    - All-purpose flour 320 grams
    - Granulated sugar 180 grams
    - Unsalted butter/Margarine 200 grams
    - Veg oil 40 grams
    - Eggs 165 grams
    - Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    - Baking powder 10 grams
    - Milk 224 grams
    - salt 7 grams (if using unsalted butter)
    in cups
    - All-purpose flour 2 3/4 cups (leveled)
    - Granulated sugar 1 cup
    - Unsalted butter/Margarine 2/3 cup + 3 tbsp
    - Veg oil 3 tbsp
    - Eggs 3
    - Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    - Baking powder 2 tsp
    - Milk 1 cup
    - salt 1tsp

    This is soo good, please i want to ask, can i add preservative to this recipe as i want the shell life to be longer at least 2 weeks, as i will be making this for my daughters birthday

    Lovely recipe. Please can tou give the amount of batter for each size that will give us a 2.5 inches height. Like for a size 6,7,8,9,10,11,12.

      hmmmm. 1 batch makes 2 6" pans and 2 batches will make 1 8" pan with a little left over. kindly do the maths.

    Please which type of milk do use

      Full cream UHT milk. Usually comes in 1 liter pack but you can substitute for evaporated milk. Just add 1 part water and 1 part milk to make up the required quantity. Example, if the recipe calls for 1 cup milk, then use 1/2cup water and 1/2cup evaporated milk. I hope this is clear.

      I do not recommend because theres baking powder in the recipe.

      no, you will need to triple it but you will have a little left over.

    Pls ma I forgot to ask, will the cake still come out very soft and fluffy without addition of liquid cream?
    Secondly did u use EVAP milk or the regular UHT milk? And can EVAP milk be used?

      i didnt add liquid cream to this recipe so if you follow it properly, you should get a fantastic result. i use both uht and evap but with evap, i dilute with water before use. for example if the recipe calls for 1 cup of milk, i use half cup of evap milk mixed with half cup of water

    Thanks so much for this...pls the egg in the description box is 3, but in the video which you doubled should be six eggs,but it's like I am seeing more than six eggs ooo,Abi it's my eyes😂
