I just rented one, and was favorably impressed. Did a road trip through a blizzard, and it handled well in slush at highway speed. Ran some back hilly roads, sport mode, and used the manual shift feature, engine braking and a slapstick feel. It drove like a smaller sports car. Cons: it kept asking for a new oil filter, blanking out the dashboard display at odd moments. Enterprise, Change The Oil, OK? It likes premium gas, and plenty of it. The radar got jammed by snow so the intelligent cruise control didn't work. The cruise control has three settings that keeps you at various following distances. The closest might not be close enough for the dedicated tailgater; the most distant wasn't quite distant enough if you like to hang back a ways like I do. Exactly two second gap at the most distant (default) setting. What nobody tells you: to open the fuel filler door, press on it and it opens; don't spend five minutes looking for a door release inside the car! Great ride overall, I didn't want to bring it back.
I own one!! I love it !! The only issue is it drives MUCH better in sport mode as far as steering. The issue with that is you use much more gas than reg mode.
With the Platinum Reserve package it comes with a 19 inch wheels with the dark gray appearance, Rakuda Tan Semi-aniline Leather, 11 speaker Bose audio, panoramic sunroof, heated and cooled seats in front and heated seats in the back, Nissan intelligent mobility, back up camera with 360° overhead view, Electric rear window sunshade, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise, blind spot warning, Lane departure warning. I think you can get some of these mixed into the lower trims except for the Wheels, Rakuda Leather, rear heated seats. MSRP was 44,000 got it for 39,000. This video was the first I’ve seen of yours then I started looking at all your other videos of other cars.
People say 8 speaker but it’s actually 9 there’s 2 tweeters and a middle speaker on the dash....plus all for door speakers and the 2 back speakers making it 9

I have this car in the Platinum Reserve package, Love it!
What does it have that this SV doesn’t have? I’m curious. The big stuff not every detail. Nicer leather?

My goal is to get tha sv this year☮☪️
I got one as a rental, and it surprised me. Never driven a Nissan cvt so I thought It did well, I think it looks decent too.
it's a 3.5 liter v6
Room for babies and Mac 10s, but will the Canadians be happy in the rear seat? 😂
exactly!
@@JoesGoldenGarage gotta love bill lolll
How is the sound system?! I would love the BOSE but the SL and up is too expensive. Is the sound in the SV good too? I know it has 8 speakers.
It’s pretty damn good. I own a 2019 SV and didn’t think the Bose was much of an upgrade after hearing both, despite being a Bose fan boy
@@brianballman7644 I agree I have a 2019 SV max and the system is pretty damn good
I have the SL...12 Bose speakers...freakin luv it! 🤘
