- In todays video above we are showing you our viewers how to make an Avocado Banana Smoothie which is part 1 of the series **3 Healthy weight Loss Smoothies**. Part 2 of the series will entail HOW TO MAKE A VANILLA LIME SMOOTHIE and the last one part 3 will be HOW TO MAKE AN ORANGE PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE. So keep it locked here in the Channel if you are into loosing weight/stubborn fat in your body. This smoothie can also be a good breakfast idea.
N/B: This smoothie works well if combined with proper exercise.

INGREDIENTS:
. Baby Spinach
. Cucumber
. 2 Bananas
. Avocado
. Chia Seeds
. Plain Water.
N/B: This is for a Serving of 2 people.
METHOD:
1. Cut the Ingredients
2. Put them in a Blender and Blend until Smooth.
3. Pour into your serving glass and enjoy!!!!
