I quit my job, when my wife took me to court to gain alimony, after she slept with the Milkman. And went to live with him after I threw her out.
Yes. I did it out of spite. Because I'm not paying a penny to her. Especially when I found out she did this, 1 month after we were married.
I felt conned into the marriage and I believe, though they are only rumours. That she was seeing him before the marriage too. I'd rather be unemployed and poor. Than pay her a penny.

I don’t think they’ve considered he might have a job and is just broke regardless.

I don’t think most women were supposed to be stick thin. I’m not advocating for us all to be fat either but I think these days there’s so many people that misinterpret normal size women as “getting fat”.
Being obese is unhealthy but so is being too skinny. We need to normalize average sized people so that so many people don’t end up developing a variety of eating disorders and other unhealthy illnesses.

    • @ciaranirvine

I'm one of those guys that prefers slim women but I wouldn't consider Chloe overweight at all, she looks great! Yup we need to get away from these media obsessions with the "perfect body" and normalize normal people being normal-sized; and also normalize "whatever you are into and floats your boat" - we all have different tastes, and whatever your size or shape from skinny to large, there is someone out there who is into it :)

There is nothing wrong with skinnier women. Everyone should be able to be with someone who is what they are looking for in life and all ways possible as long as it's not a minor outside of that I hope that everyone is able to find their match out there. Hopefully you are as well. :)
I used to not believe in soulmates and stuff like that but then I met my husband. If there is someone as handsome and wonderful as him out there for me than there is definitely someone out there for everyone!!

@@john24110 for sure and I understand that. The problem I have is the toxic ways we’ve been talking about it aren’t proactive so many of them aren’t actually that helpful. We’ve been shaming fatness for decades and more and more people in America and just getting fatter. Is it the majority of peoples fault they are fat? For the most part but a lot of us messed up our metabolism by starving ourselves which actually caused our body’s to store fat. Most people aren’t properly educated about what causes people to gain and keep weight that’s another reason why there’s people who try their hardest to gain weight but struggle. Portion control is a huge problem yes but we are human and I suspect it’s been a huge problem since people first discovered food.
Personally the biggest issue I have is places like the FDC and most of the companies that make our food. They cut corners and use absolutely shit ingredients and use other components to make people addicted in a weird way. There is a reason why there is a huge increase in so many different people and different types of cancers. Are many people lazier? I’m sure they are. Perhaps the biggest issue with obesity is the fact that there are more than one factor out there. I think education about foods, metabolism and all those types of things as early as possible should be taught to kids in the best ways for their age groups at the time to understand. There is so much bad shit out here in this world that can and does kill us but our food shouldn’t be one of those things. Hopefully what I’m saying makes sense. We don’t have to be positive about fatness or anything like that but everyone needs to be proactive I guess maybe is the word I’m looking for. I often have a hard time putting my thoughts into words. The older I get the more I feel like I might have undiagnosed ADD or early dementia only time will tell hahaha 😂

    • @Raraking4796
      @Raraking4796 4 місяці тому

@john24110 for sure especially in America the food is all processed and just plain trash too and even some stuff that claims to be healthy is garbage too. It's absolutely destructive and causes alot of issues for all of us they just happen in a variety of ways. It goes beyond food. Things like deodorant and lotions, shampoos and so much more. The chemicals that are allowed into our lives by all the places that claim to protect us are absolutely disgusting. They want us sick, dying, depressed, anxious and overwhelmed and overweight.
I've been a bit overweight alot of my life. It's a little confusing when it started. I firdt thought that I was fat in middle school but in high school I looked back at my middle school pictures and I wasn't fat. I was taller for awhile and I had a bigger chest but mixed with who knows what else at the time made me believe that I was fat and since I was a teen I was a bit stupid and reckless and so I would often starve myself. It wasn't that terrible because eventually you don't really have much of a appetite. I wish I could explain the metabolism thing better and it may not be as wide spread but basically my doctor said because I would starve myself it might cause me to lose weight in the beginning but then my body will go into " survival mode" which essentially tricks your body into thinking you can't access food and so then it first slows down your metabolism and makes burning off calories more difficult and then your body starts to retain as much fat as possible from anything you consume.
See I think for me this is kind of how it started but unfortunately I did that practice for a very long time before I understood that I was doing the opposite. I've ways been a very active person. I love doing things and going places and someone in my family always has a niecd/nephew or my own kid who wants to play and walk and run and do all kinds of the things. Before I had my daughter I did you to go play volleyball and do other outside activities but babysitters that I trust are hard to come by so I settle for trying to do other types of work outs at home.
All of that aside even if a poor self image and starving myself into a shitty metabolism may have been that's not where it ended.i have always tried my best to eat healthy. I try and stay away from. Places like McDonald's and I'm sure you know why but at the end of the day I am weak for sugary caffeine drinks especially only certain ones. (Turns out I'm picky)
I also sometimes have a weakness for chips. They say moderation and so that's what I do my best with but I've been overweight a long time in other news my doctor said I have the best cholesterol he's ever seen he was very excited. I haven't really put on much weight even when I was pregnant with my daughter I only gained like 12-14 lbs and most of it was gone days- weeks after having her most of it was her, water and all the other makings of pregnancy.
I unfortunately decided 6 weeks after that to go onto birth control and I gained damn near 24lbs.... idk why birth control does that to some women idk if it's hormones or what but I eventually got off of it and not long after back to my regular weight that I've basically been at since I was like 18ish. Hopefully that is helpful to what I meant about the metabolism thingy.

