    What is weight control explanation?aI am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    *I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

    I love what Sophia says right at the end: "... I want you to take responsibility for your own life... You only live once in your body, and life is too short to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. It's all in your hands." There was no 'quick fix'. Her transformation took patience and time. A wonderful and welcome change from today's 'Insta' society. Well done, Sophia! 👍🏾

      @Captain Mercurian pretty normal after many years. Kristen's comment is still valid though. When you are overweight, people find you funny and all, but it's hard to be able to "keep" someone for a long time. I'm getting in shape and I have to admit I am quite angry at men. I am sure it will pass, but still. Men prefer the beauty pageants in the long run, even if they say to you "you are beautiful the way you are", they won't try that hard to keep you close like they would do with a fit woman. That's just my thoughts based on what I experienced, hope you had more luck.

      @@84Elenai I'm a man and I agree with you. Although I must say, this might be because keeping a "chubbier" woman next to you is easy and effortless, compared to having a hot and fit woman who might be adored and being hit on by other men. You have to keep a close eye on her and try much harder to keep her by your side, knowing that she can easily replace you with other men. So the same goes both ways. The hotter you are, you have more options, and you try less to impress your BF. By far the worst option is for two hot people to date. They must really have something in common, or they can always just leave and immediately find somebody else.

Everyone assumes it's just vanity alone, but it's not... feeling so uncomfortable in your own skin, afraid to wear certain clothes, to live life free, to simply dance without overwhelming fear, there is so much more than people realize! This video is so very touching and full of heart,--full of soul!--I love it! Inspiring journey

      Candy Smith thank you for saying this...may seem easy and simple to some people, but a lot of overweight individuals that are struggling to be healthier, don’t realize that’s all this is. EXTREMELY clean eating, and a lot of sweat and tears working out the body.
      Expensive gym memberships, workout clothes and shoes, etc., are not required for a difference to be made.
      It’s determination, will and desire that drives a killer physique and a healthy lifestyle.

The thing when I was super athletic is I really didnt understand why someone would not be super fit as it is a better way to live. But we each can only do as much as we can. So if you can work out and have a body like hers, it is a true blessing. We are not all created equal and it is not possible for some people to achieve that type of form. First, who cares if she did take anything? You think you can just pop a pill and get shredded? Nah, you’re still going to need to put in the work. You need a stimulus to create muscle- ie, exercise.
      Second, she didn’t necessarily take anything. She could just have great genetics to put on muscle. I know that’s true, because I got shredded without drugs. Though I don’t have full on abs like her, that is mostly because my diet isn’t good enough to get there. Don’t have legs like her either, because genetically I carry more fat in my legs so I’d need to train them much harder to get that look, which I’m trying to do.
      In any case, even if she was on gear, that doesn’t discount the insane amount of work and effort she put into looking like that. So y’all need to stop being salty and jealous that she had the dedication to do it

    I love fitness and I love your story. My favorite part of this is the fact that you showed and said that you do not keep a six pack all year round. A lot of people judge this sort of thing like it's unachievable, but as I always tell them, it's a science project and A+B=C. I'm really proud of you. Your beginning mirrored mine and I also work out and learned and continue to do so. Thank you for sharing this amazing story honey, keep up and don't let anyone divert your attention from your happiness! God bless!!!

    Amazing. I've been working out almost everyday and It's been 3 weeks and I feel so sore, tired and disappointed because there's a lot to balance out in my life, school, friends, grades, family problems and weight problems. I skipped today's workout because I let my family problem get in the way and makes you feel tired of living and its only been 3 weeks. I just really wanna know how do people do this without anything weighing them down in life.

      Aqilah Sykes dont be disheartened, ive been working out for a year and i took a 2 month break because i lost motivation. but just know that even athletes take breaks and sometimes dont want to work out, your body is trying to get used to it, it'll get easier, i promise. stay positive and keep pushing through :)

    • @EniShehu
      @EniShehu 8 років тому +7

      Don't worry dear, a break won't ruin anything. I've been working out consistently for 4 years and I allow myself a break when my body needs one. Take breaks, eat a "reward" meal once in a while, live your life and don't be afraid of messing things up. If you take it more seriously than you should, working out and living healthy will become a chore and the motivation will disappear. Instead think of it as a lifestyle, do the things you are comfortable with, at first, and work up from there. Eat healthy but if your diet isn't as clean as it should be, try eliminating all the "junk" food little by little, so you get used to it. Also read as much as you can, educate yourself, you are your best trainer.Nobody knows you body better than you. Cheer up, have fun and stay strong.

      Don't be so disappointed! I'm only 14 and I've been dealing with weight loss for about 3 years now and once I did lose weight, it was unhealthy and i gained more back. Currently some videos have motivated me. School, sports, and time management has helped my depression and I'm happy now. My body is the only part that hasn't changed but it is. Make a big goal. Split it into little ones. After completing one of them, keep eating healthy and working out to try and maintain it. After this continue to the next goal! Good luck and remain positive. I got through it, so will you!

      @Dave 1977 well Dave u are an infidel and amazingly u are still alive no Muslim has fought u... how so? There is more to the Qur'an than just reading the Qur'an people like yourself interpret how they want. I too used to find a few verses uncomfortable until i started to learn thr in depth meaning via 'tafseer' which explains whrn the verse/chapter was revealed what was happening at the time etc etc. So Dave i think u may be a little rash in thinking what u think. If Muslims wanted to kill infidels with that many infidels about I'm sure they would be killing. Now surely u can figure that out. Logic would tell u hmmm Muslims are not on a killing spree! Hope all that info enlightens u somewhat.
