I’m using the walker in the house now. My cats get on it for rides😵💫. It’s my lower back (3 surgeries for stenosis) and in February I had spacers put in so I’m leary about pushing myself. I like yours a lot. I see Dr tomorrow and will ask what I can do. Thanks for helping me and listening ….x. Esp for listening!!!
Hi Meredith- been awhile. Back to start the New Year right. I've been through a lot lately- including hurricane Milton damage Oct. 10 to our house. Still waiting on a new roof to be installed. Slow going with all the damage here in Florida. We're not displaced like so many, so that at least is the good thing in all this. Wishing you a healthy and happy 2025. Keep moving! I really enjoyed this Meredith, I have osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel so the hand exercises are really useful for me. I caught Covid recently for first time, I went on a cruise to Norway and caught it first day home, but feel much better and ready to start exercising again, so thank you very much.

Hi! It is hard to say what is best as each person is different. Strengthening and stabilizing of the core is always helpful with back pains. Also, seated cat and cow feels great on the spine and helps lubricate it with movement. I hope this helps!
Help my hips are stuck…unimaginable pain deep inside. Am unable to squat, do any form of hip extension or knee raise. Caused my right leg to do have a valgus or diversion from its normal area causing me so much discomfort in my right legs knees . Plsssss help !
