Happy February, my friends! Today's short session is perfect for a little check in to transform your mood/energy! 11 minutes for CARE. Are you taking some time to care for YOU?
Thank you so much for this! I am a massage therapist and a newly obsessed knitter (aka I've made two hats already today! Lol) I really really needed this! 💕
I suffer from Carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my wrists and its not something with much of a 'cure', I wouldn't consider surgery so tend to just live with it, this session has truly helped me, it seems to be the only thing that brings pain relief, don't get me wrong, when I'm in alot of pain with my wrists, everything hurts including Yoga, but this session is worth the slight discomfort because it works wonders, Thank you so much Adrian, you're my hero♡
Yes!!😁 I can honestly say that I've not had ANY major wrist pain since finding this video, my wrists and hands get achey from time to time but then I just sit and do this exercise and its brilliant for releasing any aches and pains I may get, this practice has helped me more than pain medication and wrist support bands.. and this is free😅 THANK YOU ADRIAN🥰
I wonder if you have ever tried strengthening you opposing muscles? So, for example of the muscles on the back of your hand are stronger then it seems like it would reduced the amount of inflammation in the sheaths. Seemed like that was the main theme of the physical therapy I've had over the years along with the magnificent stretching exercises in this video. I'm genuinely curious because I'm starting to do exercises to strengthen opposing muscles and want to incorporate them into my yardwork that I do too
I am 70 years old and used my hands a lot as a Firefighter and as a Service Technician. I had troubles with "Trigger Finger", stiffness and some arthritis with the fingers and early stages of carpel tunnel. My daughter led me to your video "Yoga For Hands, Fingers, Wrists". I just want to say this video has helped me to enjoy retirement and out of surgery. Thank you , Thank you, Thank you. Neal
Anyone else struggling with just sitting up straight (like in this video) for a long time? I've been working on my core a lot but 'the simple' things seem to be the most difficult sometimes..
It may be the way you're sitting for your anatomy. Im very short and my calf muscles are generally larger than most of my female counter-parts. Therefore, I cannot sit standard "Yoga" poses comfortably, because the muscles of my calves and feet placement actually cause me to lean back a little and puts strain on my lower back. Its anatomically impossible. What I found works for me is if I fold my left leg underneath me (so it has complete contact with the floor) and then fold my right leg over and on top of my left (so it has complete contact with the left leg and isnt touching the floor at all) then I find I can sit up straight and comfortable, without leaning from one side to the other to leaning back.
I'm an upright bassist, and I actually had an experience with tendonitis in the wrist last Spring. Musicians, especially string players, are always looking for movements to relax/soothe our wrists and fingers. All these movements were FULL of sensation and very opening, especially the last one. I'll be continuing to practice them!
I am a pianist and have tendonitis in my thumb (not from playing piano). I agree that these exercises are “opening” and I will do them regularly. Thank you Adriene!
I'm a purely amateur guitarist, but was starting to get a sore thumb joint on my left hand from pressing it on the back of the guitar neck. I'm probably doing it wrong and need to figure that out, but in the meantime Adriene's exercises here hugely relieved the pain.
@@JohnMoseley thanks!!my Thumb Joints also extremely painful, ( arthritis old age, etc)...I HAVE used naproxen’s, ibuprofens ( sparingly), warmth, topical IBUPROFENS, MASSAGE , SOME STRETCHING AND BLOOD flow meditations:: may try VOLTAREN topical finally, also. BUT **... **how is this, or still helping you with this style,Yoga ? ...
