  • The video entails how to make a Vanilla Lime Smoothie which is part 2 of 3 of the series 3 HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIES. The smoothie just as the first one is easy to make if you follow through the recipe as in the video. The ingredients are really cheap to come by and easy to get as well. As in all the 3 smoothies Baby Spinach stands out as the main ingredient. You may be asking yourself why? This is because to lose weight you need to consume fewer calories and one cup of spinach contains just 7 calories. Insoluble fibre will keep you full for longer and the calories will not get absorbed in the body. So, spinach will provide you enough fibre and keep the calories in control. . The high-fibre content will keep you full for longer and will restrict you eating too many calories. Skip those unhealthy snacks and sugary drinks and substitute that with this smoothie to see results
    INGREDIENTS ;
    . Baby spinach
    . Lime.
    . Vanilla Essence.
    . Plain Yoghurt.
    . 2 Bananas.
    . 1 tbsp. honey ( optional).
    METHOD:
    1. Cut the lime and Bananas
    2. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Pour into your serving glass.
    4. Enjoy!!!
