  • Dr. Andrea Trombley PT, DPT, E-RYT, owner of Andrea Trombley PT Health and Wellness. Her online business helps women prevent unnecessary bone loss, prevent falls that fracture to allow her clients to remain active with their friends and families. Her signature program, Strong Women, Strong Bones, helps women become confident and consistent with yoga and weight training.
    Dr. Andrea Trombley PT transitioned to online fitness and exercise during the pandemic and has grown over the past 3 years to a fully online exercise program.
    Dr. Trombley has both Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Physical Therapy. She has advanced training in pelvic health, and spinal disorders and has been a certified yoga teacher for over a decade. She has taught hundreds of therapeutic yoga classes to her patients and trained yoga teachers as well as other healthcare professionals how to practice yoga safely.
    She combines her love of anatomy, yoga, and strength training to address challenges by working with the whole body, including breath, meditation, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise.
    Dr. Trombley currently splits her time between Vermont and New Mexico.