Today I thought “only 11 mins, and for wrist care, this will be too easy” but I actually felt some heat in my entire arm and it felt so nice in my wrists and hands! Perfect practice and I’ll save it and do it often! Thanks
My year goal is to spend every day doing yoga with you and Benji! 💜 First Dedicate, Now Care and whatever comes next! I feel so good. Thank you for all you do, it means so much to so many. ☺
Doing yoga with YWA every day in 2019 is one of my resolutions. Im glad to see others are aiming for the same goal! I was toying with the idea of doing all the 30 day yoga challenges spread out through the year... Good luck, with your goal, we got your back 😊
I did yesterday‘s practice with today‘s practice, since there were so many Earthquakes here in Iceland yesterday - I couldn‘t find a safe place for my yoga mat. Instead, I used the breath for my practice yesterday; Inhale lots of love in, exhale lots of love out. It was nice to take the two short sessions today. Sending lots of love to all of you. Namaste ❤️🙏
Wow...glad you are ok, and you get a total PASS on yesterday's session with that description....sounds like you were busy finding a safe place to BE, let alone practice yoga! Wonderful that you brought the breath to that unsettling (in all ways) situation. And - how great to be back on the mat today, safe and "finding what feels good". Take care.
Hey Adriene, I was wondering if you could do a mini yoga series aimed at fixing knee, hip, ankle alignment. I love doing yoga, but it can be hard at times since my joints don't align as they should. A series like this would not only help a lot of people perform the poses better, but also increase their self-confidence/body image! Keep up the good work!
I would love this as well! All the females in my family suffer from hip pain due to having one leg that's slightly shorter, and this would help my yoga practice so much. I dislike when we have to walk up to the top of the mat as I am no where near a point I can do that yet.
I have patellofemoral syndrome (affects my knees, thighs, and hips). I get a lot of pain and need to strengthen my muscles and practice alignment so my kneecaps and hips and everything can be trained to stay aligned. This would totally be great because sometimes they can really hurt for a few days after doing warrior and lunge type poses.
I m too struggling with my left knee. I don't kinda find proper balance like my right leg while doing warriors and lunges. Glad if Adrienne makes a video for this.
I agree with you Clo, as Adriene said it’s surprising how something so simple can be so challenging. I suffer with arthritis though so I needed to breathe deep which helped me through 😊👍 🧘🏼♀️🙏💞
Quite tough, especially on my shoulders & back. Thank you so much Adriene ❤ I am all caught up with Build September 2020 calendar 🙏 namaste yogi friend's & Community 🙏
Hello Breath to Bridgers and YWA community! We have almost made it another month! How did today's practice feel? Surprisingly, this may have been the first time I have done this particular video and without a mat! Felt good to give the hands and wrists some extra attention and love. I swear Adriene said we would be headed to all fours. It made me wonder given the the title. We didn't though. Have a great day and evening. Bridge day 25! Day 144 in a row.
Thank you for designing your quickie series. I am caregiver for a 91 year old lady, who up to the last couple of months has pretty much despised exercising. She would do them. but only because she knows that they are good for her. Yet would still quite often she that she doubted that they WERE doing her any good. Since finding your program she has actually started getting up earlier to make sure we have time for them. She is also able to shampoo her own hair almost over her complete head now as before she was only able to get the right side of her bangs. we are both sooo excited thank you.
Adriene, thanks so much for your generous sharing of these videos. I'm 70 years old and new to yoga. One of my daughters sent me the 30 yoga at the beginning of this year and I have kept at it, thanks to your kind and patient tutelage.
I love all of Adriene's sessions - she explains everything so well, and has such a warm and soothing manner. My hands and wrists are a mess - arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome (aka old age!). I have done these exercises for three days in a row now, and definitely notice a big improvement. Thank you Adriene (and Benji)!
I want all to know that Yoga with Adriene has changed my life for the better. I find my center thru practicing with so many people, and I enjoy knowing this practice is shared by so many. Namaste 💜
Adriene please please pleaaaase make more of these types of practices! They are so so helpful and its particularly hard to find many wrist/finger stretches. Helps my carpel tunnel so much. Thank you!!!!😊
That was great!. Question? When doing down dog posture, is it ok to slightly "cup" the hands? When I flatten my fingers and palm totally flat onto the mat it seems to create bad wrist pressure. Thanks.
