Many thanks! Great video--a full range of exercises, clearly presented.
My "golfer's elbow" came from playing guitar, from overworking my left hand fingering chords. I got over-enthusiastic and started playing many hours a day but didn't work up to it gradually.
I'm going to give this program a try. Some of the exercises I recognize from my tennis elbow rehab (which did come from playing tennis).

Hi Brad, I also got it from guitar. I feel so sad and depressive. I used to play at least 5 to 6 hours a day but one day it felt terribly bad. I thought I was strengthening my fingers by playing but oh man I was so wrong. I'm also going to give a try to this problem. Please share your recovery progress with us too :)

I've had medial elbow tendinopathy for over a month from lifting. From what I've heard, recovery time can be pretty long (between 6 months and one year, even longer). It would be nice to talk about it in your videos because at first I thought it would be gone in a few weeks. That being said, great video with tons of useful info !

Jeff Cavalier nailed this one years ago. He fixed my pain, one that I had for years, within a matter of a few weeks and I have been able to go back to lifting without issues ever since. God bless the physical therapy industry. If it wasn't for you guys and especially in my case him, I'd never have been able to continue my career as a competitive weightlifter.

This is a great video, super informative and well structured. 2 weeks ago i fell backwards on my hands while skateboarding and i felt my left elbow kind of not taking it well. It was not broked, coz i was able to flex and extend it imediatelly afterwards, but the next day the movements were restricted. The xray showed nothing is broken, but the doctor was kind of a bad guy and kicked me out of the cabinet saying i am alright. Now my ragne of motion is back to normal, but i feel pain after training.with weights. I am gonna give a week or two of rest and start wiith the rehab exercises from the vid and little by little will go back to my normal training sessions. Thanx a lot for this video! Peace!

Hello. Thank you a lot for your videos. I am a powerlifter. I recently turned to low bar. I think that when I did my max on this technique i wrecked my techique and did put my nerves under waaay too luch pressure. I felt the most pain I ever felt in my life. And I had numbness on the last 3 fingers. I read that this was in french a nevralgie. Coule you do a video about that please 🙏🏽🙏🏽

From start to finish this video was a wealth of information.
About 2 years ago I was having an awesome workout and at the end I decided to do some easy bar curls to finish things off. I could say they were nothing close to easy and I flared up my left inner elbow so bad the next week I lost 40 lbs on my bench. Never again.
My left shoulder also gives me problems with squats. I have a hard time getting it back under the bar and releasing hurts even worse. There is also this snapping sting that happens after heavy upper body or pulling exercises. Afterwards the prone angel progression is unbelievably painful.
I've had these problems with my elbow and shoulders for quite some time and I've come to the conclusion the techniques you're showing in this video are going to be a way of life if I want to start moving towards being pain free.

Every time I experience this issue it is immediately after or even during a cut. Makes sense since the body's ability to recover is lessened on a cut. I guess I need to be better about reducing volume while in a cutting phase.

An excellent overview of elbow tendinopathy rehab, with one exception, you don’t mention cross fibre massage across the point of pain. I originally got this from Bob and Brad although I can’t find the original video just now.
Perform a firm but not more that 5-6/10 pain level stroke using your opposite hand thumb, across the point of pain for up to 30 seconds, say 10 strokes in total. If the pain increases over the session stop, it may be some other issue. The pain should decrease and this should be performed just once a day. After 2 weeks you will tend to forget to continue with this as the pain has gone and all the content of this video should be used to ensure the problem doesn’t reoccur.
I had a problematic tendinopathy that kept twinging over a 6 month period but was resolved with the above procedure.
