I’m literally talking about this right now on instagram. Rough emotional days take a toll on our bodies. Even though I’m going to do this workout myself right now, I’m also taking the day easy. I’m cooking something yummy, I’m going to pick up my daughter and feel grateful I have her. I will also eat some yummy fruit and put on a feel good movie, call my friends and family and check up on day and know that I’m going to be alright and this is just a moment. I bet once I make those calls, my brain chemistry will shift and I’m sending you love. I’m grateful we have this community! Love you sister!

I’m making an appointment for some professional help as k am not equipped to pull him out of this and have my own mental health to consider. Exercise helps me massively. So does good diet, fresh air and self care when that is possible. Love this community. I look forward to Massy’s videos and know she herself struggles with mental health. Even the strongest women have weak spots 😘

I read Power of Habit when I was pregnant with my daughter so it is a special book to me. It sounds boring but I couldn't put it down. It was life-changing.
This has motivated me to finish my schedule. I started one a few months ago and didn't finish it. Today, I am pulling it back up so I can print it because I am a visible learner and love to see things. Thanks Massy! ❤

Not enough sleep definitely affects your energy, mood, mindset, weight, body/hormone regulating, memory, focus and without adequate quality sleep, you tend to get sicker more often!!❤🙏🙏
I totally agreed to schedule your daily routine and look for a balanced life. So a 4 years ago, once I moved to Europe I started being more disciplined with myself, meditade more, praying in diferent way.also I start my days prioritize myself take 10 a 20min for me every morning after waking up and before sleeping with same steps of Thai chi and yoga after to renew my energy and pratice meditation. Also, I used to laugh more and dance with my kids even alone. And I used to program my next day routine in evenings before, so it's helps me to stop being anxious and sleep better 😊. I could juggle goid with 1 human. 2 humans i was still doing good. Now i have 3 little humans, and ut is so hard to find time to exercise. I cant get up super early bc i go to bed late finishing everything that gas to be done, and late night is the only time i have to myself (while im cleaning, washing, etc.).