I have been feeling really poorly today but I showed up none the less and feel so much better for it - feels good to carve out just a few minutes for myself. Thank you Adriene!
My hands and arms feel so energized right now! I need to keep this one handy for EVERY day at my laptop! I'm excited that I made it all the way through the 30 days of yoga in January, and have started strong in February too. Thank you Adriene!
I’m a flutist with the bad habit of clenching my hands too hard when I play. I’ve been doing much longer practice sessions lately because I’m so stressed about my performances, and my wrists and fingers have been achy lately because of it. This session really helped! I feel so much better already, so I’ll definitely use this one from now on. 💜💜💜
I’ve been doing this video everyday for a couple months with my regular yoga flow and it has helped so much with recovery for my wrist injury even my physio couldn’t believe the flexibility and movement I have recovered in a short time. Thankyou ❤
One benefit of being forced off the calendar most days to rest areas with discomfort has been an increased sense of finding what the body (and mind) needs on a particular day. Partly intuitive and partly through increased awareness, this has actually strengthened my practice and although I am still following along with videos, I am choosing each day now what type of sequence I will do. 613 days in a row.
Bridge Day 25: In the past I wouldn't have been interested in a session focused on hands, but a few months ago I developed a condition called trigger thumb, which led to an inability to bend my thumb. It has been treated and has mostly been resolved. Anyway, I now no longer take my fingers for granted. I think it is human nature to not really appreciate the complexity of our bodies until something goes wrong. Adriene, thank you for guiding us in giving love to these precious joints! We use them in so many ways throughout the day and they deserve some love and care!
Pulling the fingers like that reminded me of milking a cow and I had to keep from giggling too much. This is a great practice. I'm an apprentice electrician and some days I can hardly do anything after work because my hands are so sore and tired, really glad to have this available for those days.
This practice is great for my arthritic hands a lovely therapeutic quickie. I added another quickie, Yoga Core Workout to complete my daily YWA 😊 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
Just a heavenly class by Adriene. She and her classes center me in an unusual way. She has been excellent therapy during this pandemic. Thank you Adriene.
I can't believe how much I cried during and after this session! Never thought such a short and simple practice would have such a big impact. Thank you, Adriene for this beautiful practice!
Thank you. I am so glad to have found you. I have been doing Yoga since 1996. Now 80 my knees complain. Your Yoga is getting me back in shape. Thank you.
Day 33. After DEDICATE, now CARE (day 3). Beautiful how this still activates the whole body even with a focus on "Hands, Fingers, Wrists" - and Benji. He's always adding his amazing presence. Thanks for sharing him and you! Big love, Tanya Xx ✨🧡✨
Thank you Adriene, Thank you Yoga With Adriene crew, thank you Yoga With Adriene community! The practice is made for me, I felt the heat in my arms and fingers. Just like you said Adriene, this is a great everyday practice. I think this video will stay with me and the tension in my arms which I think might be released with this practice being a part of my everyday life. Thanks again! Love you all! Have a lovely life
This is my third week of doing this practice once per week, and my wrists are feeling amazing! No more pain, and they feel stronger :) I think I'm going to be coming back to this video for years to come!
This made my wrists and hands feel amazing! I’ve been dealing with tendonitis for a couple of years and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you!
Thank you Adrienne this was just what I needed. I have arthritis in my hands and find a lot of poses on my wrists and hands difficulty to do. I'm hoping this will stretch and strengthen to help me enjoy downward dog again.
