I did this cuz I pinched a nerve in my lower right or upper right hip this morning when doing some Kickboxing. Thank you. ❤

I did all the stretches, except the bridge, that caused my left side glutes to hurt

I love these seated sciatica stretches BUT why after months the left leg still feels like first day as to the tightness
Keep it up, if it still persists maybe you should see someone about the consistent tightness.
Sciatic nerve not happy about a few of these stretches...😢

There is No Way I can do the figure 4 stretch!
And that is okay! That’s why I offer an alternative modification if unable to do the figure 4 seated stretch. Hope you tried that and enjoyed it! Take care!
