    I love these short workouts. On a busy day, you can do one or 2 of your short videos and still feel like you did something great for yourself and are keeping on track.

    This was so much harder than I expected thank you! How do you work on those side leg lifts? My hips crack and I can't get my leg as high as you! Is it a combination of flexibility and strength?
