if you’re keeping stock exhaust you should be fine, just did it on mine and it’s only really loud when you’re stepping on it, other than that it just sounds like a basic truck at idle
I don’t think it should as long as you have it professionally done. If you do it yourself and don’t weld pipes through where the muffler was you could lose power and maybe effect gas mileage
is it illegal to do a muffler delete, I already did a muffler delete but the state law says you need to have a operating muffler & its a class c misdemenor, like wtf everyone has loud ass exhausts ... should i be worried
JRevs is that legal where you are? Here in pa minimum is 30 but was wondering if you get pulled over at all for them because I’m thinking about 15% on back and 20% on front... also for your 18x9.5 rims with the tire does it still rub?
@@jayso3703 It's not legal here, but i haven't gotten a ticket for it. I've been pulled over for speeding, and the cop didn't notice my tint. 15% is dark enough where cops won't bother you. My older brother has had 15% on all his cars and has never been ticketed. The tire does rub sometimes on the back when i hit a big bump on the highway. Otherwise there's no problem. Hope this helped you out.

So this 2 reasons I hate where I put my exhaust pipe, and 1 what my girl doesn't like about my muffler delete.
I had a muffler delete for couple month and finally put the stock back on. Just ordered some Berks hfc gonna sound so good even with stock.
I'm going to cut the muffler off my car to see what it sounds like then put a new muffler back on since the one I have is shot

Cut the pipe, that would eliminate some of your problems. Maybe even consider getting a pipe lowered but that might cost more.

Depends on what state you live in, Florida is really lenient
