About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Such a great workout for after weekend activities and Sabbath Sunday..Mondays can be tiring but I know I want to stay consistent so this is one of my favorite Monday workouts! I get to lay down and still feel the burn! 😂

I didn't have ankle weights and thought this might not be a great workout, but it was! Definitely still felt the burn. I'll do it another time when I have some weights. Loved this fully laying down workout, too. It's been a long week and I was a bit tired. This was a perfect balance between not overdoing and still getting in a good targeted session. Thank you!
Yes you can absolutely still get a great burn using only bodyweight - I'm glad even tho you were a bit tired you committed to taking some time for yourself! Keep up the great work XO

I found it great for the knees though - pressure inside the knee from angles we otherwise never experience. Good move with the ankle weight 👍
