Remember the cop who arrested the blind man, confusing his collapsible walking stick for a pearl-handled pistol? She wrote a "some facts may not be accurate" disclaimer in her report.
Remember the cop who got caught lying on a DUI arrest? He ticked the box claiming the driver blew over the limit when in fact, she was never tested. The judge asked the prosecutor to charge the cop with perjury. His request was declined. The prosecutor said the cop had made an "honest mistake."

Prior restraint, as in Near v Minnesota, pertains to government censoring communications (i.e., telling a newspaper they cannot publish a story). The government isn’t allowed to do this unless the person is a republican and is trying to publish information that might be critical of a democrat, which is why the government was allowed to collude with social media companies to censor people.

There was a video posted yesterday on another popular channel (I don't think John would mind me saying which one, but I'm not sure, so I will remain vague) showing cops having a good old time sharing how they like to dislocate the shoulder to extract someone from their vehicle. Another one was proud to witness that God gave him hands to do unto others with. All this sharing happened on bodycam after an arrest in which they assaulted an old man, tasered him, fatally injured his tiny dog by tasering and then spiking it on the pavement, and subsequently cost him all his worldly possessions to pay an attorney until he had nothing left and is now being represented by a public defender. The guy had fallen asleep in his work vehicle while taking a break from completing an overnight cleaning job he was hired to do. They're psychopathic monsters.

#`1. "Stop resisting!" is code for other officers to "Get ready for a free punch at this guy!"
#2. Whenever you are struck by an officer or roughed up ALWAYS DEMAND an ambulance. Always. While in custody, the citizens pay for the hospital visit.
#3. When charges or tickets are dropped that is an admission of guilt by the LEO or State's Attorney office.
#4. Don't mouth off to the cops. Let your lawyer do that in court.
