    Thank you Lauren...this is another EXCELLENT video. And harder than I thought it would be...but easy to follow and a fantastic work out! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you personally for all of these videos. I am a 62 year old man who has been using your videos for about a year now. I combine them with outdoor 2 mile speed walks in the warmer weather. All of that, combined with a very healthy diet, has allowed me to lose about 25 pounds....about 175 now down from about 200. I feel fantastic...and, notably, I feel so much stronger and more toned everywhere....and that is clearly from your workouts. Thank you again!

      Speaking of walking in warmer weather... I "hibernate" indoors for July, August and much of September. With Lauren's routines, I'm all set to maintain health, fitness, strength, balance and GOOD MOODS. I use these walking videos (at my pace) for after-dinner during these too-humid and hot evenings. I put an entertaining program on the computer screen, make another - smaller - screen of Lauren walking, and I'm happy as can be in air conditioned bliss! I, too, feel stronger, more capable and toned. The evidence: I'm helping hubby during the day with a greenhouse building project and stepping up/down the ladder, holding aluminum frame in place (bellybutton in, breath in/out!) has been doable/ The magical "economy" of these routines: you get double, triple your effort back in so many ways!

    Hello, I'm 57 years old, I'm diabetic and totally sedentary, but I'm trying to improve. I loved your video, I only managed to do 7 minutes and I was "dead", but tomorrow I will try to do more. Thank you very much! 🌷

    Lauren I'm 62 years old work full time as a nurse. I have worked out consistently since I was 30.
    This is the very best workout I've done in many many years. I want a complete workout but I can't do burpees planks and high impact workouts anymore. Your videos are perfect for me!

    2,493 steps I’m 66 yrs old and in the warm weather I ride my bicycle about 10-12 miles a day so I do different videos during the cold weather. I love your video I feel so energized when finished. Thank you

    The weather has been so gross where I live my high school daughter and I never made it out of our jammies yesterday! 😂 This was a great video to get ready to join the human race! I even used 1 lb weights.

    Approximately 3500 steps. Really enjoyed it and felt like I got cardio and toning/weight bearing all in one 26 minute package.

I recently turned 61 and even though I am healthy and have worked out most of my adult life, I’m finding that I need to do workouts that are appropriate for this stage of my life.     Found your channel this week as I was on a spiritual & physical 3 day fast. I’m 63 without any serious health conditions and really have enjoyed following your workouts. Thank you for caring for us more mature humans. I do a lot of walking and hiking as we live in an RV “out to see America”, so it’s good to know I can take my instructor with me everywhere I go!     We went to the sea, outside Athens, today. It's really warm like June in Greece. And had fried fish and seafood and much wine. Coming back home in Athens, I was feeling bloated and with a heavy stomach, even after 7 hours from the big meal. Your workout helped me relieve those symptoms and feel good and happy! Thank you sooo mich!

    Today was a no weights day for me, so this workout from this week’s playlist seemed perfect. This was a great workout for my legs. Also, I’ve noticed that with the repetition you use within a routine, I get the burn in my arms even without weights. Thank you so much, Lauren!

    I loved this! I did aerobics for 40 years but took a 4 month break because of a torn meniscus. I’m a 76 year old retired music/ piano teacher and I had to take a break half way through but one of these days I will do it all without a break. On the quieter workouts, I love the piano music and all the stretches and breathing. Thanks so very much!

    I went to orthopedic surgeon today and I have arthritis in both knees; she said chair exercises are best. I did this video in the chair. It was great. Love your channel. ❤

    VERY pleased with this workout which is my go to when I can't get outside.
    My back surgery is 1 yr old this month & still trying to figure what works for me.
    I have been active all my life but now have to continually adjust!!! Your chair pilates is
    also excellent. You are an encouragement. Grateful.❣

    I have now stuck with your workouts for about 8 weeks. I had become discouraged that so many workouts now involve high impact moves that hurt joints (burpees, jumping, etc.). I have lost 5 pounds and feel energized every day to workout. THANK YOU!!!

    Ruby here. Took a shorter walk than usual in my neighborhood today. Had done your Strength Training video prior to this. Had also done another Walking with Weights video too. Then I did this one for 10 mins. Powerful workout. I intend to do it all the way through again. I think it will be beneficial especially during the Winter months.     Have been following your workouts for some time now and especially enjoyed this particular workout with you. I used 2 lb. hand weights throughout the workout; burned 178 calories and hit 2,961 steps. I'm 69 years old and while I don't need to lose weight, I am intent on staying toned and strengthened.     (Anne writing, on Christopher's computer) -- So fun to do things with my body that they don't usually do! (All those "snapping" and "power" moves.). I am so grateful to have found your channel and grateful to you for all the work and talent you put into each workout. They are just perfect for me in so many ways. (I'm 68, a daily exerciser with some knee issues.) The pace and intensity, your calm and encouraging manner, and the huge variety you offer. Thank you so much!

    Great workout-I wasn't expecting the wonderful power moves-they really added to this workout! I gained about 3500 steps! Great way to start my day.

    Lauren. You are an exceptional workout leader. Your preparation is so helpful for us followers. I had to laugh occasionally as I followed the “power “ “push” and your enthusiasm . So, today, now I am ready to do the gardening (box hedge treatment) a swim this afternoon and a concert this evening. Feeling fit.

    This was my 2nd time doing this upload and I like the pace and it does get my heart rate up. It's well coordinated and it was not too hard on my joints...I improvised when necessary to avoid more pain in an already painful area (my R knee). Thank you Lauren for keeping us seniors in mind.

    I've searched for some indoor exercises that take disabilities into account. I'm a 37 yo woman who has MS with balance and coordination issues and this is perfect. I can customize the moves I feel I can't do to suit me better. Thank you so much for this!

    Needed a fun indoor walking/fast paced workout because it is 18 degrees outside this morning so no walking outdoors.I like to get y workout in before work. I'm 68, and have worked out my entire adult life. This was really fun! Thank you so much.
