@Dan261178 I think she does plenty of good. Unlike some she has opened some modern women's eyes WITHOUT shaming them or bringing them to absolute tears in the process. The one thing I appreciate is how quick she is to point out that women have it easier in today's society and does put and appropriate amount of accountability on women with regard to reproduction. She's very quick to point out stats which is seems many don't care for at all.

@@inquisitorgrynthebandito2736 Without shaming them? Obviously we have been watching different videos because she is constantly shaming women in the videos of her that I have seen.I`m not saying that some of the points she makes are right, but her motives are anything but altruistic. There is a video called "The Truth About Pearl" which gives a behind the scenes glance, although to be fair you might want to sift what the guy says because hes clearly got his own agenda too.But thats the thing about it,at the end of the day there is always an ulterior motive.

People really need to understand that its not supposed to be a zero sum game.
Too many Mens Rights spheres tear down women to build up men, in the same way that too many Feminist spheres tear down men to build up women.
We'll only see positive change when everyone gets on board with trying to empathize with each other, work together, and take fucking accountability when your side is wrong.
Thank you, Roma. I appreciate that you support Men's Rights, but arent afraid to call out toxic people and mindsets in the community. Too many people aren't willing to.

Patrick, I’m sorry that you have to deal with that at such a young age. I’ve never been someone that’s treated people that are different from me as less than. Even though I never treated them poorly I failed to see their struggles in life, that is until my nephew was born and diagnosed with Asperger’s. I see it all the time in how people look at him, speak to him and treat him. I envy him because his heart is pure and he doesn’t see the evil in this world. He’s given me so much without even knowing he’s having such a positive impact on me. You’ve had that same impact on others as well even though you may not know that. Keep your head up young man. You have a purpose and a path. Be a voice for all the other kids like you. Hey brother! You're not alone! As a 53yr old male, I was diagnosed in 2020 with high functioning ASD and ADHD. I have stumpled through life due to not knowing. The number of jobs i;ve lost due to those workplace "karens" exceeds the fingers on both hands. Thankfully you are getting the help we need to adapt. I've learned to mask very well. When I was tested, they were also testing a hypothesis to understand how I.Q impacts ASD. Mine puts me in the gifted catagory. With that, I've learned to mask very well. it's helped tremondously to get the world to accept me as "normal". i really like the perspective she gives on things. ... Now on the flip side, masking to survive is one thing. Trying to date and let someone into your inner sanctum of your personal space and truly get to know you... that's a whole new ballgame. 6yrs ago after my mom died, I developed trust issues and because most people don't stick around long, trusting others is hard. So these things combined make successful dating hard. I hope you don't have these same issues.

Recently abortions in the US being banned in certain states removed women’s say in whether they wanted a baby in them for 9 months that they may not have been able to or wanted to take care of. At the same time men are oppressed in ways such as with a lack of options of contraceptives and not being taken seriously with rape allegations. It's not about them being genuine.
It's about them bringing in alot of attention. People like Tate and Pearl draw in numbers to the cause.
Of course they do not care about us. We aren't dumb. We know no one on youtube or the internet is sitting there worried about our well being.
Even You, Roma, don't know us individually enough to care outside of "well if they died, that's awful."
Tate and Pearl are good because they draw in attention and make the movement mainstream.
We have been living with the knowledge no one cares about us most of our lives. But those two give the unseen visibility.
And that's how we win. Numbers and visibility.
As far as Tate insulting people "Your life is shit. You are shit"---It is the sort of call out men used to give one another. The hard criticism we need to hear. No more coddling. No more "you are equally important as all the other 8 billion lives!"
Just Reality you have to deal with. It is responsibility.

It still needs to be pointed out by people. As the metaphor goes about the frog and the boiling water, it can be quite easy for people to miss slight difference or changes over time. Life is nuanced and it can be easy for people to become 'radicalised' on various topics without them noticing, especially online with how easy it is to fall into echo chambers.
You and me and maybe most people might be able to notice when the topics start going from genuine mens right to mgtow but there are probably a lot of people who won't notice it and will move from one content creator to the next as they are recommended by the algo, thinking they are talking about the same thing and before they know it they are in some hate filled community. Just enough of each persons points align with mens that they can pass themselves off as being the same but often their real goal is to push their other points under the guise of mens rights.
I noticed something similar myself with a lot of weightlifting/bodybuilding motivation videos. A lot of them are just about men pushing themselves to be the best they can be in that particular area, but every second or third video is blatantly anti-gay, anti-women, anti-trans etc.. Embrace masculinity can be a powerful message when it is about self improvement and being the best person you can be, but it often crosses the line with messages like femininity is inferior to masculinity, trans people are lesser, women are lesser, gay people are lesser, anyone who doesn't 100% commit to masculinity in every way we personally describe it here is lesser.
Like I said I can spot the difference, you probably could too, and many others, but there will be quite a few people who will embrace the negative messages a lot more than the positive ones. And we can potentially increase the number of people who can see the differences if we have others in a related area point out those differences.

