Ok seriously no weights are needed if you are just starting out with this workout. Great workout! I see a 15%-20% visible tone improvement after just one workout. Amazing!!! Thank you! I’m also dealing with a trap issue and this is a good workout if dealing with upper body issues.
Such a great workout for after weekend activities and Sabbath Sunday..Mondays can be tiring but I know I want to stay consistent so this is one of my favorite Monday workouts! I get to lay down and still feel the burn! 😂
I didn't have ankle weights and thought this might not be a great workout, but it was! Definitely still felt the burn. I'll do it another time when I have some weights. Loved this fully laying down workout, too. It's been a long week and I was a bit tired. This was a perfect balance between not overdoing and still getting in a good targeted session. Thank you!
Yes you can absolutely still get a great burn using only bodyweight - I'm glad even tho you were a bit tired you committed to taking some time for yourself! Keep up the great work XO

Your upper legs' musculature is superb. I don't think this is a guy's exercise - but I'll try anything once. Gee - thanks for reminding me I am nowhere near as fit as i thought I was 😠😩 I found it great for the knees though - pressure inside the knee from angles we otherwise never experience. Good move with the ankle weight 👍