If they really hate paying alimony, couldn't they try to rethink the entire concept? Like, if either spouse was stay at home, why don't they limit the alimony payments to the amount of time it would take to get the stay at home partner ready to re-enter the workforce? Like, if they had a trade or something, then there would only be the time it takes to renew any licenses. If they had no skills before marriage, then sign them up for a forklift course or something to let them apply for jobs that pay better than minimum wage, alimony for 6 months and away they go with the rest of their lives. Make the point of alimony be to allow people whose marketable skills went past their shelf life while being married to get themselves sorted out to work for a living again.

With how things are going, I'm probably not going to get married but if I do, I am absolutely getting a prenup. The only good prenups do for the most part is a sh*t test when asking the fiancee for it to get the reaction and her thoughts on it.

Prenups are worthless. Every divorce attorney just instructs the woman to say she was coerced into signing it. There is no protection for men, other than celibacy. Even then, you can be the recipient of a false " ME TOO " allegation. This is why men avoid interactions with women at work, in the gym, after work, etc. Women complain that men no longer approach them. We don't. It's a survival mechanism to adapt to fanatical feminists. All for equality, against using the legal system to destroy men.

Alimony started in courts back in tha` day because in the old days, women didnt work and their job was taking care of the household while the man worked. When divorce came along, women since they didnt work had no claim to financial support after having lived with their spouce for some dozens of years and the courts felt that in such a split, both people should be able to have a life.
Men back in the day abused this (and women) who then couldnt leave and had to stay with an abusive spouse or be homeless so alimony was created.
Now the world has changed, should alimony change with it? Is alimony even needed in the modern world? I know of no couple who doesnt both work short of being disabled even if they have kids because the economy is so bad.
Old law for the ways things were instead of how they are in 2024.

Honestly, given all you have been through, it's a miracle for you to even be alive. I know you said this in your video, but damn. You deserve some happiness in your life.
as someone who used to be so skinny that my sister refers to my younger years as my cancer patient years (jokingly. I never had cancer, but I was skinny af) and now am fairly overweight, but working on it by going to the gym and trying to eat heathier (I say trying, but with the pot roast we had tonight, it was so good I couldn't resist second. Absolutely love the flavor of the celery and carrots in pot roast juice and the mashed spuds were so fluffy that it was like eating potato cotton candy and the gravy...rambling...) anyways, people have it hard enough without dipshits online constantly making snide comments here and there about someone being too skinny or too fat...
you do you and may this year bring you more happiness than the last.

I have zero problems with paying child support, I have two ex wives and paid child support for 18 years and I never missed a payment or was late once. As for alimony, a nonworking spouse should get 2-3 months max, just enough to get on their feet and find a job, after that they’re on their own. I can’t believe this is still a thing.

Over here it is common that the one that earns the most, pays alimony to the one earning less.
And yes, that can mean the woman has to pay the man, sometimes.
Sometimes the difference is so small, they forgo it altogether.

I am so grateful that my son's mother did not sue for custody or child support and as much as we dislike each other at times we found a way to somehow stay together and raise our son together it's extremely hard at times because we made a promise to each other that we would not argue about certain things in front of our child and they can be hard but knowing that my son has both of us and was never forced to choose one over the other and has seen with his own two eyes that love from his two parents is unbreakable towards him and the two people can put their personal grievances beside and come together in persevere through some extremely difficult times is invaluable in my opinion and I take care of all the bills and I'm proud to do it and I'm not resentful about it at all it's my responsibility and I love taking care of my family and and my son's mother has her responsibilities that she takes care of and we just keep pushing on

Disgusting, isn't it? So many women only made noise about the "injustice" of alimony when they were the ones forced to pay it. No one should be rewarded for breaking a contract; if you want to leave, leave and don't expect a prize for doing it.

You deserve wonderful children and the love that comes with them. You are doing important work. You may not feel like that at times but know deep inside you are helping so many people. Not just the men but women too. Know that from afar in Canada , United States and the world you have changed the mindset of women get everything and men get nothing. XOXXX
