I have Maxima SR 2016 and I absolutely love it, 65000 thousand miles on it and still drives like brand new 😎🔥
how is it treating you so far?
CVT is a love-hate relationship but once you learn to appreciate it exactly for what it is and move past comparing it to a traditional auto or manual, Maxima makes to be a really solid daily driver
It's fine as a daily driver, just don't buy it pretending your buying anything other than what it really is. Problems is ppl buying it expecting it to be BMW and MB quality.
@@YawmSaub agreed, they aren't there yet but they are damn close in my opinion (owner of a e92 329xi '11 as well), for the dollar and maintenance it's hard to argue against if you've been on both or have both sides. Will probably own at least Nissan/KIA/Honda/Toyota product alongside a more premium car forever
EXACTLY VERY WELL SAID!!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I very much appreciate the Cvt in my 16 Altima when I floor that bitch and I’m zoomin past bitches pissin me off! 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
Eric Her With my Husband working for Mercedes-Benz (in service) with a co dealership (Bmw) next door. They’ve let him bring home very many loaner vehicles after delivering customers their personal vehicles. I’ve been in & have driven every single vehicle they’ve made. Their quality these days isn’t too far from truly almost any other vehicle made these days(idk about Hyundai & Kia 😂). These new cars still come in with random misfires, rattles, electronic issues. Where these cars will stand out to a customer/driver the quietness at highway speeds. I think honestly that’s why it seemed so luxurious any time I was in one.
Yes its a excellent highway cruiser bcs of that CVT thats no doubt but if if anyone is a car enthusiast person u will never make them to buy car with CVT and getting performance, never! For regular consumer who has very little knowledge how car should perform if its made as a sports car it wont make any difference at all and yes lot of people do exactly that buying this Maxima for regular cruising car and have comfortable ride not for performance but to each his own ofc.
I have a 2017 SL and I absolutely love it! Actually the best car I have ever owned. It Makes Driving Fun Again!
3 years ago, I will buy 2020 Nissan Maxima.
GOOD REVIEW & GREAT MAXIMA.
I love your videos!! Keep up the great work!!!
Thanks! 😁
Good review & great Nissan.
Appreciate it!
I love your channel and can't understand why you do not have a bigger following. I like your style and the way, you present the vehicles you are reviewing. I just purchased a new Cadillac XT5 and just love it. I'm surprised you do not review American Luxury cars/suv's??
I do sometimes... I should be getting some more time to do more of them soon tho! 😁
I have a 2019 Platinum reserve and I love it. Turns heads Everywhere I Go. The only thing I don't like is the thick a pillar and the mirror of being right there sometimes making a left hand turn is a little difficult visually. And I wish they would update the audio system a little bit more. Everything else is amazing
Nice review. Anywho, don't miss the subtitle in the next video, please! :)
Great review! Looks like a nice full size sedan. I'm still not a fan of the CVT, but the way most people are going to drive this car it shouldn't be an issue. The styling is sharp and it doesn't look bland like some of it's competitors. Of course my favorite full size sedan is still the Chrysler 300, but that one is an endangered species.
Love my maxima.
I'm looking into getting the SR Trim at the end of the year. After looking at the other trim levels, Nissan dosen't need to offer the SL and Platinum Reserve trims. Those should just be packages for the SV and Platinum trims, that's just my opinion though. Overall, the Maxima is a awesome car! Test drove one at the Auto Show this week. Even though I'm not a fan of the CVTs,. It matches pretty well with the V6 and drove better than the new Altima in my opinion.
Damn it sounds like an angry 😤 beast!
Do a review of the Nissan Versa
You should check out the 2020 Nissan Versa S with a manual. They have a few at the Nissan in York. About $14k with the deals they always run
Yes I like those guys. I've already done the Versa although a manual configuration does sound like fun! I do want to do the new Sentra tho... Maybe tomorrow! 😁
When are you having a subscriber meet up 😃. Want to see stang
I know it will be at Carlisle Ford Nationals this year but we shall see! 😁
Nice car
Still my dream Maxima I want to afford one.
Review the Nissan Sentra
Going to do a review on the new Sentra 2020?
Possibly this weekend 👍
Maxima's are pimp-looking rides. I would take one in a heartbeat over a Camry or Accord. I mean serious, the current Accord is so lame IMO, with that ugly grill lookin like its missing something, and that wannabe Audi A7 roofline. The previous Accord was a lot better.
Next time when you do it turn off traction control you'll have a lot more get-up-and-go when in sports mode
41 grand? Jeezus. I paid that for my Mustang gt premium.
So the 2020 maxima takes regular gas now?
Premium recommended but not required.
I bought a 2000 dollar e-bike so I’m just looking or a toy
Not a fan of the cvt transmission
I think I’ll just wait and let these sit on the lots and let them depreciate before purchasing
And the exhaust tips is actually a part of the bumper it's not part of the exhaust
2020 cadenza please 🙏
I'll certainly try! 👍
@@goldpony make sure it's the V6!
Good job Nissan, for not putting CVT transmission in this beauty
Webster Kollie it is equipped with CVT.
All Nissan cars have their crappy CVT....
@@VlauableFather He was hoping
Just remember a CVT type transmission is less reliable. That doesn't mean yours will fail, but the overall fleet average is not good, especially for JATCO made units. There are a LOT of former Nissan owners who had their CVTs fail just after the warranty expired. And they are still mad!
Overall Nissan still has above average reliability.

I made the mistake of buying a maxima back in the day. Never doing that again.
Wife? You’re too young to be married homes. What are you 19?
lol yea we'll go with that!
