Hi Nicole! Love this one and just paired it with your lower body video. Do you think that with time it's possible to gain flexibility so that we can kick the leg back as far as you do in the move where we're on our side and kicking the leg forward and backward? I'm not going much farther past my glute because I think I'm then 'rocking' my upper body. Thank you!

During quarantine, I've been adding HIIT style training to my routine since I haven't been dancing. HIIT is great for building the stamina to do all those routines in Latin dance competitions. 😅 So lovely that you are a Latin Dancer too. 🥰 Sending you lots of love. ❤️

I might create one with light hand weights soon because I think most people have access to light hand weights or can use something else around the house to act like weights haha!