Men were becoming radicalized and pissed off and we're going to do something probably a lot more violent if people like Tate Pearl and roma hadn't started talking about our problems I could have easily seen the radicalization getting far worse because none of these people call for violence absolutely none of them do and if things going on just a little bit longer and we've gotten people that were getting popularized like like the feminazis then things would have been a lot worse by now I think or at least in the next two years

What Andrew Tate (willfully) overlooks is that real masculinity most often occurs in the mundane. I say willfully because he knows he's selling you an unattainable, pie-in-the-sky version of manhood, but that's the point - he quite literally monetises his idea of masculinity.
"Fast cars, fast women, big houses; it can all be yours if you just take my $49 course".
Being a good man means waking up daily and doing your best to provide for your family. It means making painful sacrifices that no one will ever see. It means resisting temptations. It means being accountable. It means being present. It means working on yourself, even when that's the hardest fucking thing you'll ever do. There are millions of nameless, faceless men slogging away in the mundane, doing their best to be the best man their wives, kids, and communities could ask for. They're not superheroes or rockstars - they're ordinary people working tirelessly to keep their families comfortable, happy, and safe. It's not anything like the Andrew Tate 'dream', but that's the point. Kids aren't raised by rockstars. Strong marriages aren't built on a foundation of one-sidedness. BUT, when you work on being a great father, a great husband, and a great man, you will be rewarded by things that Andrew Tate could never dream of having.

I've met in my life a bunch of really despicable guys who were at first glance perfect examples of alpha males (like Tate) and women that knew everything we guys should do in our personal life while they failed in theirs (like Pearl). Let's be careful with generalizations and whom we take advice from. Most young folks are intelligent enough to figure things out without the need of self-entitled people they don't know nothing about with questionable life choices shouting at them what they have to do and what they should do to became proper grown men.

A sense of purpose through tough love, as well as realizing trauma and heartbreak can be used as fuel to build discipline and become a great man. Also demystifying women in their eyes. Your focus should always be becoming the best version of yourself first and the rest is added bonus.

I’ve been watching this channel for a couple of months but have never commented. I just wanna say for the men who are out there who are in the position I was in 6 years ago. I couldn’t see my kid and was the scum of the earth per my ex , know it can change. She went off the edge because I had stopped showing her attention because our daughter was born and was showering all my affection on her. She decided she was going to teach me a lesson and started seeing some other guy and started a war. I don’t understand why women think that ever works. I’ll show him and make him jealous and then he’ll see and come running back. Uhhhh no, you slept with another man and we’re married. That makes you repulsive to me. We’ll long story short after her leaving me and me not graveling for her to come back she screwed up her life and ended up on drugs because of it. Of course that was all my fault as well. But she eventually got her self into some trouble with the law because of Drugs and my daughter ended up coming and living with me. It saddens me to say this but my wife ended up passing away because she ended up crossing the wrong person over some drugs and stuff. But me and my daughter are happy and doing good. I’ve done a lot of praying on my knees and had a lot of sleepless nights but it’s all worth it. Don’t give up and don’t stop praying because you never know when the tide will change. I’m here if anybody needs to talk. I’ve been there and understand!

The dedication and unwavering commitment to your daughter is inspiring to me as well. Idk when exactly it started, but for the last year or so I started to want a daughter some day. I never thought I would want kids, but something about the bond between Father and daughter speaks to me on a spiritual level. Everytime I see videos or read stories about fathers who move mountains for their daughters, or daughters that still cherish their fathers when theyre all grown up, I get more emotional than I have ever been. Even at funerals Im barely phased but seeing that bond just.... idk. It just does something to me.

