I love this class - this is probably my third or fourth time doing this one. Your classes are awesome!! I look forward to more of them.
Great class. I enjoy this teacher's interesting commentary on the poses. Keeps me engaged. I have done about 10 of these videos and they are all great, informative and accessible. Love all the choices. These classes look a lot different from my classes in Nebraska. We have a lot of people over aged 50 in my classes and some over 60 like myself.. For whatever reason everybody in these videos seem to be much younger than that. Maybe the more mature students don't like to be filmed!! A++ teacher and class. Thanks!!

I cannot thank you enough for creating these videos. This video is especially great because I often find myself stressed. I am almost 16 and have been battling anorexia for 3 years...it really takes a toll on me mentally and physically. However, with your videos I feel strong. This is the year I am going to try and overcome it but I don't think I can do it without your videos so thank you so much for inspiring me to be healthy and do what is right for my body

Back when restrictions hit, your mention at the beginning that this flow is good for holiday stress seemed like a cute little anachronism. Now it's coming true! And this and other vids are keeping me feeling good. Today was my first post-surgery (surprise! you have an appendix! now you don't!) runthrough of my favorite stress buster, and it's mission accomplished again. Thanks, Helen!

I found myself into this practice right in the beginning of my exams period (so holiday vibes are flowing) I loved this practice. and wanted to ask you about pigeon pose, I find it hard to go into if you have some tips it would be great :) + I have just recently joined your practice and I have to say it is beautiful each time I leave the mat with a smile and big volume of new energy! thank you so so much!
Hi Inbar! Thank you for practicing with me and commenting! Pigeon is a tough on for a lot of us, especially if hips, glutes, IT band, or knees are tight are just not feeling great. You can place a blanket under your butt of the front leg to provide some support or, try doing a reclined pigeon/figure four instead (lay on your back, bend your knees so your feet are on the ground, cross one ankle over the opposite thigh so your knee presses out to the side). Definitely don't force it and breathe into the pose as much as you can. Feel free to email me - Helen@FloatingYogaSchool.com - with more questions! Good luck on finals!

This I am writing that by this you may know the Truth and the Truth may set you free
We all have sinned and turned away from God and committed sins thereby breaking His MORAL LAW, now we can't connect to God anymore. But God Was and Is Gracious, Merciful and Loving because of which 2000 years ago He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to give His life for us (as promised) as a Holy Sacrifice on the Hill of Calvary, all for us, He was beaten and pierced and Through his stripes we are healed, Because of His Sacrifice the broken relationship between God and man (because of sin) has now been restored, all our sins which were too much to be forgiven on basis of deeds now is forgivable all because of Him, Therefore Brethren now all we've to do is to Repent and Turn to God and accept Christ Jesus as our personal Lord and Saviour (so that the sacrifice may be applied on you) that all our sins may be wiped out and times of refresment may prevail.
(May everything happen as you will brethren, I will Pray for all of you who are reading this that in this Godless world you may find The True God and His Great Love, Mercy, Peace and Satisfaction and many more)
May His Hands be upon all of you
