    Thank you Lauren for this new video I have been following you for almost 2 years I have stopped smoking on Dec 20 and just turned 69, I had lost interest in everything for a while and every time I went on you tube I saw your beautiful face and gentle voice so I figured you were telling me not to give up on my exercise, so I’m back and stronger than ever, I love all of your videos so thank you again for the amazing work you do for all of us ❤️

    I'm 72 and have been diagnosed with parkinson's disease for the last 4 years. I love these workouts and i'm sharing them with my friends. Between walking and these exercises. I'm holding parkinson's at Bay. Thank you for providing them

    70 year old here. Weight/strength trained 5 days a week for 15 years until COVID closed my gym. Have been keeping up with cardio hiking & walking but really missed weight training. Your work outs are PERFECT. I love them. I will be doing them every day to try to regain the muscle tone I’ve lost.

    Woke up feeling a bit blah today. This was perfect. Not too strenuous, not too long, just right. The Goldilocks workout!

    Thank you. I'm a recently retired 66 year old. I've been looking for a way to move more and to look after my body and I really enjoyed this workout. It felt really intentional as it moved all of my joints and there were lots of opportunities to balance. I'll be back for more! Thank you.

    I’m a 63 yrs woman working from home. I sit all day, so I need these workouts. I’ve done several now and enjoy them all. Thank you for putting these out. Oh BTW I also have spinal arthritis. My spinal doctor loves that I am doing these workouts.

      Agreed! I'm just getting over bronchitis so taking it easy with workouts. This was perfect, but when I'm back to full strength, I'd love a longer version. So creative!

    A good workout for coordination. Not too much of a push, but when you say you don’t want to workout, you can say you did something. Still being positive mentally is just as important as physically!

    Great ❤ my knees hurt on the outside of my leg. I’m being gentle with it. How i wish i would have been consistent in my younger years!

    This is just what I was looking for. I'm nearly 70, have Fibromyalgia and arthritis and just finished PT after rotator cuff and bicep surgery. I'm a bit of a musculoskeletal mess but the PT (and my excellent therapist) gave me the confidence to keep moving. I may need to adapt the arm movements a bit but this will be great for my energy and legs. Many thanks.

    There were so many movements that the brain had to work hard to register these movements. As a result, the brain, body, and muscles received a good recharge. Thank you so much, Lauren! The training was great!

    Oh my goodness! I just did your 30 minutes workout with weights & I didn't want to stop. So, I did this workout & I feel Fantastic! Years ago I was lifting 25lb weights but through the years I went down to 5 to 8lbs. Still not bad. Thank you for evety single workout program you've created just for us. That means everyone! Please don't ever stop. We all need to keep it moving! 💪🌻

    I added this workout to the end of my strength workout. I always need some cardio, and I usually walk, but outside conditions are unfavorable. I am 61 and have been working out with you for 3 months and will continue. ❤

    Love your walking videos and I really like the format with light weights. Agree with a few others for a longer walking workout :) Thanks for asking your community for ideas for future workouts. Would love workouts that help to build lower body and knee strength. I'm 6 months post meniscus surgery and continue to do workouts that build and maintain leg strength. I'm an avid pickleball player so need to keep up that lower body strength :) Thank you for all you do !!! You're the BEST !!! I just turned 57 and your workouts are perfect! I begin most of my mornings with your workouts.

    Love this. The pace was great for seniors and was just challenging enough. We don’t want to be too stressed out when working out at this age - 63 and 68.

    Thankyou Lauren great gentle class to start the week I'm doing this in-between baking for the nurses at the hospital who do my treatment for me 👍 Chocolate cookies ,M& M cup cakes and coconut and chocolate cake my kitchen smells amazing !!! See you on the next one 🙋

    Thank you so much for this awesome workout. I’m coming off of a massive foot, then feet injuries, lower back, hips, ankles, and left shoulder. Used to enjoy the gym and intense fun workouts. I miss it! Yet your workouts are awesome workouts, fun, and challenging in a positive way! I cannot wait to continue! Your library is incredible! And on this year anniversary of my accident, I feel hopeful I will heal and get back into shape! Loose weight and build muscle too! Thank you again! 🙏♥️

    70 here too - thank you for getting me into shape. It is a balance challenge sometimes but good for me, and the cognitive is great too. I love how I feel after and look forward to workouts when I can. Have a blessed day.

    I am really enjoying your workouts. I just started back exercising. I was doing Fasterway for a year. I like that you have so many different videos that I can choose the one I need that day or 2. I appreciate your reminders as we work, belly button in etc. I am 70 years old and really need to lose 40 lbs. I hope you keep making these videos. 😊

    Tried this workout. Really liked it. Did it without weights just to get accustomed to routine. Will use my wrist weights next time and then progress to my 3 lbs weights . Keep up the good work providing these to us! It really boosts my energy and confidence in returning to home exercise program ! ❤❤❤

    I really appreciated this and other current workouts that are on the easier side. I've been going to physical therapy for a knee issue and am building back the confidence to do standing workouts. I have been doing seated ones and this workout was attainable. My knee thanks you as well as my thoughts. It is funny how fear can weigh into everything.

    this has to be my favorite workout-I'm a relatively new subscriber and increased the weight a bit for osteo-challenge. Today we both made me happier and healthier so I can make the world a little bit better

    I have been enjoying you for months! Keep up the good work. Keep the stretching slow remind viewers. They can always speed it up by going to their settings and increasing the time by 1. For example, normal or 1x faster or 2x times faster so that the slower moving people get the workout at a slower Pace. Thanks!

    This was the perfect workout for me today! Long enough to work every major muscle group til I broke a sweat and I still had time for my yoga practice! I appreciate your reminders to breathe. I had started to get a slight side ache from the exertion but when you mentioned breathing it helped and took the ache away! Thank you for sharing your expertise! 💕

    This is just a lovely workout and perfect if you don't have the time for more exercise. I did however, add the 15 minute toning with weights and felt like I was ready to face the day!

    just starting strength training for osteoporosis, and found this just right as a beginner. I like your whole aesthetic too. The music and your pacing makes it more rhythmic, almost dance-like, than so many other strength training vids I checked out. Thanks!
