30 minute Walking Workout at home // Fun Low Impact Dance Cardio!

- Thank you for joining me for this fun walking and dance workout! I hope you love it as much as I do, this was a blast to choreograph!
All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages including beginners and seniors, and are an excellent way to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in!

I rotate through many of your workouts. At 66yo I began to feel very stiff and off balance - lots more than I felt my age dictated. As I have arthritis, I have hesitated to do a lot of workouts or go to the gym as my fear of being hurt is greater than my dislike for being out of shape. BUT, for the new year I decided now was the time. I tried several on UA-cam but then found your series. I have stayed consistent 5 days a week for 4 weeks now and can already tell the difference. I feel stronger, have more energy, and more importantly, I am so proud of myself for sticking to it! Your workouts are perfect for seniors (an often forgotten group), don't take up but a half hour of my day, work the WHOLE body, and ARE FUN!! Thanks for taking such good care of us "old folks". I am hoping for same results. Just started doing a variety of the SeniorShape Fitness videos plus stretching. I have arthritis too and thyroid autoimmune. I want a work out but I cannot overdo it on my joints etc at 57. Loving these videos. They have moves from my 80s aerobics, Jane Fonda videos and some punching Tae Bo!

I lost fitness for 7 years due to osteoarthritis of my hips. In the past 4 years I have had both hips replaced and am on a journey to get my fitness back. Although I walk 5 to 8 km daily, I felt I needed something more. I have found your Senior Shape workouts EXCELLENT! They are totally doable with no discomfort whatsoever. The cardio, strength, yoga and stretch workouts are perfect for a 68-year-old getting back in shape. Love ALL the workouts! Thank you so much!

Awesome workout! The moves were easy enough for me to follow (I am not the most coordinated person on the planet!). I love that you just tell us kindly what the moves are and not talking or yelling the entire time. I like to work out in the morning and I can't stand people yelling the moves. I really love everything about your channel, you are so sweet,calming and gentle. I love your blue filming space, and how even though your workouts seem gentle, they are tough sometimes. I love your wide variety so we can broaden our world of exercising than just walking. I feel quite clumsy,but I can see where repetition brings improvement. I am 62 and a healthy weight, but just want to stay flexible and strong. I found how to do this with your beautiful channel. I would LOVE to see you perform in ballet, I'm sure you're a stunner!💞💞

I did the workout when I got home after a ten hour night shift. I was dog tired. It is an awesome workout and enjoyable. I can't wait to do it when I feel energetic. You, Lauren, are fast becoming my favorite workout guru!

I'm 67 year old. Your workouts challenge me but they don't defeat me which is why I keep doing your videos all of the time. If I feel defeated I quit and don't continue exercising. But with your videos I can keep up, I'm winded and tired but able to keep up and feel great at the end. I was a winner thank you to you!

in my 30s, not a senior, but found this a fantastic workout! I love that it's gentle, fun and at the same time feels like a proper workout. Really gets the sweat going and the heart pumping whilst not feeling like extreme overexertion like some other workout videos feel to me. Thanks Lauren ❤

Your workout videos are great. Sound and video production are good, which helps enjoy the workout. The workouts themselves are excellent. Enough to be aerobic without causing new problems. After a month of 30 min/day of your workouts, my 77 year old body is feeling better. And I no longer need shoulder surgery.

Was looking for post-surgery workouts and came across yours. If for nothing else, just watching you EXUDE happiness, this video is for anyone having a bad day! I just discovered this channel and I already love it! I'm 35 and I have a very important weight to carry on, so to to speak, and usually I have problems with my knees and ankles during workout... But with this kind of low impact workouts I can move freely without the fear of injuries 🥰 thank you so much 🥰

I just found your channel and I love: #1 low impact, #2 easy to follow moves, just enough variety and repetition to make it fun. I am 65 and used to dance a lot and was an aerobics instructor for a few years. I know all those moves but my old bones can’t handle any jumps anymore. So good to have you as a friend and I just follow along. Super enjoyable 😊
