This is so helpful and easy to understand. The never ending anxiety loop has kept me continuously in fight or flight for way too long. I'm doing small things to shift my brain into a more positive mindset. I'm not completely sure if it's working yet. My problem is with emotional stability as a whole. It always feels like one extreme or the other. I've been checked out for everything. It's anxiety, depression, and thunderstorm induced ptsd. At least I'm on a low dose of brain medications. There's a positive.
