I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

It would be more effective, if sides were not alternating but doing first all exercises on the one side and after that on the other...
I dont prefer doing them all on one side. Hurts my hip, and then one leg is all exhausted and hurts even more to hokd myself up and then i just slack on the other side. I like the way she does it cause i can do my form better. Find a video to your liking.

@@xwarny.4942 YES you can literally feel your legs getting stronger especially when you stand up. I do this with 3 other workouts and I lost 2 kilos ( probably just water lol) and I feel so much stronger playing football for example😮

If you contract them, yes. Anything stabilizing will work your core. It’s of course not the main focus, but you could train your abs a bit, yes

The pace is too slooow, especially with the faster tempo of the music. It's a decent workout, just have to speed up the reps a bit
