    Wow this will be a game changer for me. I do rdls and don't feel them as much in my glutes unless I do the single leg rdl. I'm going to try them elevated like you said . Thank you

      I love everything about working out and everyone that stands for that . But in another topic leading towards my point I really really had to be careful to make working out my gate way to happiness as a number one priority, I know the lady massy has overcome so many obstacles in life and have incorporate the world of fitness in her life which is an amazing thing but life in general will teach a lesson in every lesson that need to be thought 🤔 in another world be careful eat healthy work out play sports enjoy family seek for God first as a result to all your problems and let's go don't be so egotistical with your body best wishes Elias Perez.

    Really loved the glute kickback with the band. I thought I would always need cables and gym equipment to do that move. Now, I don’t have to be gym dependent! Thanks!

    We appreciate you showing us different exercises in the heat. Question, i believe you mentioned anterior tilt, i have interior tilt and was wondering if you have any videos for glutes for that. I looked through your channel and didn't see anything. If not, could you provide and techniques rhat would help for the glutes. Thank you.

    Great video! I've learned a lot about body mechanics and working on mobility to achieve the proper forms to target the muscles you wanna target.
    How would you go about doing the Glute Ham Raise exercise at home? I have a very small space to workout in and don't always have access or the time to go to the gym for this machine.

    I train at home so I can't do the last one unfortunately but I do all of the other ones!! Although I haven't tried elevating my toes during RDLs so I will definitely try that on my next leg day!!

    Hi Massy. A friend of mine told me 3 years ago that you had a "snatched" body, and she wanted to get her body like yours. And to my surprise, your video pops up on my Yotube home page just now, and after seeing you, I agree with my friend. So, I had to become a subscriber because I want more stronger lower muscle too, especially for my glutes.
    Quick question, can I still get a rounder, more lifted butt without using gym equipment? Can I instead use bar bell weights and do specific kind of exercises at home?

      Hi, you would do it on the floor. Prone to the ground lifting your legs and upper body. They call it super woman.

    The black floor makes it hard to see. Sounds daft but if it was all done on a bright Mat it would be easier to see feet positions etc ❤
