use the aquafaba from the can of chickpeas, your hummus will be even smoother!

I add a TBS of butter to my ground turkey to keep it from drying out and to add more flavor😊
