Jonathan Weeks the 135i muffler set up is so compact compared to the f30 335 that I didn’t realize how much more involved deleting your muffler is in a clean bolt-on manner. I just needed to unbolt the muffler and put on the delete pipe and it was done easily. A nice full exhaust with catless dps would be epic for your build and I’m sure that’s what’s on your mind lmao

that was pretty loud for stock and you could hear the turbo pretty well, was that muffler the m performance muffler that can be optioned in from the factory or the standard muffler offered on 335's?
Did you ever get a check engine for the exhaust flap? There is a dummy plug you can buy for it.

So i had my muffler shop do a res delete but after they already cut out the res they didnt have the same size diameter pipe as the exhaust so they went a little smaller in size. Will that cause any problems ?
I got a check engine after doing a muffle delete on an N20 328i, I am looking for any solutions to get rid of the light.

Any issues with the car’s performance after cutting off the muffler? Did you gain or loose horsepower?
Lol. There wouldn't be any performance changed from cutting off a muffler. Its purpose is to muffle, as the name suggests. There could be a very slim performance boost only because of the weight coming off. But other than that, if anything, you would be staying the same in terms of hp.
Are you cutting out the resonator as well?
Keeping it for now. I heard it gets really raspy that way