Holy crap, I did not realize how badly I needed to see this video. Here I have been, wondering how feminism can brainwash so many women into thinking that men just don't have issues and into thinking that men are the source of a lot of the problems in their lives. "How can they think that? Don't they see our issues?"
Only to realize that I've been doing the same thing against them, thanks to people like Andrew Tate or Pearl. It felt like for the first time in my life, people were actually acknowledging issues that I have first-hand experienced and had to deal with, as if to say "for the first time in my life, my issues aren't just being automatically dismissed as BS or imaginary!"
And I've allowed the fact that these people talk about issues that I've had to endure trick me into thinking that they were actually on my side and that there are actually people speaking about my types of issues.
Chloe, thank you. This video helped me to see things in a new light. That may sound cliche, but I honestly don't care; all it took was 17 minutes to watch this video to realize that I had become the equivalent to a feminist on the opposite side of the debate.
And with that, realize why I have felt a degree of anger and resentment towards women, because of people like that want to sell me this idea that women are the problem.... Without realizing that I was contributing to the problem simply because I'd felt heard for the first time.
Thank you for this, this helped more than you know.

Watching people like Andrew Tate, JustPearlyThings, and F&F is a pretty good idea. The most important thing to remember is to compartmentalize. Understand what is misogynistic (I don't believe these people to be misogynistic). They can say some outlandish things that I don't agree with. But to claim hatred and contempt for women (misogyny) is just not accurate whatsoever. What I've mainly taken from that kind of content is to become the best and strongest version of yourself. Your examples of the people who are disabled and whatnot is assuming that it is believed by people in the manosphere that they can't be masculine or the other things they promote. They can still be all those great things, just in a different way. But the exception doesn't make the rule. I want a feminine woman. I like traditional values. I like being aware of how women operate. That is what I take from people in the manosphere. I wholeheartedly and respectfully disagree that feminism and the manosphere are one and the same. As well as claiming that these are not mens rights advocates when the main purpose of their content is to make you aware of how women operate and become the best person you can possibly be.

Not everyone takes away the same message. Especially if the person giving the messages knows what they are doing. What if some of the stuff Andrew Tate says is about self improvement, but some of the stuff he says is anti-women? As you said you could compartmentalise and just listen to the 'good' messages while ignoring the other but not everyone will do that, not everyone will even notice the difference between the two.
If 90% of their points align with mens rights then it is easy for them to pass themselves off as mens rights or even for someone to mistake them as mens rights but I would be willing to bet that a lot of people will end up focussed on the 10% of their points that aren't. That is how people end up in the incel and mgtow communities. They don't immediately hop online and start looking for that specific thing, they are slowly 'radicalised' over time as the algo suggestions move from genuine mens rights advocates to the crazy guys.
That is basically how any kind of radicalisation works. Start with small stuff that is generally accepted by everyone, gradually over time start changing the message but keep enough of the older message that everyone accepts around to give weight to the newer version. This can be done by a single person if they have a very specific target in mind or by multiple people or communities if they are trying to reach larger groups of people. Doesn't even have to be intentional, the algo has done a great job of connecting similar but slightly different groups together. It is basically the frog in boiling water metaphor. Most people won't notice gradual changes or differences is spread out over a long enough time.
If you want a perfect example start looking at a bunch of weightlifting/bodybuilding motivation videos here. And pay attention to them. A lot of them, maybe the majority, are simply about self improvement, but you will find quite a few with very blatant anti-gay, anti-women, anti-trans messages too. A lot of the embrace masculinity ones fall into the latter camp. The thing is, if all you care about is the self-improvement aspect, that will be the message you take away and you will see no problem. But if you have any kind of inkling of anti-gay, anti-women, anti-trans thoughts etc.. that is what you will end up focussing on. And those videos are just similar enough to the purely self-improvement ones that they can pass themselves off as that to most people, but at the same time they do a good job of funnelling the people open to their messages into the more extreme communities.

@@Subjagator You need punctuation lol. But, firstly, I'll start by saying they're not misogynistic, to begin with. They also don't try to pass off as Men Rights Advocates. The definition of misogyny is hatred and contempt for women. Also, you make it seem like they have a sinister agenda at play when you say "especially if the person giving the messages knows what they are doing." What exactly are they doing in your eyes? What we see is teaching to embrace masculinity, become the best version of yourself, take responsibility, take accountability, support the nuclear family, be cautious with the women you choose to court or be with in general, and more. The things said are construed as anti-woman because it is a harsh truth they don't want to accept. The 10% is the exception. There are exceptions for everything in life, but it will never make the rule. Ever. These podcasts speak in generalities BECAUSE there are exceptions, and nobody is going to, nor should they, find and address every single exception there is. So what should be done about this 10%? Ban these podcasts altogether as they have already been doing? They try to claim hatred and misogyny to justify these bannings when it is simply because they PERSONALLY don't agree with what is being said. You get banned for spreading the truth now. That has been made abundantly clear. An example of something being labeled as misogynistic when it is really just an opinion is cheating. They believe it is alright for a man to sleep with other women if he is rich and of high status. I don't agree with that and prefer loyalty. But I do recognize there are differences when it comes to a man versus a woman cheating. Your comparison of what they do and weightlifting/bodybuilding is flawed. Although you are correct that there are some channels with blatant hate, those, once again, are the exception. I would also LOVE to know what channel is being blatantly hateful and isn't banned yet because if it were ACTUAL misogyny and anti-trans and every other label you can think of, they would be banned. You say to watch and pay attention to those videos. I have, and for a very very long time, still do, and have never come across any of these channels you claim to have this blatant hate. It seems like you yourself haven't watched and paid attention to these bodybuilding/workout videos/channels. I would encourage you to do the same for these podcasts and find actual misogyny and hatred in their content. Spoiler alert, you won't find it. A lot of the things Myron Gaines speaks about, as well as Andrew Tate have had these things instilled in them by their mothers. Anybody with an "inkling" of anti-gay, anti-trans, or anti-women isn't interested in their content because they aren't all those false labels. So they therefore cannot be funneled into these imaginary, hateful channels.
Show me the objective hate. Not what you want to deem hateful.

