It works, My period pain was not that bad when I started my cycle as an early teen, but as an adult the pain has become unbearable, I eat way better but it seems to still get worse. I tried the avocado seed and I can say that it definitely works.
That was the biggest thorn in my side decades ago. Red raspberry leaf tea was a life saver for me during my time. Glad I’ve been all done with this since my late 50’s.
Thank for sharing. Yes for like 2 days I'm in so much pain and feeling horrible. I can't go out and function. People don't get it. I will definitely try this. ❤
Massy.... can I just say I love how brutally honest you are! Thank you for being real and just being you. I'm definitely sharing this with all of my girls. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤😊
Thank you so much for sharing this Massy!!! I literally had severe cramps 2 days ago and it’s like you were thinking of me when you decided to make this video!! Will definitely be trying this this week all the way up to my next period. I just discovered you on UA-cam a couple weeks ago and I love your workouts! I can definitely feel and see the difference in my body when I do one of your routines. Love you gurl and keep doing what you do!! ❤
Never heard of this tea BUT at 37 I started eating so much better with lots of colour including avocados and many fruits. I had nooooo pain since 2019 now and after a few bad months of eating this week was a bad period pain week and it was down to the poor eating habits due to personal issues. Back on eating well now (will try this) and hoping next period will be pain free. Still get rage and tears though…you got a tea for that Massy? 😮😂😂😂
Citrus makes me sick during that time of the month due to the acidity so other than the lemon, I’m definitely trying this!!!! Thank you for this cause someone I know gets bad periods. This might help her
I am sooooo thankful I ran across your channel! I know several ladies, including family members, that have had issues for years. Thank you so much you so much for the education. You have another subscriber!❤
I’m just seeing this in February 2024 and I’m currently on my period. I don’t have bad cramps anymore but I need the cramps to go away! I will be trying this tea.
I’ve suffered with horrible periods from day one at the age of 12. I’m now 44 years old and just learned I have a septum uterus. It’s something I was born with. I think it’s important for us to learn the WHY when it comes to suffering with heavy flows and pain. .. Raspberry tea has been helpful. I will try this tea in place of ibuprofen. Thank you ❤
Thank you for sharing Massy! I love how you teach about health. It's so important to learn about how our bodies operate and what we need to maintain our health. I would love to see more videos like this. It helps people understand why certain healthy habits are important.
Absolutely! Our bodies are our lifelong companions, and taking care of them is essential. Forming healthy habits is key because they contribute to our overall well-being and longevity. When we prioritize health, we can enjoy a higher quality of life, more energy, and reduced risk of illness. It's an investment in our future selves, when we know better, we can do better! 🙌🏽
I don't cramp no more I haven't cramped since a preteen and teenager...I bloat more that I'm older...I don't do the pain meds either...only vitamins and supplements and healthy eating like salads, cucumbers as a snack, drinking a smoothie or herbal teas, eating mixed nuts dark chocolate etc...Thanks for agaring and I will definitely tey this tea out...and start eating more avocados 🥑...my mom eats it all the time..😅❤
Thank you so much for sharing this Massy ♥️ I have bad periods and sometimes have to miss class . Now that I’m applying to nursing school I’m thinking what am I going to do about my bad cramps. But now I have a solution thank u
Oh my goodness I suffer serious period and I swear nothing works and I have tried virtually everything and nothing works so I’m going to try this too 🙏🙏🙏
Massy thank you for this ! Not only was it educational, it was authentic and enjoyable to watch. Girl you’re funny. I love it ❤😂 As for my question, how long do we keep the cut up pieces of the pit ? Is it a one time use? Or can we store it and reuse whenever?
I have my period in 5 days I’m gonna try this to see if it works. Last month’s period almost took me out so I’m better prepared this month😭. I have the worst period cramps ever 😢and going to the ER doesn’t help much
Hello Massy, great video and I must try, my question is what did you do to overcome your mental health challenges? I was watching one of your videos and I learned that you suffered from depression and I believe anxiety as well and you began working out to help you. Is there anything else you did to improve your mental health I am struggling with anxiety in particular . I work out 5 days a week 25 min of cardio and strength training I speak to a therapist on a weekly basis and I began a anti anxiety medication which I believe has had an adverse affect. I am trying to find something to help me to get in control of my anxiety. Is there any other advice you may have?
Hello, Whitney. Do you mind if I chime in while Massy is working on an answer for you? You’re doing things that are great for stress and mental health already but due to bio individuality, we have to tailor our practices to our triggers. I used to suffer from anxiety to the point that it caused uncomfortable heart palpitations. I even had issues with my skin due to stress which is parallel. I later realized that every time I had an episode I was either thinking about something I couldn’t change or worrying myself about something that I will have to face soon. I still battle with overthinking but I’m learning strategies to tackle it. Like listening to guided meditations, managing my thoughts, and making sure my primary food and secondary food works for me and my needs. Also, don’t be afraid to receive help where you need it to reduce the burden on your shoulders in any aspect of your life. I hope this helped @simplywhitney
@@HearttoheartmeditationsLLC omg your message was God sent. I have palpitations as well to the point where I went to the ER last Saturday 4 am I was having a full blown panic attack. And I was just telling my husband I need to utilize our support so that I can have help with the kids and catch a break. Your message bought me to tears because it’s almost like you knew me. From the mentioning of palpitations to me relying on others for support in area I may need. I appreciate your advice, I say this with heightened anxiety and chest fullness, I have to learn how to manage this and with your advice I believe I will be able to, thank you so much. You are amazing. God bless you

