To think you could have bought one of these supercars at a Ford Dealership for just over $18,000! But hey, that was back in 1970. $18,000 back then is more like $180,000 in today's inflated money.
the Panteras owner in the vid needs a couple stickers like my cars have...."if you scratch my paint while leaning...the owner will kick you in the nutts....period"....its worked for me so far....
I think they are BBS E50 or E55 style - old school and very popular with BMW and PORSCHE race mobs in the day - the magnesium ones are not the best as they get old - but I think there are a couple of places that make a reasonable 'facsimile of them. IMAGE wheels in the UK make a version - and the owner HARRY is a very personable person to discuss wheel matters with. Have a safe and nice day all. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA.
omg really k dude big difference between a skyline and this these cars are from the 70's back then no such thing as FWD let alone ABS breaks these cars were a power house in their day
Of course it would lol, this is a race car, the only world where it would be competitive is if you raced one against a Gr.A spec r32, in which the pantera would get out cornered.
Superccharger or turbo kill the sound of v-8 with its dull hissing...The car is already around 1000 hp, what the fuck to do with a turbo ? How much power can stand the trans is another question.
Yup...your probably right, but have you seen a Nissan from 1972? Tell you what....Lets race a Model T against a Nissan from 1972. That would be a fair comparison. How would that 1972 Nissan compare to a Ford GT? Pretty much a modern version of that old Cleveland powered Pantera. Ya....lets do that. :)
The Collaboration between Ford and Alejandro Was Gold! and they we're affordable!
A car that has earned it's stripes
The 351 Cleveland engine was a major powerhouse. Given group rules, this one may have been enlarged to 6 liters or 366 cu. in.
Group 4 Pantera - the best!!!
I love that sound
めっちゃカッコええ~!!

Those don't look like 180 headers , but sure sounds like them. Does anyone know if that's a pipe joining the two collectors?
Nick Kautz I also would like to know. It’d be easy to put a balance pipe between collectors, even underneath a car with a front engine layout.
Yes it's a H pipe or balance pipe.
I just need to make molds of the body
In life there is some things you should stay away from .. This is one
Where can i buy those wheels? Rims?

I wish we could go back to manual shifting using a stick. The modern day race cars with with paddle shifters are boring to watch
My cat wants to show you how to race that incredible machine🐯
lots of room back there wouldnt take much to have a pair of garrett turbos installed pipping and intercoolers be unreal then
Good, But : Just put a Turbo onto it , to make it Perfect !!! ! !!! Amennn !!! ! !!!

@@mehmetmutluoglu1542 AGREED !
a skyline GTR will give that car a spanking!
Is there a skyline GTR 42 years old? and thus comparable.
thanks for the laugh
more like slap its ass and run away and hide before it gets a beat down from the Pantera
