Hey, we're almost in the same boat. 😁 I started early February and I'm down 57 pounds so far. My goal is to be down 100 by the end of December and then down another hundred next year. We can do this!
I really love this video and I cannot express how much I appreciate that you do not sound condescending. As a fat girl trying to lose weight and get healthier, whenever I ask for tips and tricks to help speed things up people tend to be rude. I subbed to you! I'm trying to lose 100lbs in the near future and would love to see more of you. I'm taking your tip and worked up the courage to use insta and youtube to keep me accountable as well!
Building The Confidence. How is your journey going hope it's working well I understand myself it's hard I've gotten bigger after my son was born and kinda let it get out of hand props to you to wanting to get healthy hope it's going great much love and props
I'm down 130 pounds of my goal to lose 185. Cutting myself in half from 370 to 185. Your advice is all great and we are doing almost the exact same things. The teeth brushing has been great for me. Even if someone offers you something unhealthy to eat and I haven't just brushed my teeth I just tell them: "oh, thanks... but I just brushed my teeth" That's a quick little trick to politely say no thanks without dealing with: "why not?"....Or :"Are you sure?....or: "it's really good"
Sarahizkl....shes way more genuine and humble than, scary Scarlett, ms Johansson's got blood of Palestine due to the supports of the criminal zionist state of Israel...Jab'm out Jovana
I'm the same way with water.....not a fan lol. But for some reason if I have a bottle with a straw I drink WAY more than a bottle with just a regular lid. So weird how that works! Anyway, thanks for the video, it's really helpful. All the best!
Totally agree. I HATE the taste of water for as long as I can remember. Lately, I been slicing lemons and putting it in my water. This has helped me so much, and sometimes.. I will put a little dollup of raw honey and mix it in.
i find sharing my photos with a close friend helps me cos sometimes i find when i feel stuck and share a photo of myself with her. it helps that she is honest and tells me where i have changed or haven't
I love your energy! You are so positive and articulate. This is a great video. Congratulations on your weight loss accomplishment- you look absolutely beautiful!
I have been eating healthier for a bit over 2 months and lost almost 20 pounds! I started my official weightloss thanks to you. You changed my life. You inspired me to love myself enough to change. Thank you!
Great tips. Just an added tip for the water drinking, if you drink through a straw try to train yourself to not pucker your lips when sucking through the straw. I know it sounds weird but constantly drinking through a straw can cause wrinkles around the lips (think smokers lines). I know you are young now but you will thank me in 10 years haha :) I'm 35 and most people still think I'm in my 20's because thankfully I started using anti aging products/tips when I was in my 20's. It's easier to prevent lines that it is to get rid of them. I rarely ever use a straw and when I do I look like a weirdo because I grin while drinking to avoid lines. :)
I'm totally with you about brushing your teeth that it will refrain you from eating afterwards. I just found your channel by chance and you are so refreshing to watch cause you seem very humble and not over-the-top like some of the other UA-cam channels. You're also very interactive with your subbies and that's a bonus. Keep going strong on your journey!
If I feel that I might be hungry, I chug back a glass of water first because normally ppl confuse thirst with hunger hence why so many tend to always overeat
ND G that sounds pretty cliche. Clearly hunger and thirst must feel the same so people are not confusing it I think people don't know how much our bodies actually need water and follow that 8 cups a day rule at most, not knowing that our bodies need more than that and the bigger you are the more your body needs and if you are sweating a lot you need much much more. I recommend the water tracker app bedside it allows you to see how much water you need for your weight. I love water and drink it often but was very surprised to see that even I only drank the needed amount at best once a week.
i have a fitbit charge heart rate to track my calories burnt and heart rate. It's a great visual aid. I use Calorie Counter My Fitness Pal app to track calories. You can scan barcode or look up the food item and it tracks and adds up your foods calories, macros and nutrition.
Wish I was your age as I'm just starting my food changes too at age 55 and 290 lbs. I lost 10 lbs the first month, March. I get so emotionally knocked off my plan it's quite irritating. I too use a journal. Thanks for your upbeat, easily understood video. Think I'll include watching your vids in my daily inspiration. Tomorrow I'll be watching your vid about foods you eat. LOVE THE TOOTHPASTE IDEA...I've heard that one before by an older lady at work who had a gorgeous figure and she was quite older. Latah!