Thank you for this awesome quickie practice Adriene. I suffer badly with arthritis in these areas and feet too. Unfortunately it affects my yoga daily, except our low to the ground practices. But I breathe through. After this short practice my hands and wrists feel pain free, I cannot believe the effect it has had. It was very uncomfortable for me but this proves it was targeting my trouble spots and seems to have worked a little miracle. I am curious to see how long it lasts 🤔😊 ! I shall repeat this often and also check out your other suggestions. I followed this with another quickie ‘Yoga for Abs - 6 Minute Abs Workout’ purely for satisfaction before I start my day 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
I have arthritis too, in my ankles. I'm hoping Adrienne makes a video if there's any poses that might help gently stretch. Glad this helped you feel better
Yes Rae, one for ankles would be good. I suffer in our one legged balancing poses and it makes me sad to not quite achieve as much as I would like. Maybe you do too ? I will be thinking of you next time ! I am going to repeat this one for hands and wrists again today before my today’s practice , namaste 🙏
This quickie practice was super helpful for my arthritis, one to save to repeat. I followed it with Yoga For Focus & Productivity for a little workout. See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Gill I totally thought of your arthritis and hoped it would help today! So this is funny, last night I was really needing yoga for procrastination (ADD), and I think the yoga for focus and productivity is perfect! Thanks for putting it in a positive light 💡
Yes it really helped thank you, a useful one ! It surprised me how tiring it was but it is my weakness so all the more good to work it out. 😊 I hope you’re ok too Laura and the demons aren’t threatening 🤞keep happy and positive 🙏🌸🧘🏼♀️
This practice came at the perfect time! I noticed yesterday my right hand and wrist were aching?! TOO much time back at the computer after a holiday? Maybe?!! This was a good, gentle stretch to give my hands some love; also a lovely little workout for the shoulders and alignment. Bless
Here for Bridge Feb 2021! I took a day off work today just for me and my mental health, and I substituted a 40-minute video for this one to take advantage of my day off. But I still wanted to say hi because I will be following along this playlist along with the rest of our Bridge Community! Have a good day everyone.
I have poor blood circulation, my bones pain continuosly badly...my ortho doctor said i show symptoms of fibromylgia, this yoga sequence made my hands feel .... at ease... i am gonna do this everyday and see if it helps the pain Edit: doing this for over 2 weeks now along with following one more video on same topic.. total time 30 minutes and my pain is literary... no more... along with taking early morning/evening sunlight for atleast 30 minutes.. Thank you !!
I have arthritis in my hands and elbows, this is so good for easing the pain and stiffness - I’m going to do it daily, 11 minutes it’s worth it. Thank you dear Adrienne
Adriene, I'm 22 years old and started doing yoga since the beginning of january. I did some experimental classes in some places because I don't have the money to pay for a nice place and then I managed to buy a mat and started doing by myself and when I realized, I was doing every day. I didn't stop one day since I began. Of course I was trying to do the hard poses and force my body and I wasn't enjoying that much, but then I found you and you became my best friend. I looking foward to the day to our meetings. It's nice to have a woman friend that talks to you in a nice way e cares about you. I'm sure we can say to you that we love you too, because you care about us caring about ourselves. I'm more aware of my self love! Namaste, lots of love from Brazil.
How inventive and strenghtning through spine, heart and hands.I liked it very much and will include this in my daily practice.Thank you!Namaste fellow yogies!
Adriene is my favorite yoga instructor ever! Her voice is always so soothing, her instructions/conversations are so fluid and wholesome, and her videos always make my body feel like it can breath.. I have a lot of chronic pain, so I’ve appreciated this channel for the longest time
So awesome. I am a jazz saxophonist and spend hours every day practicing and playing. I find after a long day of playing that my hands, wrists and fingers are tense, clenched and exhausted. Thank you so much for this class. I feel like it's released positivity all over my body. I must have been carrying all my stress in my hands
My hand had cramped up because I'm writing a lot because my finals are around the corner, so this was great to relieve my wrists and hands of the stress. Instant relief. Thank you so much Adriene!
