This was really a stumbling interview. Fortunately, Dr McKormick has a wealth of knowledge and was worth listening to. I’ll be looking at buying the book.
I'm sorry you felt that way. We may have covered too much material! Or the interviewer (me) might be better.. LOL
Um..um..ummm um. What made you....um...think....um....that? 😉
He was very gracious but she does not know how to moderate a podcast.
Joe Rogan would have been better.
So grateful that we have Dr McCormick with his in depth knowledge. Wish the Doctors and Endocrinologists that treat Osteoporosis would learn from him. Currently reading his first book and will get his new book. Appointment booked with him for next month.
Great and useful information. I am so thankful for this book and the work Dr. Mc Cormick is doing helping us to understand this complex topic and in helping us to ask the right questions.
This guy is great! Thank you for this interview. It gives me hope!
Thanks , great information , god bless you Dr. ❤🎉❤❤🎉
He is very knowledgeable.
Does Medicare pay for all the tests that are required for proper treatment?
Do they pay for the tests that determine if the treatment is working? Or does the patient battle to overcome denials for every diagnostic test given? (I dont expect an answer to this...but its devastating to have these claims denied).
Medicare will cover tests ONLY if the MD will say it is "medically necessary." My endocrinologist reluctantly ordered, but is not willing to say that not covered, so...
Hopefully the book will incl NNT/NNH and relative vs absolute risk for any drugs or treatment. My specialist has advised Forteo.
Will there be a Kindle edition of the book? 714 pages sounds very heavy! 😄
Maybe before final edit for published copy.
She need to let the guest speaker talk more.
Really great info. I learned a lot, but he definitely lost me on the diet. Not nearly enough fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Please shorten the introduction. IMHO, it was too long. We’re here to hear Dr McCormick speak.
I have osteoporosis -3.4. Had proli 3 times. Stopped for 10 months. I am supposed to take Zolendronic acid. My bone maker has been increased. Ctx also increased in two months time. Ctx has gone from 142 to 600. I m 53 had menopause 10 years ago.
Now what happens if I don't take any drugs. Please help me
Wonder what kind of collagen he uses in his bone broth. Also does he buy bone broth or make it himself?
The website is www.osteonaturals.com Feel free to ask Dr. McCormick from his contact information there!
he used fortibone from gelita, a company that has done great studies in germany.
Hello curious in the Book 📖 is there information on a person who has had Hyperparathyroidism? People like us deal with Osteoporosis from a tumor . Thank you
Hi I live in UK, anyone know where I can get a copy of his new book?
Amazon
How to test for protein deficiency?
Is there anywhere in New England to get the TBS score?
Spinach almonds etc are too high in Oxylates
Do you make your own bone broth
I believe we NEED steak, organic meats, pork lamb etc
We need to be Carnivore *our Ancestors*
We need salt, Potassium Citrate, a minimum of 400mg Magnesium Daily, Vitamin D3 5000 iu Daily, K2/MK7 K2/MK4, Boron, Zinc etc
Does medicare cover these blood tests?
Medicare will cover tests ONLY if the MD will say it is "medically necessary." My endocrinologist reluctantly ordered, but is not willing to say that not covered, so...
it grieves me that much of the prescribing is unnecessary
need clinical trials to determine tapering off these poisons
You lost me at spinach in the Bullet.
Painful to listen too!
I couldn't watch it because of the disjointed interview. 2 min intro and let the guy speak . Needs nothing else. Poor interview skills.