I'm 46 and also bound and determined to finally lose weight and not keep gaining it back! When I think of all the money, lost self esteem and energy that I've wasted on this stuff it makes me sad. For once I'm trying a self love approach of sensible, balanced and maintainable.Good luck on your journey and I agree these videos are good inspiration. we can't turn back time but we can make the present and future great by treating ourselves with love and giving ourselves the time and care we so often give to others!
I am 63, a vegetarian. I like watching these inspirational videos but get discouraged when I see all these young people with no obvious health problems (other than weight) talking about drinking gallons of water (boring) and going to the gym 5 times a week. I have all kinds of health problems and don't really know where to start. I am 150 pounds and should weigh about 115. Right now, seems like a mountain to climb. Give up this and that, become more active when you get short of breath easily, have high blood pressure, fatty liver, etc. I am hoping to get some hope and motivation but it is hard when you are older.
Carolyn Catlover Please do not get discouraged. I'm 45 years old and I started my transformation back in August 2015. I have now joined the 100 lbs lost club. For the rest of my life I have to take blood thinners which is challenging when trying to loose weight because the healthy veggies are high in vitamin k. So I do get the health challenge part, but if you want this, do not give up. Take it one day at a time; one pound at a time. Sending up prayers for you. Much success to you.
the goal clothes idea was something that really helped me. I have a few outfits that still don't fit, but I'm getting close. Bought a pair of the cutest black shorts a couple months ago that were too tight at the time. Just tried them on again yesterday and they were too big. Kind of a win, but I was really looking forward to wearing them (without haveing to pull them up constantly)
I've just found your channel and I love it! I've gained over 40 kilos in the last 8 years, so I started taking care of myself since a couple of months, so I your tips will be super useful!
ailey choi eat LOTS of greens, cardio and believe it or not weights help! losing slow and steady will be the biggest advice I can give you, I lost over a 100 pounds but it was over 2 years.
Just recently started to follow you because I felt your story fits my situation out of all the stories I've listened to so far! I"m also excited to join your DietBet group this coming MAY! :)
Thanks for those videos. They are inspiring. We're supporting you. I'm starting my weightloss journey step by step today and hopefully I get some good results. Thanks!
the tooth brushing thing, I do that!! I thought I was a weirdo for that omg. I brush my teeth at a certain time at night to keep me from snacking too late out of boredom! I’m honestly excited that someone else does this haha
You are incredibly inspiring!!! You explain things so well and give amazing tips and ideas. I follow a couple other "weight loss" people and while they are great in their own way, you are so easy to follow! Thank you for this video, I really needed it.
Great video and awesome advice! You talked about keeping a food journal. I love the idea of keeping one where I can actually write down the foods I'm eating. I tried to use apps, but I found that I wasn't tracking everything because I didn't like having to type in every single ingredient. For your journal, do you write down your portion sizes or just the basic description of the meal you had? Thanks!
I don't measure anything so I don't right down portions! Sometimes I'll write basic measurements, such as 1/2cup of fruit, but in general, I eat intuitively because that's what works for me right now :) If you are measuring thought, it may be useful to write that down!
I highly recommend MyFitnessPal app. I started using it a month ago and lost 8 lbs just by tracking what I eat. It's free too! It's super easy to track your calories and nutrition
HomicIda 8lbs for a month doesn't seem like much. You can poop more lbs than that in a month. Calories doesn't represent calories used. Calories are mostly irrelevant. It doesn't take in account the calories your body is going to actually use.
I'm about 30 lbs overweight, so I don't have a ton to lose. I lost 8-10 lbs by only tracking calories, not working out. If I was also working out I'm sure I would have lost double that. I'm a classic overeater, and this app is helping with that. 8 lbs may not seem like much to you, but I'm happy with it. At least I'm not gaining weight. Also, the recommended healthy weight loss for someone who isn't seriously overweight is 1-2 lbs a week, so I was right on target.
I wish there was something more to say about it :P I literally write "breakfast" "lunch" "dinner' and "snacks" and write down what I eat! I'm sure there are better ways to do it - but since I don't count/weight anything I literally use it as a tool to track changes in how I feel and what might have caused it!
That would honestly be a two min video haha! I write "Breakfast" "Lunch" "Dinner" and snacks and I write in what I ate. I don't write amounts, as I eat intuitively and I don't measure or count my food :) IF you do, you could add in calories or macros!