Wow Adriene that was such a good practice I suffer from arthritis in my hands when the season changes it really causes a lot of pain in my hands that help me so much I've been part of your yoga community since the first of January last year my dear friend helped me back into yoga again and I'm loving every minute of it thank you for everything you put out into this world Namaste 🙏
As a guitar players and percussionist; my hands, wrists and forearms get tight-frequently. This 11 mins video keeps me loose so I can stay healthy and keep playing! Thank you Adriene!
THANK YOU for this practice! I was complaining to my husband that my fingers, wrists, and hands felt strange/inflamed/painful! And this morning, like an answer to my prayers... hands, fingers, wrists yoga! I am an equine veterinarian, so I use my hands all day every day and they can take a beating! I am at our clinic this morning working on a very sick foal and while we were waiting for him to wake up from his anesthesia, I was able to sit at my desk and take a moment for myself and my hands! Thank you for what you do Adriene! You are so appreciated!
This was wonderful. I'm a saxophonist and have been playing for 50 years or so, and my hands and fingers have finally started to complain a bit. This really helps. Thanks, Adriene!
Thank you so much for this practice, Adriene! I’m a massage therapist and I put some serious strain on my hands and wrists nearly everyday. I will be coming back to this one in particular very regularly. Thank you!!!!!
the most challenging practices for me at these monthly calendars are the shorter ones, those which are only 5-15 min long. they are ''easy'' to do and the temptation to miss them is one of the strongest. this month i am doing them all without missing a single one, can you imagine? and i am so proud of myself. when i do an 50 min practice i feel okay, but when it's only a 5 or 11 min and i feel like a winner. maybe it's cuz i am! as Adriene always says, a little goes a long way.
I love this practice! After breaking my wrists and working as a Sign Language Interpreter, this has become one of my go-to practices to keep my hands/fingers/wrists healthy! Thank you Adriene!
I am a knitter, and developing a trigger finger on my right hand. This felt wonderful, and no “hitching” in that finger after this good workout. Thanks!
I love love love this routine! It has saved me! I am a 78-year old woman with a lot of arthritis in my body who is also a big DIY person. So when I started getting Charlie horses in my toes and fingers- ouch! I decided to try to take measures to stop it. I found you, miraculously- and no more Charlie horses! Thank you SO much!
Oh my! Just what i needed after three hours of non-stop writing to finish a certain science course. Reading our minds as beautifully as ever Adriene. Thanks for the relieving practice and what you do. Much love. Namaste.
Adrienne, I've been following your yoga vids for a while now, and I just want to say thank you so much for donating your time and energy to the world. You bring so much light and good energy to the world, you gorgeous goddess. Thank you!
I just wanted to say thank you, Adriene. I am a metal fabricator and started watching your videos after developing really painful, debilitating stress in my wrists and hand. Following your yoga practice has been a life saver. Ive incorporated your videos into my routine every chance I get. Feeling so much better physically and mentally. 💛
I don't usually go for the quick targeted practices, but my wrists and arms are extra sore this week and this felt awesome....especially before getting out of bed 😊 thank you for the stretches!
Love you too, Adriene. You are such a gem. Thank God I found your channel during this pandemic. This is the longest streak I've ever been in a work out channel.
Did this after day 22 of dedicate, which was hard on my wrists. This was way more challenging than I expected and made me realize I need to take care of my back. Thank you ^^
this was perfect but i was very confused when you said “before we come onto all fours” because we clearly didn’t do that! and i’m glad because i was doing it in bed. 😂
Loving this little practice esp when I solider thru heavy construction above me .... mmmm, totally a way to practice mindfulness as well! nice one! YWA / Adrienne. Namaste from Singapore
I do this practice maybe three-five times a week! I’m a barista and have developed a repetitive strain injury and nerve damage because of it. In addition to my regular physical therapy exercises, this routine is so helpful! Thank you Adriene!
