    It works, My period pain was not that bad when I started my cycle as an early teen, but as an adult the pain has become unbearable, I eat way better but it seems to still get worse. I tried the avocado seed and I can say that it definitely works.

    That was the biggest thorn in my side decades ago. Red raspberry leaf tea was a life saver for me during my time. Glad I’ve been all done with this since my late 50’s.

    Never heard of this tea BUT at 37 I started eating so much better with lots of colour including avocados and many fruits. I had nooooo pain since 2019 now and after a few bad months of eating this week was a bad period pain week and it was down to the poor eating habits due to personal issues. Back on eating well now (will try this) and hoping next period will be pain free.
    Still get rage and tears though…you got a tea for that Massy? 😮😂😂😂

    I’ve suffered with horrible periods from day one at the age of 12. I’m now 44 years old and just learned I have a septum uterus. It’s something I was born with.
    I think it’s important for us to learn the WHY when it comes to suffering with heavy flows and pain. .. Raspberry tea has been helpful.
    I will try this tea in place of ibuprofen. Thank you ❤

    Hello Massy, great video and I must try, my question is what did you do to overcome your mental health challenges? I was watching one of your videos and I learned that you suffered from depression and I believe anxiety as well and you began working out to help you. Is there anything else you did to improve your mental health I am struggling with anxiety in particular . I work out 5 days a week 25 min of cardio and strength training I speak to a therapist on a weekly basis and I began a anti anxiety medication which I believe has had an adverse affect. I am trying to find something to help me to get in control of my anxiety. Is there any other advice you may have?

    • @HearttoheartmeditationsLLC
      @HearttoheartmeditationsLLC Рік тому +3

      Hello, Whitney. Do you mind if I chime in while Massy is working on an answer for you? You’re doing things that are great for stress and mental health already but due to bio individuality, we have to tailor our practices to our triggers. I used to suffer from anxiety to the point that it caused uncomfortable heart palpitations. I even had issues with my skin due to stress which is parallel. I later realized that every time I had an episode I was either thinking about something I couldn’t change or worrying myself about something that I will have to face soon. I still battle with overthinking but I’m learning strategies to tackle it. Like listening to guided meditations, managing my thoughts, and making sure my primary food and secondary food works for me and my needs. Also, don’t be afraid to receive help where you need it to reduce the burden on your shoulders in any aspect of your life. I hope this helped @simplywhitney

    • @Simply_Whitneyy
      @Simply_Whitneyy Рік тому +2

      @@HearttoheartmeditationsLLC omg your message was God sent. I have palpitations as well to the point where I went to the ER last Saturday 4 am I was having a full blown panic attack. And I was just telling my husband I need to utilize our support so that I can have help with the kids and catch a break. Your message bought me to tears because it’s almost like you knew me. From the mentioning of palpitations to me relying on others for support in area I may need. I appreciate your advice, I say this with heightened anxiety and chest fullness, I have to learn how to manage this and with your advice I believe I will be able to, thank you so much. You are amazing. God bless you
