I'm 72 and have been diagnosed with parkinson's disease for the last 4 years. I love these workouts and i'm sharing them with my friends. Between walking and these exercises. I'm holding parkinson's at Bay. Thank you for providing them
70 year old here. Weight/strength trained 5 days a week for 15 years until COVID closed my gym. Have been keeping up with cardio hiking & walking but really missed weight training. Your work outs are PERFECT. I love them. I will be doing them every day to try to regain the muscle tone I’ve lost.

A good workout for coordination. Not too much of a push, but when you say you don’t want to workout, you can say you did something. Still being positive mentally is just as important as physically!
This is just what I was looking for. I'm nearly 70, have Fibromyalgia and arthritis and just finished PT after rotator cuff and bicep surgery. I'm a bit of a musculoskeletal mess but the PT (and my excellent therapist) gave me the confidence to keep moving. I may need to adapt the arm movements a bit but this will be great for my energy and legs. Many thanks.
There were so many movements that the brain had to work hard to register these movements. As a result, the brain, body, and muscles received a good recharge. Thank you so much, Lauren! The training was great!
Oh my goodness! I just did your 30 minutes workout with weights & I didn't want to stop. So, I did this workout & I feel Fantastic! Years ago I was lifting 25lb weights but through the years I went down to 5 to 8lbs. Still not bad. Thank you for evety single workout program you've created just for us. That means everyone! Please don't ever stop. We all need to keep it moving! 💪🌻

Would love workouts that help to build lower body and knee strength. I'm 6 months post meniscus surgery and continue to do workouts that build and maintain leg strength. Love this. The pace was great for seniors and was just challenging enough. We don’t want to be too stressed out when working out at this age - 63 and 68.

Thank you so much for this awesome workout. I’m coming off of a massive foot, then feet injuries, lower back, hips, ankles, and left shoulder. Used to enjoy the gym and intense fun workouts. I miss it! Yet your workouts are awesome workouts, fun, and challenging in a positive way! I cannot wait to continue! Your library is incredible! Tried this workout. Really liked it. Did it without weights just to get accustomed to routine. Will use my wrist weights next time and then progress to my 3 lbs weights . Keep up the good work providing these to us! It really boosts my energy and confidence in returning to home exercise program ! ❤❤❤

I really appreciated this and other current workouts that are on the easier side. I've been going to physical therapy for a knee issue and am building back the confidence to do standing workouts. I have been doing seated ones and this workout was attainable. My knee thanks you as well as my thoughts. It is funny how fear can weigh into everything.

I have been enjoying you for months! Keep up the good work. Keep the stretching slow remind viewers. They can always speed it up by going to their settings and increasing the time by 1. For example, normal or 1x faster or 2x times faster so that the slower moving people get the workout at a slower Pace. Thanks!

This is just a lovely workout and perfect if you don't have the time for more exercise. I did however, add the 15 minute toning with weights and felt like I was ready to face the day!