Adriene, thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been a subscriber for over a year and practicing yoga with you consistently over that last year. The changes in my body have been life changing! At 53 I have experienced back, neck, and hand/ wrist pain for most of my adult life and I am practically pain free. I feel more centered, & strengthened all over my body. This particular hand & wrist instruction is part of my daily routine and it’s been incredible for me. I can’t thank you enough. Much love and gratitude to you & for you my friend.
A little goes a long way. It was nice to give the arms, wrists, and fingers some love. A chance to tap into the breath. Hope all is well. Bridge day 25. Namaste 🙏
Go Bridge! Had my first appointment in the beauty shop in 13 months! Felt really good. So a short little video was perfect to squeeze in at the end of the day. Looking forward to the longer one tomorrow.

she that she doubted that they WERE doing her any good.
Hands practice? This one is gonna be easy!
10 minutes later: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
FACTS!
I'm a pianist and this has become a regular practice for me to do with my hands, thx so much Adrienne! 💗👏
Agreed-how can 11 min bring such relief?
Did this just after a drumming lesson today - perfect!
Thank you!!!!😊
I stumbled on this because of dealing with carpal tunnel for months. I am hoping things like this help
YES! I have frozen shoulder and trigger fingers and this was better than anything physical therapists have done with me.
I just finished a thirty page thesis... I really needed this right now! Thank you!
Awesome. What thesis are you doing?
That was great!. Question? When doing down dog posture, is it ok to slightly "cup" the hands? When I flatten my fingers and palm totally flat onto the mat it seems to create bad wrist pressure. Thanks.
Congratulations! You deserve a self care break after that.
30 pgs, wow, hope whoever you wrote it for will like it!
I did today's pratice with my nephews, 5 & 1 years old and it was the most lovely session !🥺 Even the little one tried everything ! 🥰
Thankyou ❤
This is a great practice break for string players! Thank you!
Back again! Second video of Mothers Day with my mom, her first practices.
1263 days.
Who knew such small movements could feel so strengthening! Yoga is magic. Thanks Adriene! 💫
Weird how after + 1 year of regular yoga with Adriene, even my hands and wrists got more flexible. :D Great stuff!
Just a heavenly class by Adriene. She and her classes center me in an unusual way. She has been excellent therapy during this pandemic. Thank you Adriene.
As a dental hygienist and a person with scleroderma, this is exactly what I needed! Still hanging in daily since 1/1/21!
I can't believe how much I cried during and after this session! Never thought such a short and simple practice would have such a big impact. Thank you, Adriene for this beautiful practice!
Day 33 of 2019, I didn't know but I really needed that. Thanks a million. Namaste from cold and snowy Canada xx
Have a lovely life
This was so great for my hands, arms, shoulders, as I spend SO much time on my laptop and phone these days. Thank you!
I do this everyday before I start practicing guitar. Super helpful!!
Thank you!
great for sign language interpreters :)!
Yes!!
Agreed!! Had a very heavy interpreting week this week and this was the perfect remedy!!
Me too! I felt so much better with this practice, I'm so happy
how are your hands doing now?
Bless
Same here but for me the left. I thought I had a sprain at one point yesterday. Feels good now.
Here for Bridge Feb 2021! I took a day off work today just for me and my mental health, and I substituted a 40-minute video for this one to take advantage of my day off. But I still wanted to say hi because I will be following along this playlist along with the rest of our Bridge Community! Have a good day everyone.
Well done for taking a day off for you and your mental health! Namaste!!
I have poor blood circulation, my bones pain continuosly badly...my ortho doctor said i show symptoms of fibromylgia, this yoga sequence made my hands feel .... at ease... i am gonna do this everyday and see if it helps the pain
Edit: doing this for over 2 weeks now along with following one more video on same topic.. total time 30 minutes and my pain is literary... no more... along with taking early morning/evening sunlight for atleast 30 minutes..
Never did a hands-fingers-wrists yoga session before. That was refreshing. Thank you, Adriene.
How inventive and strenghtning through spine, heart and hands.I liked it very much and will include this in my daily practice.Thank you!Namaste fellow yogies!
