1 Tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Walnuts
Cinnamon
Handful Spinach

Hey Massy this smoothie was indeed the bom 😊I have made smoothies for years but this combination is so great. It does taste like a milkshake. For me the cinnamon is the icing on the cake. I was so full I wasn’t even hungry rest of day. Thought I would drink the last half at lunch but couldn’t. Too full so I ended up drinking it this morning after my workout 🏋🏾♀️. Thanks again 😊❤

"We have an amazing ability, as the humans that we are, to turn things back around".....That depends, Massy, if it's within your control as a human to turn something (within YOUR life that is) around, then fine. If it's something completely *outside* of your control, then there's practically *nothing* you actually CAN do about it technically. And hell, the majority of the time, humans actually fail miserably to turn things around even when it's within *their* control anyway so there's *that* too lol 💯.

To make this morning smoothie, you'll need two scoops of Tru Plant peanut butter protein powder, one ripe banana or a frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk, two tablespoons of walnuts, one tablespoon of chia seeds, one tablespoon of peanut butter, a handful of spinach, and a teaspoon of cinnamon.

I love smoothies as a quick, healthy way to get what my body needs!💕 I use peanut butter powder in place of peanut butter. I will be trying this one!!

I was going to buy the protein powder until i saw sucralose in it, which is Splenda. Splenda is an artificial sweetner. I think i will try this recipe with Sun Warrior protein powder.

I can't do peanut butter, not because im allergic or anything. i think im just the only person in the world who doesn't like the flavor, and the feeling of it gags me. What is a good none nut butter substitute, or can i just leave it out? Is it just for the flavor?

Make sure you use ceylon cinnamon. Not the regular cinnamon in the grocery store.
Hate the peanut butter so wouldn’t eat it even my life would depend on it 😂 almond butter much better 🤩

❤I love that Tru protein has a sampler pack! I have been looking for a protein shake that taste good. This way I can try out the products & flavors. So far I have buckets of chalk tasting protein shakes in my pantry because they all taste disgusting and most companies don’t offer sampler packs. Thanks for this recipe excited to try it. ❤❤❤

Breakfast means breaking the fast during the time of your last meal to your first meal. If you hate to eat breakfast that’s fine (many people who do intermittent fasting skip it, but they go on providing their bodies with what it needs after breaking that fast (whatever time that is). The best advice is to look at your choices and work slowly into integrating healthier foods and cooking methods. Little by little you will start to notice the changes that are happening within. Stay away from processed foods, and give Whole Foods the chance to keep you healthy. The weight will come off because your choices are now healthier! But you have to be consistent there… you should come and join our warrior community on masvida.io

I've made this for years, minus the walnuts and cinnamon. Going to definitely add that now and try it. I love it AND that you can barely taste the spinach.

Would you say I can use frozen spinach if I don't have fresh on hand??
Can you believe frozen fruits and vegetables are sometimes fresher than produce you get at stores? Usually they are flash frozen? So yes you can!
I use frozen! Never an excuse to not have veg, fruit, etc in so can always blend them up into something. The frozen banana I do too once they are overripe
Your food combination is wrong I’m sorry but it’s true no milk and fruits together no spinach and fruit mixed together totally bad food combinations I love you but that’s not the right way

No milk & fruit? I’m not sure if you are talking about cow’s milk or plant based milk. Either way, when I was a kid, I ate oatmeal, cow’s milk & fruit A LOT. As an adult, I eat oatmeal made with almond milk & put blueberries on top. What about creamed spinach, strawberry cheesecake, spinach salad with berries, yogurt with fruit, peaches & cream, peach cobbler & ice cream, strawberry/banana/peach milkshake? I could go on & on, but hopefully you get the picture. It may be a preference of some, but I challenge the research. I have proof to counter what you call wrong. I was a tiny bit curious for a second, wondering if you were talking health, religion, allergies, or something else; however, I know in any case, that statement of being true is not true. Artichoke dip, creamed corn, pineapple cream popsicles, creamed wheat with milk & fruit. What else can you think of? What harm has happened?

I was really excited for this smoothie but unfortunately the taste just isn't for me. So I'm going to have to pass on giving this one a thumbs up..