I just made a video of my own tips, and now all these weightloss tip vids are popping up. Yours is among them and im happy i found ya! Hey from your new subbie :)
First time on your channel! I love these tips! Im excited to start some of these ideas! I'm going to buy a goal clothes and hang it up where I can see it! Oh, and what mascara do you use?!
Hello! I love your channel so much, I was diagnosed with PCOS 1 year ago at 15 and the doctor explained that it was causing extra weight. So now at 16 and 268 pounds, my goal is to get to 167 pounds by 18, but my biggest fear is loose skin. Is that something that happened to you? It just really scares me but I need to lose weight.
I actually do not have a lot of loose skin! Loose skin should not scare you off from leading a healthy life. It is much worse to have health problems than to have loose skin!!!
I've been watching your videos for a few days and ummm it's super creepy how similar we are haha! like from age, to tools, to starting weight. the only difference is that I currently started my journey two weeks ago and I love how motivational you are! keep doing what you're doing ❤
There are apps that make it easier to keep a food journal. It’s just a click of a button. Fitbit’s app does it but also MyFitnessPal which links to Fitbit’s app. And there are more.
You're beautiful and such a big inspiration! So glad I found you I automatically followed you on Instagram the moment you said your user name. Thank you for the great tips /tools !
I'm documenting my weight loss journey here on UA-cam .. I just started so your tips are very much appreciated !!! Thank you sooooo much for sharing. 😀
Thank you so much for posting this video! I had already started doing most of the things you suggested except for the food diary, dietbet and the toothpaste trick! I think it's really gonna help me too because I have that same problem where I come home and I wanna eat just cause I'm bored 😭 I really appreciate what you do to help others, hopefully I'll be able to join your dietbet for the first time. Thanks a lot! 😄
That toothpaste advice was actually very good. I need to start brushing my teeth as soon as I get home. I usually come home and mindlessly snack for an hour before I go to sleep. Its definitely hindering my progress. I've lost 20 pounds in 7 months..slow and steady.
Do you have a place where those of us who are working a weight loss program can be accountable to one another? For example, I went to the gym Tues and Thurs and did my entire program...cardio and weight bearing. That would be a great way to stay honest and stay motivated.
Kathryn, Check out sparkpeople.com There are forums and lots of online groups there for every goal and interest imaginable....for example you can narrow down your group choice by what diet plan you are on, or how much weight you have to lose or most any other thing under the sun. It's been awhile since I was on the site, so I popped over there to check out how it's set up. If you want try out the groups, look under 'community' and then 'sparkteams'. PS, it's a REAL friendly, supportive site. :-)
Hello dear, i'm only 160lbs and 5'2 and my problem is I got all the fat in my lower area (legs-thighs) and you used to have the same problem.. so how did you get rid of that fat and get slimmer legs?
Every body carries weight differently and we cannot control where or when the weight will come off. Just stay the course and incorporate some weight training exercises! Consistency is key.
Good tips. for some reason eating healthy doesn't work for me I have to exercise my butt off for any of it to work and im quite lazy/unmotivated/exercise is pain. So I haven't been able to lose any weight :( I've 15lbs to go ! but since I'm so close like 145lbs it's getting harder
Hi Jovana! I've been watching some of your videos for weight loss and pcos and I hope that my journey is successful as yours. Going to definitely do body measurements and have a food journal. Foods to buy that youve mentioned in your videos: coconut yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, frozen berries, vegan protein powder, spinach, fish and chicken, bananas, broccoli, almonds, walnuts, chia, hemp and flax seeds, is there anything i missed? This is my basically my grovery list next time i go to the grocery store:). Right now I'm resetting as in fasting all day drinking water (i had black coffee this morning just to help me stay sharp and focused for work). Any tips on exercise? Im 180 pounds the skinniest i have ever been 114 pounds (i did this 6 year ago by working out much and eating less, sometimes even starving myself).
Am really thankful that u r sharing all that. You look great by the way. Can you please tell us if u faced any problems with loose skin and if so how did you handled it
Great video again, thank you. I totally get the toothpaste thing, I do it too. I'm 2 days late for diet beat can I still join and I'm in the Uk can I do it?