       @Brenden
I could give specific links to videos and even point out specific comments that show they are anti-gay or anti-trans etc.. but should I even bother? You can always pull the old exceptions don't prove the rule thing like you just did and dismiss anything I say but that argument doesn't work when I am talking specifically about the exceptions and how people like Tate etc.. can influence those people. But just on the off chance you are genuinely interested here is an example of the channels that I would consider as masquerading as a fitness or self improvement channel but is in reality primarily concerned with messages of anti-gay, anti-trans, anti-women etc...
The Be Strong channel. 6 videos, 4 of them have trans flags/colours/parades in their thumbnail for whatever reason. (I am sure it is just coincidence and doesn't in any way say anything about the channel creators views on gay or trans people. /sarcasm)
      www.youtube.com/@Strong353/videos
Their most watched video (ua-cam.com/video/PPhW25NLQM0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=BeStrong) starts off very similar to other fitness motivation videos. A bunch of fat people doing stupid things etc.. which I can at least somewhat understand because it is related to fitness and can be a motivator for many people to work out if they don't want to end up being fat. Not particularly nice but I can see how it could motivate people. But there are (subtle?) differences in this video compared to other fitness motivation videos, they start around the 40 second mark. Out of nowhere, a couple of girls dancing followed quickly by some young woman streaming. I have no idea how those are related to the point of the video really, everything up until that point had been about obesity which in a fitness or self-improvement related video would make sense to include the fat people but random women doing random streaming or dancing or something on the internet? I can't really figure out why they are put in the same 'reject' group as the fat people being made fun of. The main video doesn't really touch on anything trans related either that I can see so I have no idea why the thumbnail has a bunch of trans flags being waved around, the most likely reason that I can think of is the creator was trying to get a particular kind of person to click on the video. Once it is done showing all the groups to 'reject' it continues like most fitness motivation videos to show a bunch of guys(no women that I could see) lifting weights and doing 'masculine' stuff. And of course, just to hammer the message home, he even puts a little message right at the end of his video to say that he isn't against women. Because nothing screams I am not against women like having to preemptiveely say how much you aren't against women. I can absolutely see how many people could watch that video and see it as only a motivational video and nothing else, but you have to be able to see how others could easily take away a different message.
Let's have a look at another one of their videos (ua-cam.com/video/XWcaD9NXHjU/v-deo.html&ab_channel=BeStrong)
Again, this one starts off with a fat woman doing fat person stuff which given that the end of the video once again focusses on lifting weights and fitness stuff then the start of the video kind of makes sense but this one quickly moves away from the obesity vs fitness message that normal fitness motivation videos have. At less than 20 seconds in it swaps to a young girl doing the whole internet thing and then quickly swapping to what looks like some kind of pride parade followed by a string of scenes of other people and activities that I assume the creator disagrees with and who thinks should be 'rejected' by others. Later in the same video, around the 1:15 mark it shows a guy climbing into bed with another guy and they cuddle and kiss. Again, I just can't really fathom what is wrong with those things in any way and why they are put into the same 'reject' category of being overweight in a fitness motivation video.
But hey, maybe I am completely off base here and that channel which is making videos about 'rejecting' homosexuality and young girls isn't anti-gay or anti-women. A quick read of the comments under those videos though leads me to think otherwise. Let's have a look at some of them.
"Its funny how people think this is a passing trend. It's been almost a year and these videos still appeal to hundreds of thousands. It raises the awareness of the young people who use this platform, and most importantly, it creates a collective consciousness against the same enemies." - What enemies is he talking about here? Is obesity the enemy perhaps? Or is it the others shown in the videos, the gays, the trans, the women???
To which the creator himself responded, "We must not be silent in front of this infection that they are trying to spread in our society and our children through all social media sites and their celebrations in public places and on the Netflix platform." - It is an infection now, and who is this nebulous 'they' that the creator is referring to. Again, maybe I am off base completely here but to me that sounds like he is talking pretty clearly about the LGBT community(celebrations in public places in a video where a non-insignificant part of it appears to be at some kind of pride rally) and some 'agenda' that the creator thinks they are pursuing through social media.
Another great comment. "Don’t let a women tell you what you can and can’t do, don’t let anyone tell you, keep up the grind kings and believe in gods plan for you because he loves us, and guess who he made first: MEN" - On the surface this could have been a great comment. The whole don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do is a solid message. A shame he had to specifically call out the women who do it and then end by saying God created men first. I guess some people will read that and only see the positive while others will read that and see that the person who wrote that thinks men as superior to women. What do you think about that? Does this commenter have any particular feelings about women would you say? A coincidence that he called them out specifically and needed to clarify that god made them after men, perhaps?
If you take the time to read comments under those kinds of videos you will find all manner of them. People talking about holding the line against the enemy, fighting against the enemy etc.. and the message I can see in all of them is absolutely hate against some group, be it women, LGBT and I have even seen some that got very 'Christian' and were trying to entice some crusades against non-Christians.
But honestly I think you missed my entire point, which kind of proves another point actually; that the message you got from my comment wasn't the message I was trying to convey and might be different to the message someone else could get reading it. Perhaps you read my comment through your initial reaction to it and it coloured your view of it. Anyway, my original point wasn't about the specific example of Tate. I used this particular case as an example since it was the topic of the video. My point was that it is important for people to call out differences if they notice them, especially if the differences are small or subtle because that is exactly when many people won't notice them, and that people should call out the differences regardless of what the issue is. It wasn't a personal attack against you for liking Andrew Tate or anything. Not everyone is going to notice everything about everything all the time. I am sure there are tons of things that I don't know about Tate that you noticed and tons of things that you don't know about him that I noticed. It is only by genuine discussion about those differences that we can see all the details and get a more complete view of the topic rather than getting funneled into some kind of tunnel vision or some kind of echo chamber where we only get or accept feedback that we agree with in the first place.
      Have a nice day.

