    First timer here-- this was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I'm going to aim to do this several times per week ;-). You really understand what can help knees feel better ;-). AND I'm 73-years-old... old meniscus tear that can still give me some challenges ;-).

    Thank you very much, Jacob! I LOVE your chair yoga classes. They are so energizing and helpful. Having multiple sklerosis, many yoga classes are not possible for me to join. I appreciate among many other things the variety you offer - new videos now and then. You really give me hope and comfort.

    Very different practice today. I enjoyed it. Also useful for keeping body fit for walking something I do every day.

    Short on time but not on intensity Jacob. I combined this with a 27-minute chair pilates with another amazing instructor. My heart rate was through the roof for jumping jacks. I am happy I can do full-on seated as I can not do them standing anymore with these Arthritic knees. I was able to let go when we did the squats even though I did get very low.

    I love your chair yoga. I am 73, and had a total knee replacement 4 months ago. I have been doing yoga for 15 years, and Pegoda chair yoga has been perfect for this season of my life. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

    Thank you Jacob. A perfect exercise in my preparation for a Total Knee Replacement surgery in December. I followed this up with the Lower Back exercise, to help ease the back pain. God bless you. Greetings from Australia.

    Wonderful! I have stage 4 osteoarthritis in both knees and I'm trying PRP. So far, so good! But I realize it is really important for me to continue to work on strengthening the knees/legs/hips to support the good progress. Your video is just the right thing for me at this time. Thank you so much!

      So great you are choosing to keep moving. I know with my physical limitations it has changed what i can do over time but still choose to keep doing something. I hope the plasma treatment and this class give you some relief.

    This is absolute gold! I'm doing physical therapy for knee pain (not arthritis) but a lot of these exercises are similar to the ones in my regime. Moreover, I'm working in an extremely cold office and this was a nice exercise break to warm up a bit. Thank you.

    Hi again Jacob. I just completed the mat practice from 3 years ago the stretch for hips and commented that my Arthritic hip feels better now. I was skeptical because I am in your chair crowd but it was awesome. I turned on your notification for Saturday's intermediate mat one. Maybe with yoga blicks and a chair as props I will be up for the challenge.

      This Saturday Class is intermediate so if you usually do my chair classes chances are it might be a bit too much for you. If you do please please please do so with great caution. I have many types of classes for different abilities and intensities. That one is very intense.

      This was a great class highlighting knees I eliminated the semi chair squat😮 and also did another of your videos after (9min chair) for that sense of zen I crave

      @@nancybloomberg3237 Yes this isn't quite the same as some of my other Chair Yoga classes. Less centering and meditation in this one.       Amazing, Jacob. My left knee i’d injured while gardening 20 years ago has less pain in it when walking snd standing for any length of time. The one exercise that bothered it was doing the crouching behind the chair. How often do you recommend we do these particular exercises, Jacob?Thank you.

      @@nancyanderson6741 Best to work with exercises that don't hurt. If you can stand and bend your knees ever a little work in the range that doesn't hurt. If that is too much for your body then stay seated and push down with your feet like you are about to stand. You don't have to lift of the chair but that is an option if you can.

      @@JacobCino I have to stand from a seated position many times a day and it is usually bearable so will try to limit my range of motion when doing the exercise from a standing position behind the chair. Thanks you for your help, much appreciated!