What helped me a lot was IF and cardio. I’m doing 16:8, I eat 3 meals during the time window and drink lots of water. I love sugar and it’s really hard to avoid , so what I do is if I’m craving for an ice cream I eat a scoop, if I’m craving for chips I just eat 5 pieces just to surpass my cravings. I do that maybe 1-2x a week.
I purchased Aria and for some reason it’s not finishing sync or completing set up. Do you have suggestions? Also, I see your tip for a food journal; however My Fitness Pal is another option. I love it!
Hey Jovana, I'm a new subscriber and I also have pcos. I love your videos and I also have one of those water jars like yours. I feel like it reminds me every time that I need to drink water. I use to weigh 180 and now I'm down to 168. I hope to try these tips and tricks soon again and hopefully lose more weight. Keep motivating all of us because you're doing a great job at it. Oh yes one more thing, I also followed you on Instagram. 💗
I am just starting my weight loss journey. I m 23 and 5'1 and 300lbs. I was so shocked about that! also to make things worse I'm in a wheelchair! it gonna take forever! is there any recommendations you have to help make it as fast as possible?
Hey! I just have a question about eating all of the calories you are allotted. I am allowed 1800 calories a day. I try to burn 500 in a day also. The first two weeks I did great and this week I only lost .8. I didn't eat as much this week. Stayed around 1100-1200 calories instead of the 1800
My problem is food. I'm good with exercising everyday, starting slow and working up. I used to ride my bike everyday, but don't have the time now. I used to be able to workout and burn 1000 calories a day before I stopped. The food problem is that I don't buy my food, so I either don't eat, or I eat junk, b/c all we have is junk, or nothing. So I'm still working on that bit. I gotta try and drink water more though.
Studies show drinking out of straw will lead you to drink more water :)) I love my Fitbit- I challenge my coworkers and friends. I didn't know they had scale. Non-scale victories! I'm pulling out a pair jeans that don't fit anymore, they're going be my goal. Good Video, thanks!
I'm not worried about loose skin because I don't truly believe that I could lose 100 pounds and I won't take photos in my underwear because I feel like every pic of me that already exists is a before photo, I don't want to take more revealing photos and still look the same a year or two later anyway. It's so hard for me to lose just five pounds I don't know how I'll ever lose weight, I'll be happy to lose ten and thrilled to lose forty let alone a hundred! Quitting smoking was easier. Thanks for posting your video.
Ty so much for this video!! I have started my weight loss journey because I need to lose 50 pounds!! I am 50y.o.and my liver is fatty. My dr wants me to lose 50 but I need to lose 70. Ty for the inspiration!!
I would love to do one of these. I just sub to your channel. cause I am working currently on my weight lose journey. plus add lemon water. you should get my weight loss app it's by under armour and you can connect your fit bit to it. it helps you stay in your calorie range. I was 438 at my heaviest and was a size 24 or bigger. and now I am like 300 -280 below that wear an 18/20 or sometimes smaller . i am not giving up. together we cab stay strong and do this together and people shouldn't judge or make fun of people because of their weight problems that we suffered or suffering with . just had a time in life to hit rock bottom. great encouragement for weight loss to people. thanks for sharing that
I've lost over 50 pounds since January 4th :) 338 down to 286. Hoping to lose 100 this year!!! Awesome video!

It's weird! Haha
Freedom In A Budget I am the same!

i think its because you don't fill up your entire mouth and drink it.
I'm down 130 pounds of my goal to lose 185. Cutting myself in half from 370 to 185.

Could you make a " what I ate in a day"? Just to get an idea of how you eat throughout the day.
Soon!

Yes!! I love goal clothes :) Ive had that happen to me too where it goes from too small to too big haha
I don't 'diet', I'm steadily making lifestyle changes so I don't end up relapsing. It's important to differentiate between 'A diet' and 'YOUR diet'
Good way of looking at it!
I just discovered you and you are lovely and sincere and I'll be following you. You are an inspiration!
I thought I was the only one that used brushing my teeth to curb eating
do a day in my life video !!! food and gym 😍
Maybe! My life is boring :P
Jovana Borojevic please gym day
I wanted to track my progress but I didn't want to step on a scale or take pictures... I didn't even THINK about taking measurements. Great idea
I've just found your channel and I love it!
I've gained over 40 kilos in the last 8 years, so I started taking care of myself since a couple of months, so I your tips will be super useful!
