Love videos like these! I’m vegetarian/pescatarian, so I can adjust accordingly. You make it seem so doable. I’ve been trying IF-16:8. I’m starving at night and starving for the last 2 hours of my fast. After 3 months, my weight was the same. It makes MUCH more sense to fast 12 hours and focus on the nutrition when I eat. I love that you explain what each food does for the body. I told myself I would become a student of nutrition this year because I think that helps me make better choices. Really grateful for your content. ❤

You are truly amazing and I’ve loved following you over the years. 🙏🏽🧡When I tell you how the stars have aligned my diet this week, I am geeked! I swear with the exception of the sandwich & the chicken because I’m doing the Daniel Fast this week, I’ve eaten pretty much everything you’ve shown. However, my snack has been plain popcorn & fruit. I used the chia seeds in my oatmeal and I’m so excited to make the chia pudding. I’ve been making protein powder smoothies with spinach, mixed berries & banana. But the irony of your salad is that I too have added a warmed quinoa/brown rice/bean blend plus roasted peppers and red onion in as well and topped it with hummus.

It is best to buy full coconut in a can (cream) over low-fat. Low-fat is half full cream & half water. You can add your own water when making your recipes.

So around 6:20 you mentioned logging meals and routine. I lost so much (including weight), i reminded myself how athletic I was before. So now I started exercising daily. I'm always hungry. I'm eating like I was iny teenage years. I didn't wake up like this. I started off with meditation and focusing on self care. Now it's like I'm just energetic all the time. What am I doing wrong?

I'm the same way, I listen to my body. I didn't want regular breakfast foods this morning. So I had a banana, blueberries and a mango with hemp seeds. It was so delicious and refreshing. But that sandwich looks good.

Honestly this is really appreciate it I'm going to the gym for 2 months and I really lost a lot of weight before that and so I wasn't eating a lot cuz I was fasting but now I ate like a whole turkey burger and fries or so proud of myself and I plan on going to the gym tomorrow but it's really important to see how food is the part of the Journey of your body being the best I could ever be🎉🙏💯

I always do 12:12 if poss. Never longer and I don’t see it as IF. That’s bull…it is breakfast. Breaking the fast. Simple.
