Every time I watch a video or listen to someone talk about osteoporosis there are contradictions. I am thoroughly confused.

So far I have been unable to find a plant-based beverage which does not qualify as an Ultra-Processed Food (UPF) on the NOVA scale developed in Brazil. At some point OsteoBoston will have to address UPFs, metabolic health, and the role of nutrition in bone health. I will continue to listen to your YT channel and learn…

My question on the blueberries, prunes and the soluble fiber; how to rotate them all to our benefit for our osteoporosis especially in the hip.?
I would do them all everyday but I’m sure my stomach wouldn’t agree.
Love Dr. Weaver; and her research. Thank God for her.

Sources to purchase Soluble Corn Fiber: "Equate Fiber Powder" can be purchased at Walmart, Walgreens makes one called "Clear Soluble Fiber Powder", CVS has one called "Easy Fiber", and Target has one called, "Clear Soluble Fiber Supplement"

There are 2 types of maltodextrin: Digestible (MD) and digestion resistant (RMD). When buying in bulk over the internet, companies do not specify which kind it is. So you end up buying 2 lbs of what you don't want because it isn't specified. They're both made from corn. So...ask before you buy. You want DIGESTION RESISTANT. (Didn't know it could get so complicated)

I’d be curious to know what brand of soy milk Dr. Weaver used in her “What’s in your glass” chart. She lists the % daily value for calcium at 45% but my Trader Joe’s Organic Unsweetened Soy Beverage (ingredients: water, whole organic soybeans) only has 4% daily value.

I searched alot of non -dairy milks to find the one with the best calcium. I use Whole Foods 365 brand, unsweetened. About 350 gm per cup.