Thanks so much!
You should be proud of yourself! Such an awesome attitude. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Thank you!
My best friend and I just started a channel documenting our journey to health and fitness! Thank you for being such a positive inspiration!!
You're welcome!
Can you talk about your extra skin after weight loss?
Please answer : ( I'm on my journey right now but i'm still scared
I can - but I don't have a lot! Lose skin should never deter you from leading a healthy life. Health and living long > some extra skin.
ailey choi eat LOTS of greens, cardio and believe it or not weights help! losing slow and steady will be the biggest advice I can give you, I lost over a 100 pounds but it was over 2 years.

For your journal, do you write down your portion sizes or just the basic description of the meal you had? Thanks!
krisfit413 fitness pal really helps , keeping track of your good
Food*
I don't measure anything so I don't right down portions! Sometimes I'll write basic measurements, such as 1/2cup of fruit, but in general, I eat intuitively because that's what works for me right now :) If you are measuring thought, it may be useful to write that down!
i took you advice to start a food journal and i love it!!
Amazing! Happy to hear that :)
I highly recommend MyFitnessPal app. I started using it a month ago and lost 8 lbs just by tracking what I eat. It's free too! It's super easy to track your calories and nutrition
I don't track calories or macros - but it might help some others out!
HomicIda you are right. It is not advisable to lose over 10lb/month, as you would gain it back. The body needs time.
I'd love to see a more in depth video on your food journal or how to create one!
I wish there was something more to say about it :P I literally write "breakfast" "lunch" "dinner' and "snacks" and write down what I eat! I'm sure there are better ways to do it - but since I don't count/weight anything I literally use it as a tool to track changes in how I feel and what might have caused it!
Wow your amazing and very motivating. Would love to see some "what I eat in a day" videos.
One day !!!
Such a beautiful girl! This is very encouraging and I love your low key style. Thanks for the tips.
Thanks so much!
Can you make a video that goes more in depth into how you food journal? It would be super helpful!
That would honestly be a two min video haha! I write "Breakfast" "Lunch" "Dinner" and snacks and I write in what I ate. I don't write amounts, as I eat intuitively and I don't measure or count my food :) IF you do, you could add in calories or macros!
please keep making more videos! I love your story and your vibe! 😄
I just made a video of my own tips, and now all these weightloss tip vids are popping up. Yours is among them and im happy i found ya! Hey from your new subbie :)
Hey! :) Thanks haha
You are such a huge inspiration! Thanks for making this video. I am definitely going to try your toothpaste suggestion.
Thank you so much!
That toothpaste tip though!!! So smart. I hate eating after brushing my teeth. Im going to start brushing at 8 when I put my kids to bed. Thanks.
Nice job, very helpful information presented in a delightful manner.
First time on your channel! I love these tips! Im excited to start some of these ideas! I'm going to buy a goal clothes and hang it up where I can see it! Oh, and what mascara do you use?!
Awesome! :) I have eyelash extensions, lol.
I would suggest eating foods that help support skin elasticity. Also, cocoa butter and coconut oil are very helpful as moisturizers.
Fabulous advice hun .love the NSV very useful tips
Good tips! I just started and am documenting it so I can make a video like this one day!!! Thank you for being an inspiration!!! Good tips!
I've been watching your videos for a few days and ummm it's super creepy how similar we are haha! like from age, to tools, to starting weight. the only difference is that I currently started my journey two weeks ago and I love how motivational you are! keep doing what you're doing ❤
Goodluck on your journey!
you are my inspiration 🤗 dont stop posting!!🙂
There are apps that make it easier to keep a food journal. It’s just a click of a button. Fitbit’s app does it but also MyFitnessPal which links to Fitbit’s app. And there are more.
GREAT TIPS THANKS! Hey curious if there is anything you do to get your lashes so long? They look great!
I have lash extensions :)
I would love if you did a tragus piercing video and your healing process. How long did it take to heal, did you get a hypertrophic scare, etc.
You're beautiful and such a big inspiration! So glad I found you I automatically followed you on Instagram the moment you said your user name. Thank you for the great tips /tools !
Thanks for the support!
