      It was really thorough, I'm definitely going to do it again. I need to ask my doctor why my thumb keeps spasming, but this helped with the wierd elbow pain! Its intermittent semi usual, so i'll be back.

    Thank you Joelle! Rapid pain relief, I'm a carpenter and the years of swinging a hammer haven't been kind to my elbows and wrists. I've notice that a lot of wrist exercise are the same as elbow exercises, its nice to feel the body as one moving part where everything is connected. I'll certainly be incorporating this video into my routine!

    I had severe elbow pain with my right side, after tried twice I got instant relief. One night I was woke up with pain m did this and slept peaceful.     You fixed my back and hip pain with the lazy glutes sequence; next up trying to get relief for tennis elbow. This one has been nagging me a lot longer and is less severe but keeps me from doing some activities I enjoy. Thank you!

    Omg this helped so much I ripped the cartilage in my elbow when I was about 10 and my elbow has had problems ever since but emediatly after doing this my elbow feels great and for the first time in years I'm able to bend my elbow all the way with out it clicking and hurting thank you so much

    I’m currently in YTT and had some elbow issues from lifting my 3 year old twins. I was sad that I couldn’t practice as much as I wanted, but your video has really helped! I’ve been able to dive back into training again ( with some safe modifications, of course!). Thanks so much!

    Thanks. I should try this. I don't have tennis elbow but have had tedinitis in my elbow from tennis and my physio thinks the issue stems from my neck. So I will try your neck routine too!

    I have tennis elbow and golfers arm. I use many power tools for work. The weed trimming and raking in addition to running pullsaws are what I believe is to blame. I just tried your video. I feel better with the stretching. I'm hopeful this will help me get back to work. Thank you!

    Hi thanks it helped, elbow improved already. Though did notice my thumb and muscle round it tender and some pain with the pressure and twising of towel. Not to bad that i couldnt do exercise though

    I have terrible pain in my both elbows. It is tennis elbow. I tried this yoga and I feel much better. The pain is not gone completely but yeah, my muscles and tendons feel so relaxed.     Thank you so much, Joelle, for your wonderful short videos. I originally came across your channel due to elbow pain and have been practicing this and many other of your videos often since. Unfortunately I seem to have developed peroneal tendonitis tendonitis (pain to the side of the heel) and, much to my dismay, cannot get into a down dog position anymore. I have been practicing your videos first time feet, ankles and plantar fasciitis (which I have also had in the past) because I assume they target the right area, but if you would like to do a video specifically for peroneal tendonitis, that would be great. I any case, much love and thank you so much for this wonderful channel.

It sounds like you've already done a great job working through the ones I'd have recommended, and it might also be helpful to browse through the lower body playlist to see if anything else jumps out at you: ua-cam.com/play/PL9wzuXltV201L4xgyDOa_pe4BQ_WWToGy.html It might in particular be nice to try targeting the calves as well, and perhaps even the knee to see if tension in those areas could be displacing itself towards the heel. I truly hope that helps!

      @@YogawithJoelle Thanks very much for the quick and kind reply (I wasn't at all sure I'd get one, since this is an older video, and managing a channel can be quite challenging I would assume, so this is very much appreciated). I definitely will give that playlist a go. As far as downward dogs are involved, would you suggest skipping them altogether (since they really trigger the pain), or executing them in the wonky form my current condition permits (knee nowhere near straight and heel nowhere near the floor)?

      @@M007magdalene If they're really causing pain, there's no harm in swapping in a child's pose instead, and if it's something you do want to work on and it's NOT causing pain to do them with raised heels and bent knees, that's a lovely option too :)

    I broke my wrist the beginning of this year and I have almost gotten all my flexibility back. I am a crocheter tho and so I've been having really bad elbow and wrist pain on the side that was broke. They thought I had an elbow fracture but there was too much fluid so they couldn't see clearly. But with how much pain I've been having I think it may have been fractured. I'm hoping these stretches will help me. I'm going to try doing them either nightly or every other night. Thank you for posting this ❤

    Thank you for this video Joelle. Since I started doing yoga practice 6 months ago my shoulder bursitis is healed and I now experience no shoulder pain! Yay! However my right elbow is now very painful and I think it’s from the yoga? I’m going to try doing your yoga for elbow pain relief regularly and I’ll let you know how it goes, because I really don’t want to stop doing yoga just because of my sore elbows.

    Thank you! I've been brewing a tennisless tennis elbow flareup for a while now and it's now in full bloom it seems, along with some merciless neck pain...
    I can't bend both elbows at the same time with my hands pointing towards my body at tabletop position 😅 the movement only seems to come from my shoulders but the elbows are still quite straight, and my wrists and forearms kind of feel ready to burst. Is it ok to do it one elbow at a time or is there some hidden benefit to doing both simultaneously? Thanks again and happy 2024!

    This routine helps me a lot to relieve my elbow pain. I have chronic pain and always feel relief when I do this every evening. It's been four days now. I look forward everyday to do this. How many times do you recommend doing this routine in a day? Does it also help in healing chronic elbow pains?

      A few times a week is probably what I'd recommend, but everyone's situation will be different, so see if you can find the routine that works best for your body. Great job!

    Doing this for the first time. Looking to strengthen other parts of my body after mostly focusing on my hips. Do you have a routine for trigger finger or tendinitis on and around fingers. My recent accident have caused my fingers to be sore. Thanks Joëlle!

      Feel free to simply follow the pace of the video! Or if any feel particularly good to you, you can come back to them or hold them a bit longer, but there's no need to overdo it

    I could not do the one when on all fours and fingers pointing toward your body. Too much for my wrists. Any recommendations to improve that?

      They don't need to point all the way back, so feel free to play around with a different angle. Otherwise a nice option can be to place a folded towel under the wrists to give them a softer surface. I hope that helps!

    Just wondering if this helps build muscle or if there is even any muscles I elbows as I'm hoping too gain some strength hoping it will help with pain in this area

      Hmm, I wouldn't necessarily say it will build muscle exactly, but it should help with pain if you practice it regularly! Depending exactly on where you feel the discomfort, you might like to pair it with my practices for triceps (ua-cam.com/video/vG8BM1KqWhI/v-deo.html) or wrist pain (ua-cam.com/video/mxnFc-bDJQc/v-deo.html), which will build some serious strength overall.

    Does doing this regularly heal tennis elbow or just relieve some of the pain. I don't know much about yoga

      Everyone's situation will be a little different - that's probably not what you want to hear, but anything else wouldn't be accurate. I certainly recommend trying it a few times to see how you feel after each one, and to see how it's helping you long term

    Did anyone else have mid back pain whe holding their arms straight infront of them? Any suggestions on why that's happening or how I can reduce the pain?... Will it reduce with consistent practice?

      There's lots of reasons our midback could hurt, but it's certainly possible that the muscles just aren't used to working that way and need some time! Never push into pain, so feel free to skip an exercise entirely or come back to it later.