DEFINITELY sharing this with my daughter b/c she suffers from bad cramps and periods!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!
Do you think she could have endometriosis??
I only ask because I suffered since I was 13 years old and nobody believed the pain I was in.

I get it, I miss two days of work if mines fall during the week.
Yes! I totally support women taking the day off on the first day of our cycle ❤
I can't wait to try this for my daughter. She really goes through a lot of pain and discomfort on her first day, just like I did when I was her age !!

I am about to have this tea for the first time. I am excited. Thank you Massy and thank you Mama Mas! ❤
At a quick glance I read "Get rid of periods" and I was about to celebrate but it's okay, I'll take the cramps advice 😅
Shared and liked ❤
You don't want to get rid of your period. It's our body's mechanical for detoxing.
I’M SHARING!!!❤
Lol. I love your sense of humor 😆 This is right on time and thank you for sharing ❤

I call off every month if my cycle falls on a work day religiously and I have never had an issue

When did you start drinking this tea ? I’m excited to try
I had been suffering for decades . All along I had fibroids and needed surgery 🤦🏾♀️😫
Thank You 😊
You're welcome 😊 be sure to try!
im going to try this 😊
Thank you so much ❤
I definitely need this 😩
Love this! ❤
So helpful....Thank Thank🙏🤩✨😍
Not sure about the honey. I get it sweetens it but it's inflammatory maybe nullifying much of the benefit from the avocado.
I’m sooo sorry. Please correct a sistah if she’s WRONG but we are going to be boiling the pit and then adding the ginger and lemon . Right ?….
You’re correct! You boil the cut up pit for 10 minutes, pour into a cup, then add the lemon, ginger, and honey. 😊
i often read that being physically active eliminates cramps. hump! apparently they were wrong!
😮.. nice .. thank you 😊
No problem 😊 be sure to try this out you’ll love it!
@@Mankofit definitely will !! Thank you ☺️
Should we boil it for a certain amount of time?
THANK YOU SO MUCH MASSY FOR A HEADS UP ON THIS TEA. I SERIOUSLY NEED TO TRY IT BEFORE & DURING MY PERIOD🩸
I have my period in 5 days I’m gonna try this to see if it works. Last month’s period almost took me out so I’m better prepared this month😭. I have the worst period cramps ever 😢and going to the ER doesn’t help much
Oh no love I’m so sorry! I know how painful they can be, I hope this helps!
@@Mankofit thank you 🙏🏾
Wow Massy how interesting.
I wish she'd shown the process to cut up the pit. Avocado pits are HARD!
You can grate with a grater then dry the grains and use them to make your tea
