धन्यवाद आदरणीय नमस्कार 🙏
I still love this old team sessions, maybe because of the speed, achieving less focusing more, taking the time. Maybe I'm just old. :)
Namasti teacher 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank u so much. bfr I started I was all about "them" feeling from other ppl's "vibes" & right after I started the practice I was 50ms ALL ABOUT ME & it was so GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD for me that even my doguinha AMIGA felt the difference in the air.
What a pretty setting for a yoga class - I'd love to practice there!

Thank you for practicing with me!
Great practice thank you
Helen, I really liked this (other than the dreaded thread-the needle, which I skipped). I didn't know if I could practice because of a headache, but my head actually improved throughout this class. Breathing through the nose, which is difficult in allergy season, also improved. I played around with swaying bridge at the end by adding some horizontal movement to a moving bridge, echoing the way we stretched to the side in child's pose at the beginning of class; I found it gentle but stretchy. Thank you, and as always, namaste.
I love it! Great modifications, as usual! Hugs!
thank you for the wonderful lesson. #Namaste

Ty Helen! Enjoy your week :)
Thank you!
just started doing yoga today, i'm 20 yrs old, is your playlist Beginner Friendly / New to Yoga good for me? what do you say?
Hi Helder! I would say yes, as long as you're healthy and open to trying something new! Pay attention to your breath throughout each class - if you can keep it steady feel free to continue, if you find you're holding your breath or getting out of breath, take a moment to rest! Namaste!
You've got a fan in me :D
I'm glad you're enjoying the classes! Thank you for your support
