You can walk, run, hike or bike outdoors, or you can search "blogilates" on UA-cam. She's great at sharing healthy tips and doing workouts you can do at home :-) Do not restrict or deprive yourself, it will lead to your body wanting unhealthy food way more often - therefore you're more likely to overeat/eat unhealthy stuff/give in to cravings. Most important is what you eat, so focus on educating yourself about what a healthy and balanced diet is (there's lots about it online), and take it from there on. Those progress pictures are amazing! I was 330 at my heaviest and I weighed in at 292.5 on Monday after working on it for probably about 4 months. My lightest when I was working out before was 275 so I don't feel like I've done much until I get there but I can definitely see some changes now!

I just found your channel. I've been on my weight loss journey since February and I keep starting & falling off but I will say I just got really serious back in May. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I started off at 380lbs I'm now 353lbs it's not where I want to be but it's not close to where I was. I suffer from depression so some days are very hard for me to get up & get moving but you just motivated me to get my butt up & keep on pushing. You looking great!!!
Brand new to your channel! I'm losing weight this year too... I did lose 84pounds back in 2015 but sadly regained half of that due to illness last year. I'm back on it now and since 1 March I have lost 9lbs. finally got a gym membership and I start back swimming on Saturday morning. will be watching your videos now for more inspiration. my target at the moment from where I am now is 62lbs.... but just taking it a day at a time.

I used to be 268 as of today I am 211 I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week no working out for me as of right now I hurt my foot some how. But my eating is on point. Hate water so got something from Walmart so now I drink a 2.2 letter of water a day

Thank you so much! I loved this video. I just started my weight lost journey a few weeks back. I too had to start with diet first and then add exercise. Otherwise I knew I would give up. It was hard at first but I’m really liking it. I try to watch what I eat for sure, and make sure I have some vegetables. Drinking water is definitely important. Last year I quit drinking soda, and while I haven’t lost any weight from it, I definitely feel better because of it. My heaviest is 235. My goal is 140~150. Mostly my goal is to lose inches. I’m definitely gonna look into the Texas group you talked about. :) Thanks so much.

my journal just officially started 2 weeks ago. I have slowly changed my diet, my water consumption, and I am doing Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon three times a day. Now as far as my work I am doing this 30 ab and squat challenge, and 20 mins of interval cardio challenge which totals 1 mile. I have only lost 3 lbs. I was so down on myself for only losing 3lbs. but I am just going to keep pushing each and every day. I will do my current exercise routine for 30 days. Then I will modify it as need as not to plato. But I seen your channel and I am happy for you and your progress you are a inspiration to me. My goal is also to lose 70 lbs my starting weight was 260 lbs. hello from Wilmington Delaware....you have inspired me last year I weighed 308.76lbs and like you I wanted to be smaller then I was I turned vegan and started to exercise boom I am down to 235.6 and I am not giving up I will get down to 188 like you said one step at a time ..... your amazing and keep going your not alone we are all here for you....

Honestly I feel the same when I look at old pictures of myself. I was 268 lbs and now I'm 190. So yeah, it's pretty surreal. But congratulations on your loss and good luck to you on the rest of your journey. :)
how long did it take you to lose the weight?
About six months. I started in March and I'm still going. I have a bit more to lose.

I found myself smiling for you when you said your current weight. I started calorie restrictions and counting calories this week on the recommendation of a doctor I was referred to. I just found your channel. I've been on my weight loss journey since February and I keep starting & falling off but I will say I just got really serious back in May. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I started off at 380lbs I'm now 353lbs it's not where I want to be but it's not close to where I was. I suffer from depression so some days are very hard for me to get up & get moving but you just motivated me to get my butt up & keep on pushing. You looking great!!!

Brand new to your channel! I'm losing weight this year too... I did lose 84pounds back in 2015 but sadly regained half of that due to illness last year. I'm back on it now and since 1 March I have lost 9lbs. finally got a gym membership and I start back swimming on Saturday morning. will be watching your videos now for more inspiration. my target at the moment from where I am now is 62lbs.... but just taking it a day at a time.

I stopped working out and not being strict with my foods. I do want my body back and after seeing your video it has reignited me to get back on track. Thank you
I used to be 268 as of today I am 211 I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week no working out for me as of right now I hurt my foot some how. But my eating is on point. Hate water so got something from Walmart so now I drink a 2.2 letter of water a day

So glad you said that! My wife says the same thing if she gets overwhelmed, she will quit. Right now she is working on the diet part, cutting out the sugar and next month she will focus on upping the exercise, currently she just does a 20minute walk daily. Great job on your success thus far!

I started my weight loss journey on March 1st and am already 15 pounds down. I have given myself two years to lose 135 pounds (I'm in the Peace Corps and that's how long our service is). I'm so happy to finally start getting real with how I've treated my body and shed these pounds.

I have been working out and dieting now for 2 weeks and was feeling less motivated! 50lbs in 3 months is amazing!! I'm so jealous!! I began trying to lose weight 3 months ago and have lost 32lbs. I only recently began this channel where I am trying to find support and different ways to help me lose weight. I have never heard the drinking water helps you lose weight so I will be working on trying to do that. I began at 247lbs, I am now 215lbs. I still want to get to 165lbs so I can qualify to join the military. I'd love the opportunity to meet up if you are ever in my area and exchange ideas and kind of help support each other if you're up for it.

Thank you so much! I loved this video. I just started my weight lost journey a few weeks back. I too had to start with diet first and then add exercise. Otherwise I knew I would give up. It was hard at first but I’m really liking it.
I try to watch what I eat for sure, and make sure I have some vegetables. Drinking water is definitely important. Last year I quit drinking soda, and while I haven’t lost any weight from it, I definitely feel better because of it.
My heaviest is 235. My goal is 140~150. Mostly my goal is to lose inches. I’m definitely gonna look into the Texas group you talked about. :) Thanks so much.

my journal just officially started 2 weeks ago. I have slowly changed my diet, my water consumption, and I am doing Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon three times a day. Now as far as my work I am doing this 30 ab and squat challenge, and 20 mins of interval cardio challenge which totals 1 mile. I have only lost 3 lbs. I was so down on myself for only losing 3lbs. but I am just going to keep pushing each and every day. I will do my current exercise routine for 30 days. Then I will modify it as need as not to plato. But I seen your channel and I am happy for you and your progress you are a inspiration to me. My goal is also to lose 70 lbs my starting weight was 260 lbs. So please keep posting I will be watching for inspiration.