Namaste! xx
I’m a artist and this helped take away the tension in my hands after creating art for several hours. Thanks for this!
This practice was GOLD for someone with Repetitive Strain Injury in the wrists like me, I'll be doing this every day now!!
how is your wrist doing?
Adriene is my favorite yoga instructor ever! Her voice is always so soothing, her instructions/conversations are so fluid and wholesome, and her videos always make my body feel like it can breath.. I have a lot of chronic pain, so I’ve appreciated this channel for the longest time
I just realised that I haven't been practicing what Adriene tells me off the mat. That's super important! Lots of love everyone
Thanks, Adriene! After a long day of work, chores, and cooking, this hit the spot. 🙂
Thanks, Adriene!
bridge 2021. lovely video. surprisingly difficult.
Thanks!
That one move where you pull your fingers back was insane! Thanks Adriene, and Benji!!
Did this after a full day of teaching guitar and piano lessons. Super helpful. Thank you!
Hi, just suggesting a “Yoga for Endometriosis”.
So many women have it and it really locks up your pelvic area and lower back.
I love your videos
Ooo this is such a good idea. I am suspected to have endo and I think this could really help!!
Adriene might be the kindest and most generous person in the world. Love my new outlook!
Oh my! Just what i needed after three hours of non-stop writing to finish a certain science course. Reading our minds as beautifully as ever Adriene. Thanks for the relieving practice and what you do. Much love. Namaste.
Namaste, Shadan!
Adrienne, I've been following your yoga vids for a while now, and I just want to say thank you so much for donating your time and energy to the world. You bring so much light and good energy to the world, you gorgeous goddess. Thank you!
That was Wonderful I really needed that Thanks Adriene and Benji , So day 33 in the books see you tomorrow on the mat. Namaste 🙏
This practice felt so good for my 'mom wrist'. Nothing like picking up your baby all day! I will continue to do this regularly!
Thank you so much Adriene!! I have been doing tons of home renovations and my wrists are killing me. This yoga is going to be my saving grace 🥰🥰
Added in a nice massage to the palms at the end. This felt heavenly at the end of a long day at the computer!
Breath to Bridge, what a life-changing start to this year ❤
Sunday is my favorite day of the week now ❤️😍
Thank you, this helps a lot with my daily guitar practice!
Did this after day 22 of dedicate, which was hard on my wrists. This was way more challenging than I expected and made me realize I need to take care of my back. Thank you ^^
This channel is a goldmine for chronic pain
this was perfect but i was very confused when you said “before we come onto all fours” because we clearly didn’t do that! and i’m glad because i was doing it in bed. 😂
SAME LOL!! 😂 perfect practice to do in bed!
Right there with you guys! ;) Namaste!
Same! Hahahaha...good to see I wasn't the only one. I was like 'well I'll just have to leave those last 3 minutes out so...' :D
same here, haha :D
Me too😊
Thank you Adriene! Been doing the yoga practice for busy professionals and been so helpful. May God multiply your blessings and wherever you walk!!!
Loving this little practice esp when I solider thru heavy construction above me .... mmmm, totally a way to practice mindfulness as well! nice one! YWA / Adrienne. Namaste from Singapore
Awesome yoga exercise for musicians!, thank you so much for sharing!💜
Seven o'clock in the morning in Germany, finishing this Yoga-Quickie as a breakfast-break 😉. Thank you for this benefitial sequence!
I do this practice maybe three-five times a week! I’m a barista and have developed a repetitive strain injury and nerve damage because of it. In addition to my regular physical therapy exercises, this routine is so helpful! Thank you Adriene!
Wow, it’s like you somehow knew I was just in a two hour Zoom meeting where I was the note taker. Goodness did my wrists need that!! 🙏🏻
I do this video every morning so my fingers don’t go numb. I love your spirit and the work you provide. Yoga with Adriene
