if it burns my legs too does that means its still working on my glutes
Would be nice for beginners if you provided descriptions of each stretch. Fire hydrant for example feels like nothing to me, and I know that's wrong
Hi! Been doing this to activate my glutes but throughout the whole session I feel it more in my lower back than in my glutes. What am I doing wrong?
Also, I'm having a hard time doing hip abduction because the legs I'm lying with is hurting, especially my left leg.

-Could be due to your form, you’re not making that mind to muscle connection (with your glutes), or bc you have weak glutes (muscle imbalance)
I've actually suspected this reason so when I tried this exercise awhile ago, I look at myself in the mirror and slowly do the exercise to fix my form.
What I realized was I tried to do things too fast that I forgot to fix my form and neglected proper breathing.

@@taganahanjohnluis8215 you don't have to go fast, if you feel like she's going too fast, rewind the video and add 10/15 seconds. exercise is much more effective if you do it properly, even if it is slower
I used to have problems with wrong form, so I started working more slowly, focusing on the muscle and adding those few seconds (so that I could do the same amount as her)
if you simply can't change your form during an exercise, try another exercise for those 30 seconds ( I can’t feel glutes when i do for example RDLs so i don’t do them)

heyy, i just started working out (at home with no equipment) and i wanna grow my glutes to have this bubble butt effect. do you think working out 4x a week is effective? (i’m working out to only this butt video + a slim waist one)
+ i’m 174cm and weight 147lbs, do you think eating 100g protein a day is enough? i’m relatively new to this so i’m still confused as to if i’m doing it correctly
Hi I would recommend you eating about 12-140 grams of protein per day and yes 4 times a week is good but if you do it 7 times a week Wich means everyday that would be much better and do that for 2 months and then start adding weights start from 3 kg weight dumbbell and add 2 kg weight each month
Its very good the important thing is dont workout every day if your joins have to relax and its not gonna be efective
I know it’s weird but if you want to grow muscle you NEED to give him rest, i see much better result when I workout 3x a week then 6x also this much protein is dangerous (i’m a nurse trust me) if you want to grow glutes yor diet should be 20% protein 45% carb 35% fat
I eat 30% protein which is also ok but if you eat like that for a few years it will not be good for your kidneys (sorry for my english but i know what i’m talking about)

Well it will if you also eat enough proteins daily that equals your body weight and some more other stuff that your muscles need pre and post workout 😊

the first time it took me ages to do the hip abduction but it’s helpful if you try to imagine yourself on a mat like she is.
