Upper Body Stretch and Mobility Workout // Exercises for Posture & Pain Relief

- Please join me for these pain relieving exercises that can be done in a standing or seated position. Grab a chair even if you are performing the exercises standing so you have it for stability and to assist with some stretches.
All movements are osteoporosis friendly ( no rounding or twisting of the spine) and are great for better posture and improved range of motion in the shoulder area. The stretches are perfect for shoulder issues and pain as well as neck pain.

This is the first morning in over a month I’ve been well enough from an upper respiratory infection to return to a fitness routine. This routine is exactly what I needed. My neck, left shoulder and mid back have been so tight and painful for over a year. I’ve done chiropractic, message therapy, ice and heat. Yes, those things have helped, but this routine touched all those affected areas. Thank you for the time you have taken to develop this mobility stretching video. It felt so good to get moving again. 👍

My alternative medicine chest 👍 after a weekend working in the garden/yard instead of reaching for the ibuprofen/paracetamol I used my alternative medicine chest (senior mobility) and as ever found just what I needed. Thank you for your commitment to helping others share your workouts.

I have severe anxiety and asthma leading to chest pain and nervousness and this helped in so many ways. I’ve been sick for about a week and haven’t been able to keep solids or liquid down but this opened up my chest so much and relieved me immensely
