    I did this yesterday, and after the workout, I said to myself, " this is easy" because I didn't sweat nor have to take breaks in between.Then today happened,I can hardly laugh,my core is sore from the workouts.Thank you for all that you do,gains by brains.

    Day 10: My core strength has SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I completed the workout without extra breaks and as perfectly and gracefully as Sophie! Thank you so much, Soph! ❤️🥺

    This is the best ab workout out there: super challenging but without any repeats so its not boring and somehow I feel like it really targets my abs instead of my cardio like other ab workouts I've done ❤❤100/10

    This routine was amazing! I did not even notice 30 minutes was up until the video stopped. 😁The music selection matched the pace of each segment.👏 🤩Liked it so much I did this last night and again today.😍 Thank you Sophie... looking forward to each day and prepare of the challenge. 🥰👍👊 p.s. yes this ab routine 🔥 and so worth the time to do!!!👌

    I did many ab workouts on UA-cam and I really, really like this one. Not too fancy stuff, serious slow paced work with clean transitions. Thank you!

    I'm gonna be waking up at 4am everyday to do this, here is what im notcing. (I have school)
    day one: i felt the burn in most of these, but the workout relatively easy. I woke up the next morning with a line on my stomach (for some reason my upper abs line ALWAYS shows up first)
    2nd day: definitely sore from yesterday, i can feel the burn even more now. something I've noticed during a few of these workouts is that i have TIGHT hamstrings and cannot put my legs straight up in the air. 😭 This workout definitely works though, as I'm seeing progress already :) I hope to see more throughout the week!!
    3rd day: It's a lot easier. I noticed I'm feeling energized, sleeping is much easier, i don't feel as bloated, and I can see some definition on my upper abs and my sides. :) Can't wait for friday!!

    Probably one of the most challenging ab session I ever did. I could keep it up with ankle weights until 2/3, then I had to give them up.

    Feeling good and somehow already kind of seeing results but I’m also doing this on top of cross country and soccer so, no dieting or anything btw

    Doing this as someone who hasn’t exercised in years:
    Day 1: it hurt so much, u can really feel it in the core.
    Day 2: had some plans, didn’t do it but core still felt tense.
    Day 3: my core still hurt but I did the workout, there were some exercises that I did fully, that I couldn’t yesterday.
    Day 4: didn’t do it, but my Achilles felt very sore. My core didn’t feel tense like yesterday but my ribs did.
    Day 5: it’s felt exactly like day 1 for some reason.