It's obvious you haven't and are chirping the narrative the left wants regurgitated. And it's not even a bodybuilding/ weightlifting channel. So you're not even supporting your own argument. It is clear you don't actually understand what misogyny really is. You see hate where there is none. You search for the tiny exceptions in society so you can claim victim and oppression to avoid responsibility and accountability. Time to get based bud. I still need actual examples of the hatred you claim to see everywhere. Where are the people who watch these podcasts being "funneled" to, as you put it? You tried and failed to provide a good argument.

To be totally serious for a minute, thank you for doing what you do. We really need more women tackling this problem, because as you know, nobody listens to men. We have become so marginalized and so disempowered, we don't even have the ability to fight for our own rights anymore. We needs women to fight other women and the destructive outliers in the male community as well, if we are ever going to have any kind of positive change. I will admit that I have to take your channel in small doses sometimes because it can get a bit intense, but that's just because you are very passionate about the subject matter, which is a good thing. I've struggled my whole life with these issues but it's only in the last few months that I felt like there was really an opportunity to explore these issues and in some way, it makes me feel like other people are seeing all the problems I've seen and lived for 40 years, but at the same time, it almost feels more insurmountable and problematic than ever before. As you're pointing out, some supposed advocates of men's rights are really just reality tv show hosts and scam artists looking to make money selling drama, and it hurts the movement even more.
it just seems like an incurable issue, but some content creators and activists give me some bit of hope that maybe things could be better decades from now. I struggle though thinking about the world my 2 young nephews are going to have to grow up in the lost generations of men. I may not be able to change the world, but I will always try my best to be a good example for them of what a modern man should be, what it means to be a man in these times, and just how to be a good person.
Meanwhile, you keep up the good work!

we all know the inconfortable truth about how to solve the problems " economy collapse, wars and destruction of infrastructure" are the only things that will reset the world
And nobody wants that to happen, only crazy people will want that.
So let stop the BS please

@rey author I have been watching all of the channels off and on for the last 2 years. Stop listening to Tate and Pearly and listen to those who will be more positive for you. Not just those who are good at being mad at who you are mad at.