That is so great to hear! I hope you join :)
I would love it if you filmed some day in the life, with food, exercise and ups and downs 🙂
That toothpaste advice was actually very good. I need to start brushing my teeth as soon as I get home. I usually come home and mindlessly snack for an hour before I go to sleep. Its definitely hindering my progress. I've lost 20 pounds in 7 months..slow and steady.
omg the tooth paste idea is brilliant :o
Do you have a place where those of us who are working a weight loss program can be accountable to one another? For example, I went to the gym Tues and Thurs and did my entire program...cardio and weight bearing. That would be a great way to stay honest and stay motivated.
I don't - But that is kind of what DietBet does :)
Kathryn,
Check out sparkpeople.com
There are forums and lots of online groups there for every goal and interest imaginable....for example you can narrow down your group choice by what diet plan you are on, or how much weight you have to lose or most any other thing under the sun.
It's been awhile since I was on the site, so I popped over there to check out how it's set up.
If you want try out the groups, look under 'community' and then 'sparkteams'.
PS, it's a REAL friendly, supportive site. :-)
Jay Tree...thanks a bunch! I'll definitely look into it!
Jovana Borojevic thank you love👌🏻
Good tips. for some reason eating healthy doesn't work for me I have to exercise my butt off for any of it to work and im quite lazy/unmotivated/exercise is pain.
I do toothpaste or teeth whitening ships! On those days that I feel like I really need something not all the time once in a long while lol
Glad I'm not the only one! :P
I weigh 152.2lbs and my goal is to get down to 125lbs. Thank you for your tips!! Wish me luck!!!
Am really thankful that u r sharing all that. You look great by the way. Can you please tell us if u faced any problems with loose skin and if so how did you handled it
I do not have a lot of loose skin!
Great video again, thank you. I totally get the toothpaste thing, I do it too. I'm 2 days late for diet beat can I still join and I'm in the Uk can I do it?
Hey!! So sorry I just saw this. I have a new DietBet starting August 14th. You can join it by visiting dietbet.com/jovanafit - open world wide :)
This is awesome!!!! Thanks so much for the tools! This will definitely help me!
You're welcome!
You've done soooo well and some good ideas on here x
Thank you!
I love it!
these were great tools!! thank you for this video!
You're welcome :)
Girl thank u so much you are helping me so much and brushing teeth is something that I think will help not eat
You are so welcome :)
I love my Fitbit flex, I bought a charge, but because the way my ams meet my weist, it didn’t work for me. The bit it app is great!
I'm over 300 lbs and my goal is to lose 160 lbs mabey more. I hope this works out this time , thanks for your input I like your ideas.
Thanks for sharing your tips. Awesome videos! One of my favourite UA-camrs 👍you've lost so much weight!
Thanks so much!
Toothpaste!!! How did I not think about that. Love the video💕👌🏼
Love your channel! You're going to be so big in a few years I just know it ❤
You are so beautiful and such an inspiration! Thank you for your tips!
Thank you so much!
Stayed around 1100-1200 calories instead of the 1800
You're so pretty!!! Do you have any work out ideas? Or workout routines you do for weight loss
Thank You so much for all your hard work and motivating talks. Your are inspirational : )
Thank you :)
Studies show drinking out of straw will lead you to drink more water :))
I love my Fitbit- I challenge my coworkers and friends. I didn't know they had scale.
Non-scale victories! I'm pulling out a pair jeans that don't fit anymore, they're going be my goal.
Good Video, thanks!
Awesome!! Good luck :)
this video was soo helpful honestly 💗
Thank you!
Great tips especially the toothpaste trick! So true 😂
Thanks!
Tooth Paste! That is a brilliant tip!
Really enjoyed this video, very motivating to us who are trying to lose weight 💓
I would love to do one of these. I just sub to your channel. cause I am working currently on my weight lose journey. plus add lemon water. you should get my weight loss app it's by under armour and you can connect your fit bit to it. it helps you stay in your calorie range. I am 5'11-6ft and I just lost 21 more pounds total. I hate to mention this but being honest since you shared your journey. I was 438 at my heaviest and was a size 24 or bigger. and now I am like 300 -280 below that wear an 18/20 or sometimes smaller . i am not giving up. together we cab stay strong and do this together and people shouldn't judge or make fun of people because of their weight problems that we suffered or suffering with . just had a time in life to hit rock bottom. great encouragement for weight loss to people. thanks for sharing that
Hang in there and stay strong!!! You can do this!!!
