Unsurprisingly, this set works pretty well with bow when paired with velkhana's crit element bonus. The constitution or stam surge effects are pretty much perfect
Elemental CB is so good now. It has me rethinking all of my builds. The first level Beotodus CB was doing more damage to Diablos than my fully upgraded Jagras CB with only Ice Attack+5. It's almost twice as much damage and it's ridiculous.

Full sets are making a comeback. I don't if it's just me but I used full sets a lot more in MHGU then MHW. When it came to MHW I used mixed sets. Could just be how the skill points were changed but either way, these elder dragon sets are looking really good. Love the intro btw. That song is appearing everywhere now.
tbh mixed sets have been better (except for one or two exceptions per game) even back in freedom unite when I started so I don't think comeback is the right word
Micolash Host Of The Nightmare Unless you got lucky with a god tier charm that let you squeeze out an extra skill, then yeah. Mix sets were still probably the best when it comes down to pure damage potential, but it was nice having full sets that looked good and had pretty good skills as well.
Sounds really fun. I knew this skill would change things up. So glad that Namielle's gear has something going for it, gives me an excuse to fight it a lot, and to wear that sweet one-eyed alpha helm.
@@TheLloydLightning Elemental damage has always been bad on Great Sword, so get off your high horse. Elemental damage gets such an insignificant boost(if any depending on the game) for charge levels that you're better off just using raw only for most titles in the series.
I love this set, I've been taking advantage of that free element so that I can use non-elemental boost during the set bonus' downtime, things die real damn fast now
Constitution is actually pretty damn important for LBG that needs to evading reload. I use a namielle that boosts my max ammo and I have the constitution. Good on my Garuga LBG
Namielle is a monster that I'm definitely excited to hunt... once I get access to Iceborne. (I'm still going through World) And that armor comparison at 0:34 killed me 🤣
He has some of the best visuals in terms of attacks and... existance. Until you get to later fights... a certain powerup from a certain final boss was the most amazing visual so far... until i saw its face. Enjoy :D

I use the 2 piece Nimielle set with 3 pieces of brachy to give me agitator... Combined with the brachy insect glaive and a blast Kinsect... It totally kick's major ass!!!

I love Nami's armour, it works AMAZINGLY with Dual Blades, both Constitution and Element Acceleration work brilliantly, and Blight Resistance is a wonderful thing and means I don't have to worry about rolling around or taking nulberries. Not sure if it's better than Critical Element, but hey. I didn't know it had a flat effect time either, I thought you had to attack constantly to keep it up. It's made for elemental damage and I love it. also something something splatoon joke.
I felt like Namielle was a gift from the devs to the bow users of the world. The hat, waist, and legs give you so much Constitution and Stamina Surge, and the set bonus helps element focused bow builds. Nearly all of my sets have the waist and legs, or waist and hat.
@@Alcane302 meta is the most optimal way for achieving a certain purpose, in this game hunting monsters. so basically meta describes the most optimal way of killing monsters, not accounting in playerskill etc.
The second I saw the set bonus I knew I had to use it. Currently have a bow set that makes GR bow even better, and a DB set that might as well have 100% uptime. And the stamina skills really help keep up the dps on those weapons. I love it.

Using arch temp namielle armor, I have created a set of db's for each of the 9 elemets, created for the soul purpose of being elemental overkill. It's set bonus mixed with the stamina and evasive skills it gives make the sets a force of nature
What's really cool, is that if you have a weapon with a hidden element, you can run this set bonus and put an non elemental boost so when it deactivates you're still doing max damage then when the skill procs, it will swap over to doing your hidden elemental damage
Running the 4 piece set with the beo CB fully upgraded (with health augment too) I’m hitting 990 ice. It’s absolutely disgusting. Of course could hit 1000+ without health regeneration but let’s be real, health regeneration is super nice
I think the main problem with this set is the lack of damage skills coming with the actual armor itself. No weakness exploit, no attack boost, no crit eye, just one level of max might which is just really bad right now, even with constitution. I think this will carve out a good niche for elemental charge blades and SAED spam on elementally weak monsters, but I think for a lot of sets the elemental boost won’t be able to make up for the lack of offensive skills in the set. This will probably also be great for bow , I could definitely see some mixed set with this armor and Rathalos for critical element.
CB main here I’m going straight 4 piece set. I been saw this set was going to be good it’s just going to take a lot of time to upgrade all my elemental CB to MR so I been using non element for now.
Considering the elemental damage increase is flat, Dual blades and Sns benefit quite a lot from true element acceleration. The gloves are the weakest part Imo, you might want to use the rest.
So I didn’t want to use the 4 pc bonus bc the set skills are trash. So I used the two pc bonus and throw in 1 free element deco and it has the same effect as the 4 pc bonus. And you don’t throw on another set. I’m using it with Teo’s. Easy one there. Cheers!
I saw some people declaring this armorset "unusable trash" the hour Iceborne came out thanks to skills like Constitution and Tool Specialist apparently being "awful skills" (it's not as if mantles are some of the strongest things in World, right guys?), I'm glad to see that T.E.A is indeed worth using. Two Namielle pieces are crazy efficient as that's essentially whatever the armorpieces gave you (it's ED gear, it's pretty efficient) PLUS Free Element 2 and two levels up in all elemental damage types. Absolutely great for any elemental build, especially bow.
The full set can optimise elemental resistance in a big way too, i managed to optimise to 55 water res and 50 thunder res which i like to use against the particularly tough monster fights. The moment i found out that i need to farm tempered namielle and zinogre, this set was a must. I see too many people with all attack focused skills get one shot and ruin hunts, but i also just prefer being able to take a hit and focus on enjoying the fight rather than being anxious over some of the ludicrous hitboxes resulting in stuns or one shots from nukes catching you while you're locked in an animation or something (a particular issue the insect glaive has i might add) So it is certainly not unusable trash as they say, it isn't something i'll be using for many hunts though. A mixed set with it will be great for when i want to optimize too.
Been using it with the acidic glavenus bow and working on getting shara ishvalda bow too. Highest base dmg bow both with hidden element so it works pretty nicely imo

From what I've looked into, it's a pretty awesome comfort-armor set for bow users. I went through the whole base storyline thinking this set could help out Longsword users, and it was one of the reasons I wanted the game... nope. I'm switching to Bow to get the most out of this set (which it looks like I might enjoy more than LS).

30 seconds in and this is already brilliant.
